A really great place to stay in the middle of the city. I felt totally comfortable. I found the apartment very charming and authentically furnished. Lots of wood, both on furniture & floors, which make everything very cozy. Fully equipped kitchen & super comfortable beds.

It was absolutely beautiful. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, warm, cozy, you can find everything there. Good location, very peaceful, you can walk to grocery stores in 15 minutes, same as bus stations. I’m very pleased. It looks even better in reality than in the pictures. Thanks to Wolfgang, he’s very responsive and friendly, always stays in contact. We’re gonna come back.

The hosts were nice, the place was clean, the kitchen was well equipped. A big plus is the dishwasher for me. I have nothing to complain about, it matched the photos.

One of the highlights was the bakery just next door, offering fresh, warm bread every morning for a perfect start to the day. The host was exceptional: incredibly responsive, helpful, and proactive with clear and thoughtful instructions. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. We had an amazing stay at this luxurious penthouse! The space was not only beautifully designed but also perfect for creating memories—our family took so many great pictures during our stay. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had a truly upscale feel that made our visit extra special. The owner and host were both extremely friendly and accommodating. They were very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which made our trip much more convenient and stress-free. We truly enjoyed every moment here and would absolutely love to return in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay!

Barbara was a super nice and helpful host. The appartement was impeccable, super clean, quiet, we had everything we needed. Even the kitchen is very well equipped. Barbara even left some chocolate/fruits, beer and wine for us. Thank you for that. 😊 The location was also beautiful, lot of hiking trails are starting nearby. Semriach is a charming little place, there is a bakery, and a spar as well that can be reached easily. Perfect place for some relax time, and Graz is also just 3mi a by car. Barbara was also helpful with recommendations, there is a cupboard full of leaflets about activities to do in the area but she is also always ready for help if you have questions. Cannot recommend this place enough!

We had 2 quiet and fine days with Peter at the bathing pond. The apartment is sweet and there is everything you need. The place is also quiet and it was nice to go hiking. So much bird chirping, it's a dream! The camping stüberl is directly opposite the apartment. We didn't have much going on and closed early. A good place to drink a good evening beer. But I don't know how loud it is when there's a party. We were completely satisfied.

We are very happy with Alexandra's apartment. It is cozy, beautifully and tastefully decorated with old world charm. Staying there makes you feel like a Viennese! It has everything you will need, all amenities for a home, for a short and long stay (we stayed there for 4 weeks). The apartment is spotlessly clean. Alexandra stocks plenty of towel and linen for the guests. The TV, while a bit small, has Netflix and Amazon Prime which you don't need to sign into your own account. The location is perfect. In a quiet residential neighborhood but only a short walk to the major shopping street, Mariahilferstrass. Plenty of all sorts of restaurants nearby. Metro and train station are within 5 to 10 minutes' walk. You can take the airport bus in Westbahnhof. Very convenient! Alexandra is a very responsive host. She greeted us in the apartment, with a welcome gift of an angel cake (it was very tasty). We are very satisfied with her apartment. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay with Manu and Nicola and would love to come back! You feel comfortable right away - it is very quiet, cozy and you are directly in nature with very close excursion destinations!

The best location and an amazing host! The place was super clean, and Andrea greeted us warmly when we arrived. Her daughter even helped translate into English for us, which was so thoughtful. Andrea was always quick to respond to our requests and went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend!

Everything was fantastic. Pristinely clean and spacious apartment, two full private bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, AC, and all other amenities as advertised. Nice quiet location within easy walking distance to public transport and major attractions in Old Town. Extremely responsive host. I honestly cannot think of a single negative. My family of 3 stayed five nights here in our first visit to Vienna, and we enjoyed this lovely city a whole lot. My daughter loved having her own bedroom - usually we tend to stay in 1br when traveling, which also tend to cost more than this one did. So a great experience and value all around, very highly recommended! Thank you again Valbona!!

A wonderful location to relax. The terrace is spectacular and the flat had everything we needed. Andrea was friendly and welcoming but also gave us our privacy. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful place to unwind.

We were very satisfied with everything. We kept in touch with the host from the time of booking until the day of departure, he was available throughout, and helped with everything. We also received program and restaurant tips from him in the neighborhood. We arrived late at night, but that was not a problem, we could easily take the key from a box. Cute surprises awaited us on the table and Nespresso coffee was prepared. The accommodation completely enchanted us, it offered us more than a 5-star hotel. Spacious rooms and spaces, pharmacy cleanliness, good equipment and comfort. We were able to connect perfectly here, the building and its surroundings are characterized by tranquility and silence. The center of Mariazell can be reached from here in 20 minutes by a pleasant walk. In addition, there are also recreational opportunities for rainy days at the accommodation: Netflix, board games, a hot tub in the garden, a sauna in the neighboring building (2 euros/20 minutes). I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone, the best accommodation we've ever been to!

This accommodation is located on the edge of the new Sonnwendviertel and is super connected with public transport. The Viktor Adler Markt is within walking distance. The roof terrace is great!

WOW this place is amazing - incredibly special- we wish we had longer here, The amenities - the bath- the balcony- the view- the sauna - the area - all incredible. Definitely do go here to experience such peace. We would love to come back

We love the space. The apartment is beautiful, very large, modern, technological. Our family loved everything, has a wonderful Jacuzzi that made the joy of the 4-year-old who was with us. Markus was very helpful in everything we need during our stay.

Place is exactly like the pictures, spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. Instructions on how to access very clear. Would definitely recommend staying at Emilia’s
