The house was exactly like the photographs. From the moment of booking to check-out, D. Adelaide was an excellent host, always available and attentive. The amenities were very comfortable and every corner of the house surprised us with positive details, thought out in detail to ensure the well-being and comfort of all. The reception by D. Gloria was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the welcome cake... was simply divine! Without a doubt, an experience to repeat.

Linhares da Beira and the surrounding area is a beautiful place to visit. The villa is perfect- well worth the money spent! Comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. We braved the pool even though the weather was a bit cold for the time of year. Thanks to Linda and Helena for everything.

Hello Mr. Pedro! We would like to thank you for all the hospitality during our stay at your accommodation in Póvoa Dão. We were delighted with the space – it's quiet, well cared for and the pool was a real luxury in these hot days! It was wonderful to be able to bring our dog Escobar, who also loved the environment and the outdoor space. It is increasingly rare to find such beautiful places that accept animals so naturally. Very nice house with all the amenities and very complete, there is everything to spend the whole stay, everything impeccable, we felt at home, a quiet place ideal to disconnect and be in a natural environment. Near Coimbra, which is where we were going. Pedro has been very attentive and responds very quickly if you have any questions. I definitely recommend it 100%. We went with 5 friends and the place is perfect for everyone. We will return without hesitation, but next time I will do it with my children, I think it is ideal to go with children.

We stayed overnight with our two dogs and it had everything we needed for our stay. Clear instructions on how to access the accomodation and we could park right in front which was very handy. Comfy beds, all rooms were en-suite and everything you need to cook in the kitchen. Thank you

A fantastic place to stay, very comfortable, well equipped, great swimming pool area with honesty bar, and a lovely friendly Labrador, which was especially appreciated, as we were travelling by motorcycle and had left our two Labradors at home. 🤗☺️

We had a great stay at Antionio's place. Very relaxing setting on the edge of the village. So nice to be able to let our dog run freely in a fenced compound with beautiful fruit trees. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

We loved our stay at Casa do Professor. It was so quiet and peaceful. Lovely views, beautiful house inside and out. It worked well for a day trip to the Duoro wine area and another to Viseu, it was wonderful to come home to. Also nice walks in the general area (one was from the house, towards town, onto the ecopista). Lovely, quiet area full of small villages. Easy driving, groceries and restaurants nearby. We cooked a few meals and had what we needed. Having the washing machine was helpful. Comfortable beds, beautiful decor, yummy pastries delivered by Antonio's parents. Antonio was responsive and gave a lot of helpful suggestions in response to our questions. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location, right next to the river and the mill. Bruno was a communicative and helpful host. It's very small, as it says in the description, but for 2 nights was ok.

The host was very friendly and always available to help when needed. House equipped with the necessary utensils and included a stove for cooking meals. Very pleasant and quiet surrounding area, ideal for resting. The air conditioning was perfect for the hot days that were felt. The host has a dog that kept us company. thank you and we want to come back!

We spent 3 days at the riverside farm. We had an excellent stay, the surrounding space was incredible and especially the pool area was wonderful

My family and I (wife and two kids (13 and 16) spent three days over Chistmas at the house. it was the absolute perfect place to spend the holidays. The house is very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and was perfect for us to prepare the full Véspera and Christmas Day meals. There is even a local bread delivery service and the legendary Sera da.estrela mountain cheese made from local sheep available close by. Loriga is a beautiful mountain town and should not to be missed. From the beginning Senhor Tiago was extremely helpful and friendly. We are so grateful to have been able to spend our Christmas in such a fantastic location. We can't recommend this house more highly!!!!

Perfect house especially for the summer, extremely beautiful and with impeccable and creative decoration, made the experience much more memorable. Carolina and her sister were sweet and the communication was great and constant. Everything is clean and has everything you need. The pool was nice with a wonderful view of the mountains. We loved the stay, the house was beautiful and cozy. There was plenty of firewood to keep us warm in the living room. The kitchen was modern. I only have 2 things to point out: - It had all the necessary amenities except a mop to wash the dishes. - the oven top was not well washed (we left it cleaner than we found it) Finally, I leave the suggestion to the host that the outdoor space has immense potential and could be better used, for example with a swimming pool, especially in the warmer months.

My two friends and I absolutely loved Joao's place! It is one of the most unique airbnbs we have ever stayed in, built on the side of a mountain with a fabulous view off the balcony. It was comfortable and quiet. The town of Monsanto is also incredibly beautiful and unique and everything is in walking distance. I would love to return to Monsanto and would definitely stay in Joao's place again.

Andrea and Bruno are pleasant and charming people The property itself is spacious, and renovated to a very high standard. The yard is pleasant and spacious, we picked some mint and some lemon verbena. The view from the balcony is heart-warming. As parents of a small child, we were a little afraid of the stairs, and indeed it was challenging, but good handrails and a pair of gates to block access to the stairs from above really made it easier to cope (the stairs to the lower floor we just blocked permanently because we did not use this floor). The apartment is full of games for children, and our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter enjoyed it very much. The fresh bread and the quality coffee that Bruno left for us completed the experience. The location of the settlement is a little far from the river, and everywhere you need to drive first on the winding road down the hill. But the charming beach of Avo is 8 minutes away, so it's not really a big deal. In short, we will return again and with great joy, thank you Bruno and Andrea, we will be happy to meet you in Coimbra as well.

Such a beautiful little house. The setting is paradise. View out the front window is spectacular. The town is peaceful and the neighbours are very friendly. The house had everything we needed for a couple with a small dog. The owner left milk, delicious bread, butter and condiments as well as local jam and honey. The bed was large, lots of English TV stations if you like that, internet was fast. The highway to get there is a series of million dollar views. 3 minute drive from a small beach with a crystal clear stream to swim in that we had all to ourselves all week. Sitting out front drinking coffee is an orchestra of birds singing. Nights are silent, we slept like babies. The owner let us check in early and the manager was there to meet us and show us how everything worked. After that, total privacy. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was top quality and modern. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful in the countryside, very luxurious and well equipped. Great pool and beautiful well-kept outdoor area. Overall, very high-quality ambiance! Nearest shopping about 10 minutes by car beautiful vineyards for hiking in the immediate vicinity! If you are looking for peace and relaxation in the countryside, with beautiful surroundings, this is the place to be. Landlord and staff very friendly and helpful. Great outdoor kitchen with BBQ for shared use! We'd love to come back!
