A beautiful house in a great location with a wonderful view from the terrace, with a very nice natural pool, but a bit cold because of the constantly fresh water. The neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming. We were a bit unlucky because of the wildfires. So we had to leave 2 days early to be sure to get to the airport and catch our plane. Irene was very friendly and open hearted and took great care of the house and pool. We can fully recommend this villa.

This is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed. The home is in an amazing village and is so peaceful and beautiful with great views. The location is very accessible to fun hiking trails. Lousã is good to stock up on groceries. The home has good wifi and the bottle of wine the host left was such a thoughtful and pleasant surprise. We really liked sitting on the patio having food and wine and just taking in all of the surroundings. I have never been somewhere so unique. Such a special place.

The house was exactly like the photographs. From the moment of booking to check-out, D. Adelaide was an excellent host, always available and attentive. The amenities were very comfortable and every corner of the house surprised us with positive details, thought out in detail to ensure the well-being and comfort of all. The reception by D. Gloria was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the welcome cake... was simply divine! Without a doubt, an experience to repeat.

Linhares da Beira and the surrounding area is a beautiful place to visit. The villa is perfect- well worth the money spent! Comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. We braved the pool even though the weather was a bit cold for the time of year. Thanks to Linda and Helena for everything.

Hello Mr. Pedro! We would like to thank you for all the hospitality during our stay at your accommodation in Póvoa Dão. We were delighted with the space – it's quiet, well cared for and the pool was a real luxury in these hot days! It was wonderful to be able to bring our dog Escobar, who also loved the environment and the outdoor space. It is increasingly rare to find such beautiful places that accept animals so naturally. It is a wonderful space to enjoy as a family. Well-equipped kitchen. House with entertainment for children. A good barbecue area. The nature around the accommodation is incredible. A true haven.

We really enjoyed staying at D's home. Maria, because in addition to being well located corresponded to what we intended. Our children loved sleeping in the loft. We hope to come back in the near future. Thank you so much for everything in advance!!!

Perfect house to spend a few days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and escape the routine. You can do your grocery shopping in the village and you don't even have to leave the house, you have everything you need to spend a good few days. Super quiet place, you can hear the stream, the birds, surrounded by nature. The house even seems to be ours, it doesn't give that rented house feeling, very comfortable, well decorated, and with all the essentials. Paula and Luís were great hosts, always in touch to give us directions on how to get there, points of interest and left us at ease to get in touch whenever necessary. Can't wait next time!

Sandrine and Julien were excellent hosts, attentive and responsive ot all of our questions. They have built a beautiful Dome haven for visitors and we were happy to be able to stay in such a special construction. The dome was spacious and clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our November stay. We would highly recommend and will definitely return ourselves.

My husband and I had a great stay. We were on a quiet street on the edge of town but very easy to walk for food and fun. We were fortunate to meet the hosts and they were very kind and accommodating. The house was perfect for the two of us to be comfortable and cook. We very much enjoyed our time on the edge of the Serra da Estrela national park in the beauty of Portugal.

We loved our stay at Casa do Professor. It was so quiet and peaceful. Lovely views, beautiful house inside and out. It worked well for a day trip to the Duoro wine area and another to Viseu, it was wonderful to come home to. Also nice walks in the general area (one was from the house, towards town, onto the ecopista). Lovely, quiet area full of small villages. Easy driving, groceries and restaurants nearby. We cooked a few meals and had what we needed. Having the washing machine was helpful. Comfortable beds, beautiful decor, yummy pastries delivered by Antonio's parents. Antonio was responsive and gave a lot of helpful suggestions in response to our questions. Highly recommended!

A beautiful family friendly home. Dini is a lovely hostess who was very responsive and communicative. The garden around the house is extremely beautiful and the view is amazing

Best place and best hosts you can think of! Great hiking area, beautiful nature, mindblowing scilence and yet easy to reach Coimbra, Tomar and many of the Xisto villages. And on top of it superinteresting stories and great recommendations by Richard and Fiona. We hope to be back one day. :)
