Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Selca

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

The place is so beautiful that no photo will reveal this wonderful view that amazed us every day. The atmosphere of the house was amazing - we felt like on a deserted island surrounded by chickens, a rooster, who was our morning alarm clock, and the beautiful horses complemented the charm of this place... The house was clean, very well-equipped- and you can feel homely when cooking dinners on the patio. Close to the beach with a descent to the bottom where we were alone. Not only the atmosphere of the house, its location, the amazing view made an impression on us - such great hosts, with a huge heart, helpful and warm-hearted, and when we returned home, we received a gift from them and a beautiful bear for our daughter. Very nice and large accommodation with private pool. Everything you needed was at the accommodation, super smooth check-in and check-out and very nice host! Everything was also clean and the rooms were large and fresh.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

We loved having a private patio and pool. We used the kitchen a lot and had a great time here. The hosts were super helpful and we responsive. I'd recommend having a rental car here as the road to get here is steep at times. The view was so wonderful and was a big reason we decided to stay here as well.

We had a very nice holiday here. (2 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 dogs) Everything was as described. Upon arrival, there was even a small gift in the refrigerator. The furnishings are of very high quality . In our opinion, nothing was missing in terms of equipment. We only bought one candle for outside. Communication with the landlord was great and our concern was resolved immediately. Thank you for a perfect holiday stay.

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this place is, the house is stunning and unique in its location and direst access to the sea! I was dubious when I saw all of the positive reviews but this home truly exceeds expectations. It’s beautiful, has great facilities and the beds are SO comfortable and the aircon works really well so it’s always cool. We did struggle to get around without a car but we were recommended a wonderful taxi driver who took us around everywhere! Can’t recommend this place enough and hope to come back again soon! The apartment was everything we wanted. The view from the balcony is enchanting, the place is clean and nicely furnished and fully equipped. We managed to lock ourselves out, but the landlady arranged the key in only 20 minutes. Thank you!

Loved the place. The balcony is a wonderful place to have breakfast or a glass of wine. Beautiful view of the harbor. The location is a short walk from the central historic city but away from all of the noise that some of our friends who stayed in the center complained about. Dijana was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful view from the terrace, very quiet, beautiful surroundings and perfect for a relaxing holiday. Ive welcomed us in a very friendly way, gave us tips for excursions and restaurants and is very likeable. If we had any questions, we could always reach out to him. The place is cozy, as in the photos and has everything you need. The first beach in the village is a 3-minute walk and the beautiful Pučišća invites you to explore and linger. Very clean apartment with a beautiful view, lots of space and beautiful design of the apartment (furniture and design). Close to beach, restaurants and supermarket. Ana and Antonijo are so lovely and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

This apartment exceeded all expectations. Absolutely stunning location, set on a promenade that runs the full length of Podstrana, meters from the sea. Whilst the beach isn’t private, it certainly felt so to us as barely anyone else used it. So so peaceful. The apartment was so well thought out. Branka has literally thought of everything you could possibly need! luxurious and a real treat. The free use of the sun beds, kayaks, SUP and large beach BBQ made it difficult to leave and we spent a large amount of our holiday just there relaxing which turns out was just what we needed! A taxi to Split with uber is super easy and around 7-9 euros. Podstrana has many bars and restaurants in both directions and really good quality too. The area is still in development in places so in a year or so we imagine will be a lot busier. For us it was perfect exactly as it was. I’ve never returned to the same place before as there’s so many places to see but for this, we will be back.Thanks Branka & Ivan

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Fabulous apartment in a great location with an amazing and memorable view. Apartment is comfortable with great amenities. Everything’s well thought out. Great bedding, plenty of towels, hooks, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and a bottle of wine! The espresso machine was fantastic! He met us at the ferry dock and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Perfect stay! Highly recommend! The view from the apartment balcony is the best!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

Great location close to both the harbour and the old town and minutes from a selection of restaurants including the wonderful Anona.

We really enjoyed our stay and agree that the balcony is the best place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Loved being able to quickly walk into town but also being away from the crowds a bit. The views were amazing, the apartment space was huge and we loved having a washing machine to do laundry. Ericka and her husband were so helpful with suggestion of where to eat and places to walk, to the amazing reference book in the apartment. Would definitely choose the apartment when in town!
