The apartment was nice and private. Location was good with only 5-10 minute walk to Nation metro station. Josselin was responsive and accommodated us very well. We had a small dog with us and he did well as well in this place. I’d stay here again.

Beautiful place with easy access to the city. Especially being in the heart of Vincennes made this place feel like we were locals. Apartment was spacious for our family of 4 and the host was wonderfully accommodating and responsive. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Paris. Highly recommend!

Florian was a very good host. For Paris, the location is very quiet. The subway station is about 10 minutes' walk away. There were good opportunities to shop or eat nearby. A few things should possibly be repaired, such as the window in the bathroom or the one window in the bedroom. Otherwise, it is a very nice apartment, the terrace is very large and offers enough space.

I spent 5 days in the accommodation, I was only there in the evening and at night since I was at Blanc Mesnil for work. Kamel's sister-in-law welcomed me and showed me around the place, then Kamel sent me several messages throughout the week to see if everything was going well, and we spoke on the phone, Kamel was always available and very responsive. On the property itself, nothing to complain about, what could perhaps be a problem is the fact that the neighborhood is under construction (building buildings) so there is noise outside from 8:30 am, which could bother people eager to use the balcony for example. When will this work be completed? In conclusion, I would recommend this place. Ideally for a couple, but we must be able to accommodate 4 with the convertible bed.

We had a pleasant stay! The apartment was amazing, we’ll decorated and brand mew with peaceful nature nearby . The location is about 40 min driving from central Paris by car. There is also an electric car charging next to the apartment that was very helpful and useful for electric car. The host is amazingly helpful and kind, they were available for everything we needed. We spent two days in this apartment during our trip to visit Disneyland. The location was excellent — very close to Disneyland, with plenty of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines nearby. It was also just a short distance from a great shopping center, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was really clean well prepared and responsible and professional host. 10 of 10

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in recent memory. The terrace was an absolute highlight; we spent countless hours there, savoring our morning coffee while basking in the warm sunlight and enjoying picturesque views. It really created an atmosphere that made us feel at home, even while we were miles away. Nadia, our host, was exceptional—her warmth and kindness made a significant difference. She went above and beyond by accommodating our request for a late checkout, allowing us to enjoy our final moments there without any rush. Overall, it was a wonderful stay that left us with lasting memories.

The apartment is exactly as it shows the pictures. Very clean and modern. 7 minutes walking to the train station. It has all amenities for a family 6-7 people The AC is portable and it works fine just install it at the living room. It has washing and drying. It was a good apartment in regards quality and price.

I highly recommend the gorgeous apartment overlooking Sacre coeur, Eiffel tower and zoo. Very close to Vincennes, for those who want to get out of the hustle and bustle downtown. Very accessible by numerous subway lines, to go to museums, monuments, etc. Quiet neighborhood with everything necessary for a great stay. Perfect for families with children, especially. One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

The entire accommodation is at our disposal. Located in a quiet environment, the house is spacious and bright, perfectly equipped and perfectly clean. Foosball, jacuzzi, ping-pong table, bikes, a nice garden, everything is done to make the stay enjoyable. I recommend it!!

Lovely place, plenty of good amenities and a really lovely host. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Fontainebleau (as myself and my group did to go climbing). Quiet location in the beautiful French countryside.

We had a wonderful stay here!! There is really something for everyone, with a beautiful grounds (it’s truly more of an estate than just a home!) and fantastic amenities. These included an adorable heated pool, ping pong table, play area for kids including toys for toddlers, great recreation area and comfortable private accommodations. There are even goats and chickens along with some sheep to keep your kids entertained! All in all, a really great find!!

We spent a night at Yoann and Fanta's on our way back home. The contact was pleasant and easy going. The space was as expected and very neat. It is a small but nice ground floor residence with a spacious garden and outdoor space. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was highly enjoyable. We returned this year to Noelle's house for the second time as this was the best experience airbnb-wise around Fontainebleau. We brought friends and they immediately fell for the house as well. Looking forward to our next stay!
