2nd time returning back to stay, we left our toiletries in our previous stay, host is kind and helpful to keep until our next stay. Definitely not our last time stay, as we have yet to complete host food recommendations !

Good place tp stay

Will definitely come here again. One thing that amazed me is the place is different then others. I love the place very much.

I was with my family for 2 nights total of 5 families and it is 14 of us. We took the entire place(It’s a double storey landed house) and it’s very suitable if you’re with big family. From the beginning Imel was very responsive on my query and easy to dealt with. She was kind and giving tips on ferry tickets purchasing and which terminal is suitable and preferable and it helps me on planning my trips and since it is a big family trip unfortunately we didn’t use their drop & transfer services due to the limit of passenger. In this case we had already hire a driver.(Very rarely a homestay provided this services) The location is very near and it’s a walkable to Nagoya Hills. It is also near to the Harbour Bay ferry terminal. The neighbourhood is also peaceful and safe. Although Imel was not able to personally host me during my stay, she was being very helpful from the beginning we arrived and she had already arranged the housekeeper who is also her driver to welcome us. All is well

Sri’s house was exactly as described and was such a cosy and comfortable home to my family during our stay. Place fits 6 pax comfortably. Full kitchen amenities provided and very pretty neighbourhood with a clubhouse access for facilities. Location is slightly out of town / touristy area so you will probably need to rent a car or to take a Grab/Gojek. We didn’t see much food options nearby except some local coffee shops. There’s a large supermarket nearby to stock up on groceries. All in all, would recommend for families visiting Batam!

Clean and well-maintained unit. Cozy ambiance, comfortable matress and bed linen. Full bathroom amenities, and room complimentary provided. Had a good night stay. Recommended

The accommodation was worth the money. The stay was great, all the amenities were provided as per listed. Host is responsive so all enquiries and helped was answered swiftly. Would stay here again definitely giving it a 10/10. Appreciate the great stay, thanks for having me!

my family stay in here for 3 night. this place is very beautiful view. we can see the sunrise with sea view. the rooms were nice and clean. we're very happy to stay here and hope we can stay again next time

Very nice place to stay for some periode time. feel like our own home. everything you need you can find there. very recommended to stay for couple. Sure I will rebook if I go to Batam again

Booked and stayed in Mint's apartment for 2 nights. Very clean place and area is filled with food choices. Has 2 local marts just below the apartment to get almost anything that you need. Shopping malls nearby with just a few mins taxi ride there. Will definitely book Mint's place again when I return to Batam.

Host :Friendly, fast response Location : Very convenient, waking distance to Grand Mall Batam & Batam City Square Mall.

The unit is as described, its cozy and homey. Internet maybe abit laggy but its out of host control. Other than that..none..we enjoyed our stay.
