Beach house holiday rentals in Semaphore

Charlton was a great host, he was really responsive and gave us clear instructions for everything we needed. The house is exactly as described, it is clean, spacious, well-furnished, the kitchen is well stocked as it is in an amazing location. Check-in and check-out was so straight forward. We would love to stay here again.

We had such a beautiful stay in this amazing location. Could not have been easier with our children having such close access to the beach. The house was great with some lovely touches and we had plenty of space. Location was fantastic with Grange just a close walk away. We had such a great time. Thanks so much for having us!

The house was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. We had a great time and enjoyed proximity to the beach, walking paths and local dining.

Was an awesome place to stay. Perfect for our Gather round stay. Clean and spacious. Quick stroll to the beach. Will try and book next year for sure.

Fantastic location (just park the car and walk everywhere), close to all that Jetty Rd has to offer (and it's a lot) and the beautiful beach! House was very clean and had everything needed to make our stay a most comfortable one! In a very quiet area also, which was good for us. Melisa was extremely friendly and helpful from booking to checkout, even checking in with us during our stay to make sure everything was fine and we were enjoying our stay. We would highly recommend this lovely townhouse and will definitely be back ourselves in the future!

I hesitate to do this review because I want this gorgeous small home to be available every time I am in Adelaide! We stay in many AirB's and this has become an absolute favourite. Elle was fantastic to deal with and kind enough to allow us to arrive early after a hospital stay. Having the beach so close and a short 15 minute walk to the closest cafes added to the appeal. We will definitely be back!

Great location. Upstairs area is nice and open with good views. Clean, decent furniture, balcony works well for relaxing and listening to ocean. Beds comfortable. Kitchen has most things you need.

Fantastic house in a great location. Had lots of recommendations and was able to accommodate an early check in as some guests arrived early. Emma is a great host, lots of information on the local area and very good to deal with.

We had an amazing time at Jo's house. Jo has thought of everything needed for a home away from home. House was spotless and well stocked with condiments, tea, coffee and every cooking item you'll ever need. Pool and covered outdoor area, with gas BBQ was great. Lovely position on the esplanade, coffee shops, pubs and playgrounds in walking distance. Supermarkets short drive away. Our family of 7 adults and 2 children (3 & 5) had ample space and bedrooms, with tvs and games provided. Lovely welcome pack and early and late check in were offered. I certainly recommend Jo's place and hope to return. Thanks so much Jo for helping make our family 60th birthday and 35th wedding anniversary holiday amazing.

We love this property…so much we never want to leave! Great location. A nice walk to the beach. Lots of stairs, but we love the exercise. The house is a great layout and has everything you need.

We stayed over Easter and had a fantastic time. The house was perfect — spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and a big kitchen that made it easy to host the rest of the basketball team for lunch. The boys had a blast playing on the tennis court and swimming in the pool. The location was excellent — close to public transport and the beach, which made everything really convenient. David was a great host: friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place — we had a great time and would happily stay again.

A group of 8 adults using 5 of the 6 rooms in both properties. It had great space, great linen and facilities and a great location not far from the airport. Great place for groups.

This place view to the sea with the sun set was breathtaking, really private place with good neighbours and surroundings close to the shops and beautiful restaurants. Really nice place indeed. The host Jessie was really friendly and very helpful, she responds to ur questions in know time and offered more help at all times I really appreciate that a lot, I encourage anyone to stay there u will have the time of your life.

Great to place to stay for a few families over a Xmas break or on holidays. Very easy walk to Jetty Rd and restaurants and host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would totally stay again and the place was such a delight to be in and feel like home away from home.

The most clean and beautiful air bnb that made our stay feel right at home! The rooms were spotless and tidy, bathrooms were immaculate with shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied. Kitchen was wonderful and stocked with tea and coffee. I cannot fault this place at all! Lovely cafes nearby also. Would stay here again!

This property was well laid out, had every item we needed in the kitchen, and extra blankets and pillows in the linen cupboard. It truly was a home away from home, and local to plenty to do around Port Adelaide, and easy walking distance to the train into the city and beyond.

The house was perfect for our family stay, in an awesome location with great views. The house had everything we needed, was clean and Halley was responsive and accomodating in allowing an earlier check in.

Booked in for a get-away for a couple of days, everything so peaceful and cozy! It was a perfect and incredibly accommodating environment with responsive and helpful hosts. Would definitely recommend and am excited to stay again in the future
