We had a fantastic family stay at Casa da Ti Dores in Cativelos! The house is full of charm, beautifully restored, and very comfortable for families. It had everything we needed — cozy rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a peaceful setting. The warm pool was the highlight for all of us — absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the area. Our kids loved it, and so did we! The village is quiet and welcoming, and it’s a great base for discovering Serra da Estrela. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing, authentic getaway. We hope to return!

It was a very nice cottage, small, but everything was in good material, nice shower, nicely decorated with nice wood details. We slept wonderfully with the windows open and the sound of the river, otherwise it was completely quiet at night. Outside nice terraces, wonderfully seated with our feet in the river, a fantastic environment, completely unobstructed views at the back of the house and a lovely hamlet. We walked every day for half an hour to Gois, a beautiful village with river and delicious pastries at the paladeria. We thought it was very nice!

This was such a memorable stay! Monsanto is incredibly beautiful and this house is so unique and makes a great base for exploring. Eloiza is so kind and a wonderful host. She was able to help us bring our bags to the house in her small car which was really helpful. I’d highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at Graça’s. She was very kind, gave us restaurant recommendations, and even booked our reservation for lunch. After spending the last several days in a busier city, we really enjoyed the slower pace Lousa had to offer. The location was perfect- we could easily walk into town or take a walking path to the castle nearby. We also hiked to a beautiful Schist Village (Talasnal) which was about 2.5 miles from the house. The kitchen was perfect and we really enjoyed eating our breakfast on the patio both mornings. We’d highly recommend staying here. Obrigada, Graça.

It was just a one-night stay, but the space is very cozy, impeccably arranged and decorated. Immaculate cleanliness. The contact with Andreia was not in person only because of me due to the late arrival time and also very early departure time. Contact is always very easy and fast, whether by phone, messaging app (...) and even through the Airbnb app. An excellent place to discover the Serra da Estrela. I recommend it 100%.

Hello Mr. Pedro! We would like to thank you for all the hospitality during our stay at your accommodation in Póvoa Dão. We were delighted with the space – it's quiet, well cared for and the pool was a real luxury in these hot days! It was wonderful to be able to bring our dog Escobar, who also loved the environment and the outdoor space. It is increasingly rare to find such beautiful places that accept animals so naturally. Hello Cristian! We loved being in this refuge in the middle of nature, it was exactly what we were needing. It rained a lot and the house was really a welcoming shelter for everyone, our children loved "the wooden house in the countryside, magic"! We slept very well and it was a privilege to enjoy this experience of living in a medieval village with so much history and beauty. We love the shower! Excellent stay. Very comfortable and clean apartment. We feel very welcome from the first moment. The recent apartment with the comfort needed for a great stay. Quick host on communication and available for any questions. Clear instructions on check in and on the use of the bed for the third adult. I highly recommend the stay. Central location and parking at the door.

If you want quiet cute old village stay. We stayed for a month and enjoyed watching the river and the start of the changing of the leaves. The house is ready to move in how ever long you want to stay with everything needed. The host is very nice.I would come back

Casa de Manteigas is a perfect base to explore the fabulous Serra Da Estrela. Deceptively spacious, very comfy bedrooms and plush new bathrooms. The balcony means that you can sit outside with a glass of wine or a cup of tea and enjoy views over the village. We would highly recommend and plan on returning.

Very clean accommodation, peaceful environment. Lianne and her husband are friendly and welcomed us. The kids loved the pool.

We had a lovely stay at Dini's Quintiha, a nice and quiet place with a beautiful view over the rural and natural environment from the terrace. The apartment was very well maintained, nicely decorated and adequately equiped. A place to come back to!

Rita is a good-hearted person. We felt like at home. The place was great. Rita gave us fruit from her garden and was always there for us. I recommend a holiday in Rita's Air BnB 200% :-) happy to come back!

We absolutely loved it! Beautiful house with a beautiful view of the area. Greet is a great host. Very kind and helpful. We had a problem with our car and got to walk to a beautiful spot just outside the village and the near by mechanic fixed it super fast. A great place to stay and go out to the different beauty spots around. Highly recommended.
