Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Maurizio persona veramente rara al giorno d'oggi, accogliente, gentile e molto disponibile per ogni evenienza. Mi ha accolto nell'appartamento con un graditissimo omaggio locale. Grazie. Residenza completa di tutto il necessario e locata in un ottima posizione per: mare , passeggiate in centro e d'intorno a piedi o in bicicletta. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti davvero splendidi nel Luxury appartamento di Claudia e Alessandro a Riccione. La casa è esattamente come nelle foto: moderna, pulitissima e curata in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere sia il mare che il centro, ma al tempo stesso tranquilla per riposare bene la notte. Claudia e Alessandro sono stati host eccezionali, disponibili e attenti a ogni richiesta. Ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su ristoranti e spiagge e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca comfort, eleganza e un’accoglienza calorosa. Torneremo sicuramente!

El departamento es muy amplio, ordenado, limpio y muy cómodo. Las camas son cómodas, los baños impecables y amplios. Tiene todo! La ubicación es muy buena, está frente al mar, la vista es linda. El tren que atraviesa la ciudad pasa por atrás y es algo ruidoso, pero tolerable. Por la noche se puede salir a caminar y disfrutar de los restaurantes que están en la playa, todo es cerca.

Wir sind eine Familie mit 3 Kindern und die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Es gab ausreichend Platz und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, direkt am Strand und nahe zu den abendlichen Karussels/Hüpfburgen/... Aber nicht zu nahe, so dass man auch seine Ruhe hat. Der Gastgeber ist super nett und half uns mit tollen Restaurant Tipps.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Frederica und ihrem Bruder Francesco verbracht. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, sodass wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt habe. Die Lage des Appartements ist einfach Klasse. Es liegt zentral an der Promenade und somit direkt am Strand. Francesco war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns tolle Ausflugsempfehlungen gegeben, die den Urlaub perfekt abgerundet haben.

Siamo una coppia e abbiamo piacevolmente soggiornato nell’appartamento di Gabriele. L’appartamento pulito e organizzatissimo, inoltre, vicinissimo alla spiaggia e a molte attrazioni cittadine. Consigliatissimo!

Miejsce z bliskim dostępem do piekarni, przystanku autobusowego i wejścia na plażę. Apartament czysty, przestronny z łatwym zameldowaniem. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry. Polecam :)

La casa era a dir poco fantastica! Nella casa è tutto studiato alla precisione e nel minimo dettaglio, a 1 min a piedi dal centro di Cattolica con tutti i comfort e i ristoranti/spiagge. Stefano è un host fantastico, super disponibile e ci ha accolti nel miglior modo possibile! Torneremo sicuramente a Cattolica ed alloggeremo qui! Grazie per averci ospitati!!

Abbiamo fatto una vacanza al mare perfetta grazie a questo alloggio. Posizione - Zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, casa con le finestre Nord/Est perffeto per l'estate (dentro era abastanza fresco anche senza usare la clima) Allogio - pulito e accogliente, dotato di tutto necesario per una vacanza al mare. Terazza ampia e quasi sempre all'ombra (solo in mattina è sotto il suole, che comuque non da fastidio per fare colazione) Elisa è stata un’ host professionale e super gentile! Da consigliare!

Un beau séjour en famille, appartement très sympathique avec deux terrasses qui assurent l’ombre en tout moment du jour, cuisine entièrement équipée, café, condiments et même un cadeau de bienvenue dans les placards. Pareils soins pour le bien-être du voyageur dans la salle de bain dotée avec force savon, shampoo, serviettes, tout impeccablement neuf et brillant de propreté. Le Barbecue neuf, mis à disposition dans la cour arrière, invite a prendre les repas a l’ombre des oliviers tandis que sur la terrasse devant l’on peut s’asseoir pour prendre le café en guettant le passage d’un train dans la gare tout près. Et pourquoi pas? On peut prendre un bain a la lumière des étoiles, la plage commune est a quelques pas, on s’y sent libre et joyeux comme au temps de l’enfance.

Accoglienza ottima, gradevole e simpatica da parte di Rosaria e Salvatore, ci hanno mostrato la casa e risposto a tutte le nostre domande aggiungendo informazioni utili alla nostra vacanza. Sempre disponibili, sono sicuramente un riferimento. Bella la casa ed ancora di più il giardino, ben curato, apprezzato molto anche dalle nostre cagnoline. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Esperienza decisamente positiva. L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alle foto. Un piccolo gioiello. Tutto molto curato, dall'arredamento al corredo al terrazzino. Zona tranquilla, mare vicinissimo. Zona pedonale poco distante. Attilio persona disponibile e cordialissima.

Die Wohnung ist schön und groß. Auch den Balkon konnten wir gut nützen nachdem wir nach unserer Anfrage binnen weniger Minuten einen Tisch dafür bekommen haben. Mit dem eigenen Strand Abschnitt ist es echt toll mit dem baden vor Ort. Wir waren total happy.

Waren 10 Übern. nach einer 2-wö. Rundreise bei Stefano, sehr bemühter Gastgeber, persönl. Empfang, hat zwischendurch nachgefragt ob alles i.O. ist, war immer schnell erreichbar, unkompliziert, Aptm. sauber, alles da was benötigt wird, jede Menge Handtücher, Badetücher, Strandtücher, Geschirrtücher, Shampoo, Duschgel, Fön, Toilettenpapier. Da wir nur mit Handgepäck unterwegs waren ein großer Vorteil, auch die Waschmaschine, sogar Waschmittel vorrätig, Spülmittel, Salz Pfeffer, Balsamico, Olivenöl, Kaffekapseln, Mikrowelle, alles da. Kleiner Bestand an Gläser und Geschirr, könnte man kochen. Schöner Außenbereich mit Coach und Sicht auf den Leuchtturm. Klimaanlage einwandfrei, gut sortierter Supermarkt direkt unten im Haus, gegenüber wunderbares Café, kann man frühstücken mit den Einheimischen. Im Haus versch. Restaurants, kann nachts schon mal lange laut sein mit Musik. Da wir viel reisen, können wir auch unterschiedl. beurteilen, Stef. ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung. Danke Stefano

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Thank you Alberto!!

Il nostro breve soggiorno a Pesaro è stato estremamente piacevole, anche grazie alla splendida accoglienza di Paola. L'appartamento, nuovissimo e dotato di ogni comfort, si trova in una posizione strategica: vicino al lungomare e al centro e, nello stesso tempo, situato in una stradina silenziosa e tranquilla. Il giardino antistante alla casa ci ha permesso di godere la colazione all'aperto... per i pasti principali, la zona è ricca di ottimi locali e supermercati. Il posto auto coperto è estremamente comodo. Paola ci ha accolto al momento dell'arrivo facendoci sentire ospiti graditi e dandoci preziose indicazioni su cosa fare in città e nei dintorni... Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione, anche per più giorni consecutivi: l'appartamento è accogliente e piacevole da abitare.
