Independent holiday home located in the middle of the green San Bartolo National Park and looking at the blue of the Adriatic sea, the house is a welcoming and comfortable home of 100 square meters, perfect for people who love being in nature and relaxing looking at a spectacular view that goes from the Appennini to the sea. The house, an old fishermen’s house which have been recently refurbished, is close to the village of Casteldimezzo and the characteristic village of Fiorenzuola di Focara.

La spiaggia attrezzata con bagnìno e bar/ristorante è di fronte a casa, il costo è di 10€ al giorno per ombrellone e due sdraie (maggio,giugno,settembre) e 15€ (luglio,agosto). Il parcheggio privato dentro il giardino è 10€ al giorno (aprile,maggio,giugno,settembre) e 15€ (luglio,agosto). Tassa di soggiorno 1.5€/notte/persona
