I had a great stay at Muriel's place. The spot is only a block off the water, which provides great backdrops for walks. It's a private spot that's conveniently located (not walkable, but only a 5-minute drive) near to the park neighborhoods (Thornton, Audubon, Winter Park, College Park), Mills 50, and downtown. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with easy access to I-4 and 17-92. This is a great, clean, and well-maintained spot, with a great host, that is well worth the price.

We had such a lovely stay! Space was super clean, spacious, and full of natural light with beautiful high ceilings. The walk up to the guest house was charming and peaceful too. Really enjoyed our time here! 🏡

Super clean, comfortable and safe. We loved our stay. The only issue we had was out of Maricela's control which was the loud cars and street noise throughout the night. But there was a white noise machine provided, which really helped. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Rhonda’s place is most welcoming. When we 1st arrived the setting was perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. She’s responsive, proactive, down to earth. She offered much more than what I was expecting. Helpful with recommendations. The place was so relaxing that we didn’t leave at all. Pool being right at our doorstep made the whole experience that much better. Hot shower clean place linens towels and even more at your disposal. I’m definitely coming back. One recommendation is try and leave the little oasis because it was so cozy for us that we felt right at home. If you’re looking for a home away from home this is it! Best lake house stay hands down

This unit is absolutely perfect for long stays (or short). Private entrance, small kitchen, and bathroom makes it great. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood too.

The place was very cute and small the outside doesn’t match at all what the inside looks like though I did have a nice time and the pool was great the mattress is nice the bathroom is very very small though. The host is very responsive in good time

It was a perfect place for a couple to stay. It was close to downtown Sanford restaurants and activities yet peaceful and quiet. It was clean and comfortable.

This was a nice little guests house! Perfect for a short stay. The covered driveway was an excellent perk to keep the car cool in the Florida heat. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and even a few complementary snacks. Keurig and coffee were super convenient. Great selection of books and games to use. Yard is well maintained and beautiful. Had everything we needed! Iron, pull out bed, cot, plenty of bedding and towels. TV and faux fireplace for relaxing were perfect. Front patio chairs under the awning were great for morning reading and coffee. The only two small downsides were the small shower, it was cramped and sometimes difficult to use but there’s also a tub. Also the bedroom was not super private. It had a pocket door and the other doorway was just a curtain. Overall, a very excellent Airbnb experience!

Me, my wife and our best couple friends went to get away for a few nights to just hang out! This place was amazing. Miriam and Ishmael were super responsive and friendly even bringing us eggs from their chickens! Their home is beautiful, pool is lovely and property is amazing! Honestly felt like a little home away from home or that I was staying at my grandparents house, which is an odd thing to be able to say about an Airbnb host. Super grateful for this place and will definitely go back! Dollar General five minutes around the corner that is actually really nice! The area is beautiful. You will love it.

This house shows how much thought was put into it. First off, the private entrance was easy to find and entry into the house was simple and well explained. Ron was very responsive and polite - you knew he was available of any questions came up. However, all of our needs were anticipated. We even loved the extras like the astronaut, blankets, cold water, and snacks. There were even outlets on each side of the bed for chargers so we didn’t have to juggle that. Besides functionality, the house came really well decorated and comfortable, you can tell a lot of thought and effort was put into it. This is our new favorite rental, can’t wait to be back.

Had more than what we needed and was a great spot to recharge from the daily adventures we had. Would book again if in the area.

Nicole’s place was truly wonderful. She deserves all the credit she gets and more! Squeaky clean and super responsive. During our stay, I noticed there was no strainer in the room, and asked her. She immediately ordered one on Amazon. Truly 5 star experience. Thank you!

Johnnie's place was perfect! My partner and I stayed here for a week and everything was amazing. The place has everything you need. It was a 20min drive from Universal Studios. The surrounding restaurants were delicious. The neighborhood was peaceful. Johnnie was an amazing host, very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

This is such a sweet little home! It is very comfortable, clean and private. it is close to the highway and only minutes away from restaurants and downtown.
