Beautiful apartment right in the centre with short walks to most places you’d want to visit in Zadar.

Ljiljana contacted me the day before with multiple photos of how to get in and where to park with helpful thoughts about the drive there. It was very nice. Tons of space, comfortable beds, and really the perfect location with a park next door, 10 min walk to the water and restaurants. We loved our stay!

A very nice and clean accommodation. Beautiful interior, nice smoke, good supply of shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. The host was also very attentive with fresh flowers, asked how our first night was and had all kinds of nice tips. Thank you. We have enjoyed it!

We loved our stay with Elza in Zadar. We were there 3 nights and wished we had stayed longer. Elza could not have been more helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and is set in a beautiful yard with olive tree and lime trees. There is a wonderful restaurant a short walk away. Easy to get to the old town of Zadar.

Our stay in Zadar was fantastic. The walk to the main town was around 25 minutes but was very easy and accessible. The apartment was lovely and fully equipped with everything needed. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb to all future guests!

The location is excellent with a beautiful view of the water and easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The host happily met us when we arrived, helped us into the property, and gave us great information of things to see and do for our stay. The accommodations were clean and comfortable.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. Dijana’s place was an oasis within walking distance to anything you could ever want in old town split! We loved our time both in the town and on her adorable patio.

For a family of 10 we had so much space . Lots of facilities in both parts of the villa but we generally cooked downstairs and was so homely . Beds very comfortable and home had air conditioning . Local shops and big supermarket so could eat in or go out . We had two hire cars so went to plitvice lakes which is well worth the visit and also split .

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

It’s rare to meet people who go above and beyond with such genuine care — they didn’t just host us, they welcomed us like family. The location of the place is great. There is direct beach access via the host's property. Bakers and restaurants are within walking distance. Larger supermarkets are also very easy to reach by car. Zadar itself is about 20 minutes away by car. The accommodation is super well maintained and the kitchen is super equipped. Everything you need is there. The hostess was always available and fulfilled every wish. The absolute highlight is the roof terrace with Jacuzzi, which of course was used a lot. I can only recommend the listing! We'd love to come back.

We spent 14 pleasant days in September with Mate in the large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well furnished. The view from the balcony is very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 minutes' walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old town of RAB.

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and the jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

This was our second stay and we really loved the location. All of the host’s recommendations for restaurants were excellent. It’s super comfortable with a really nice shower. It was also lovely that there was coffee for the coffee machine and just small touches like this. Highly recommended!
