2nd time returning back to stay, we left our toiletries in our previous stay, host is kind and helpful to keep until our next stay. Definitely not our last time stay, as we have yet to complete host food recommendations !

I was with my family for 2 nights total of 5 families and it is 14 of us. We took the entire place(It’s a double storey landed house) and it’s very suitable if you’re with big family. From the beginning Imel was very responsive on my query and easy to dealt with. She was kind and giving tips on ferry tickets purchasing and which terminal is suitable and preferable and it helps me on planning my trips and since it is a big family trip unfortunately we didn’t use their drop & transfer services due to the limit of passenger. In this case we had already hire a driver.(Very rarely a homestay provided this services) The location is very near and it’s a walkable to Nagoya Hills. It is also near to the Harbour Bay ferry terminal. The neighbourhood is also peaceful and safe. Although Imel was not able to personally host me during my stay, she was being very helpful from the beginning we arrived and she had already arranged the housekeeper who is also her driver to welcome us. All is well

My stay in this place was absolutely perfect. Everything was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was ideal, and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. The apartment was much more spacious than I had expected, and compared to similar units Asia. There is a good TV and comfortable reclining loveseat/small sofa. I stayed previously at the big building across the street, but chose Formosa Residences this time because the pool is much bigger. It's very nice, and open late . . . perhaps it doesn't close at all? My host Lily was always available, and very kind and helpful. Thank you to her. ❤️

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Batam! The place was very clean and located in a convenient area, making it easy to get around. I especially enjoyed the TV with Netflix—it was perfect for relaxing and added a nice touch to my stay. The host was super friendly and made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Batam!

Location is right next to the Batam Ferry Terminal so it’s very convenient with the Megamall just opposite as well. Good facilities, affordable price.
