Holiday rentals with a patio in Seminole County

Great apartment, was well equipped and made my stay perfect. Lovely gated community with pool and gym facilities fully accessible. It was so easy to find and access was great. I was on a working stay and found this place to be everything I needed for a long stay, grocery stores and restaurants nearby make this place a real haven. All the facilities you need in the apartment and nothing was lacking. Will definitely rebook in the future, thank you!

My husband and I had such a great stay at Sarah’s place. It was adorable, extremely clean, and very peaceful. We travel a lot and frequently stay at Airbnb‘s. We would definitely recommend staying with Sarah and would actually love to stay again when we revisit the area. I stayed long term at Mir’s place. I found it the most comfortable and welcoming. It had everything I needed as if I was right at home and Mir was extremely accommodating to my travel schedule. I will always stay at one of Mir’s properties when I visit Florida whether it be for work or leisure. Thanks again Mir for everything

Roy's place was so cute, and the perfect place to stay the night. It was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. They also left us a bottle of wine which was the perfect touch. I only wish I could've stayed longer and explored more of Sanford. It's such a cute and friendly town and the nightlife was fun too!

The place was beautiful, clean, and felt upscale. My girlfriend and I had a great time staying here. The space was big, cozy, and well put together. It had everything we needed and made the trip really enjoyable. The lighting, the furniture, and even the layout made it feel like a home away from home. I did see a few roaches during the stay. One was large and I had to kill it, and a few smaller ones were either already dead or barely moving. That tells me pest control is likely in place, not a major thing since I have family in Australia, but I figured it was worth mentioning just to be fully honest. Other than that, everything else was solid. The location was quiet, the vibe was peaceful, and it felt like a perfect spot to relax. Parking was easy, check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was clear and helpful. If the pest issue continues to be monitored, I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. We truly enjoyed our time and made great memories together.

I have made the mistake of saying there was just 1 guest when there was really 4 of us and it was not an issue at all. The house was spotless the beds were comfortable and the back porch overlooked a pretty Lake. Love to hear the sounds of Florida.

My family and me recently had the pleasure of staying in this cozy and warm house, and it was everything we hoped for and more. It was the perfect spot for our family trip to Florida. The house was exactly as described - cozy, clean and incredible welcoming. From the moment we walked in, felt right at home. The interior was thoughtfully decorated with charming, rustic touches and soft lighting that created an inviting atmosphere. This Airbnb had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip, from a well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals, to spacious bedrooms and plenty of thoughtful touches throughout. The bedrooms were comfortable with soft linens and plenty of blankets in case is needed. The living space was just the right size for us, to chill and relax. But what we loved the most was the patio – it was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee or unwind in the evenings after a day out. Santiago, the host went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

Honestly it was super nice I liked the decor and how fresh the Airbnb felt. I had an issue trying to figure out where it was but I feel as if that was due to my arrival being at midnight but overall a great place to stay!

The host was incredible and attentive to every detail. From start to finish the experience was seamless. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mike's place in Orlando! From the moment we booked, Mike was an exceptional host - incredibly communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend his place to anyone visiting Orlando and will definitely be back on our next trip!

This was our second stay at Philip's place. Great location right in the center of town. The place is very roomy and well kept. It's an upstairs apartment in one of the old downtown buildings with stores and restaurants below. Cool place! You have to climb a fairly set of steps to get up to the room. Would stay again.

We loved everything about the location. from the accuracy of the listing, closeness of the pool and minute walk to the beach. The full spice rack and grill seasonings were an added bonus for meal prep! within a few minutes drive to markwys and some of the best restaraunts the area has. The Garlic, Taco Shak, Down the Hatch and the General Public House are our faves! we travel the area often and wouldn't hesitate booking this location if available again. thank you for a carefree visit!

Stacey’s place was perfect for a relaxing stay! The neighborhood was quiet, and the quick walk across the street to the beach was super convenient. The bed was really comfortable, and while we didn’t use them, the beach gear in the closet was a nice touch. Great location in NSB!

We had definitely a great stay at Diogenes’s place. Very easy to find, quiet, peaceful lake view in the back and tons of sunlight in the apartment. We spent most of our nights on the balcony. Place is awesome would definitely stay again! Thank you Diogenes !!
