The space is lightning-clean, the garden just enchanting. There is everything you need in the house. Tasteful and tidy. Very friendly and likeable hosts. It was the perfect getaway for the whole family!

We felt very comfortable! The apartment was the optimal size for the number of people and fully met our expectations. We won't forget the quiet location and beautiful view anytime soon.

Nice place in a quiet location. Michael was always friendly and available for questions by cell phone. Unfortunately, the wellness area was closed to us. I guess it's because of the coronavirus.

A very cosy place on two levels with lovely views and very well equipped with everything you might need during an apartment stay. I felt very much at home. The very friendly owners live in the same property so communication is easy. The place is a great starting point for lots of beautiful walks around the Schliersee area and beyond.

A cozy and lovelly room in the mountains with a beuttiful view of the town below. Because of the location this spot is perfect if you want to explore this region of Austria/south of Germany, wihtin a hour of travel in each direction there is always something to see or to do. Especially if your goal is to go hiking. Everything is as described in the advertisement is, therefore our stay was as expected.

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation and the hosts! The place are beautiful and clean. The environment in the middle of the mountains is beautiful and invites you to relax. The accommodation has a beautiful and also very clean wellness area, which offers everything you want. There is a natural pool, a large sauna and a whirlpool. We will come back and thank you for the great time!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the cabin in the woods! Everything was really great and even better than we imagined. The location in the middle of the forest is simply fantastic - you have your absolute tranquility and are completely surrounded by nature. That was exactly what we were looking for! The cabin itself was much larger and better equipped than expected. It had everything you needed and more. We particularly liked the loving details and the cozy furnishings. You can tell the host went the extra mile. The communication with the host was also perfect. She was super friendly, responded quickly to our messages and gave us helpful tips for the area. All in all, it was a wonderful and relaxing time we were allowed to spend in the cabin. Thank you for this memorable stay - we will definitely be back!

The Chalet is very modern and fully equipped, there’s always someone around in case you need anything. The Whirlpool is a must - iconic views while relaxing!

Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We had a great time staying at Christine's place! The apartment was super clean and well equipped, with clear instructions for everything important. We were particularly enthusiastic about the magnificent view from the balcony – simply fantastic! Many excursion options are within walking distance, and a supermarket is right around the corner. The communication with Christine was very friendly, quick and straightforward. She also responded to our requests, which made the stay even more pleasant. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

Waltraud is the sweetest, warmest, and most good-natured person I have ever met. I would recommend it to anyone. And if you're lucky, Waltraud will sing you a song. At 97 years of age, it is impressive how fit she is and how much she cares about her guests. She is very open and honest. You have the feeling you are coming home and as soon as you see them you can only smile. The view from the window is fantastic and the surroundings are very quiet. I'll be happy to come back. We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply furnished for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this in the heart of nature in Austria. There is amazing natural lighting throughout the day—sunrise and sunset views were simply magical through the large windows overlooking the mountains. The interior is thoughtfully furnished with cozy, comfortable seating and tasteful decor that makes the space feel welcoming. After long days exploring the outdoors, it was the perfect place to relax. The kitchen was another highlight—fully stocked with quality cooking tools, pots, and utensils. It was a pleasure to cook meals there while taking in the alpine views. Cleanliness was top-notch. Everything from the bathroom to the linens and kitchen surfaces.

Very nice accommodation in a traditional house. Well equipped and comfortable beds. The host responds quickly. We want to come back, especially since it's a beautiful region.

Ideal for cycling holidays, because you could park the bikes directly at the house under the roof overhang. Large covered terrace. Many (also flat) very beautiful bike paths starting only 200 m away. Good restaurants within walking distance in 5-10 min. Supermarket in the village. Close to the A95 motorway, so it can be easily combined with a trip to Munich (also a train station in the village). We booked again right away because we felt very comfortable. We had our little dog with us, also close to the field for walking.

Martin has thought of everything & is on-site most of the time. Our apartment was immaculate & spacious - perfect for our family ski holiday of 7 adults. 3bathrooms & 3bedrooms - one was made up with a spare bed for single traveller. So convenient for shops, restaurants & Penken gondola. Table converting to pool table got a workout most nights, as did the Wii! Fabulous main bathroom with huge bathtub, shower & sauna. Well stocked kitchen with pod machine & coffee maker - we cooked almost every night & morning. Kept our drinks on the deck - same temperature as the fridge!!! Apartment is remarkably peaceful & quiet day & night. Laundry downstairs only has one washing machine & one dryer but I used it during the day with no waiting. Not ski-in, ski-out but there is a ski/drying room downstairs, then a lift to each floor. Highly recommend Martin's 'Apart Central' ... & he's a lovely guy to boot!!! Makes a fabulous gin/schnapps on-site too!! Thank you Martin, we'll be back!!

Villa Buchenhain is a great accommodation and perfect starting point for excursions of every kind. The size of our apartment was very spacious and the wellness area was the icing on the cake. We felt very comfortable around Lydia was the perfect hostess, always friendly, polite and very easy to reach. We will definitely come back...

As a family of four with two teenage children, we had a really nice time at the Alpakahof in Serfaus. The farm is quiet and very idyllic with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment is spacious, super cozy and very well equipped. There is plenty of storage and retreats. On the large balcony you can also relax wonderfully in the winter sun. Also with the very trusting and cuddly cats of the house on your lap. Our great hosts were open and very helpful. If you want to go skiing, it's not far by car to the nearby gondolas. By car, you can quickly get to Serfaus or Fiss. In addition, there is a very nice hiking trail towards Serfaus near the house. A vacation at the Alpakahof is really worthwhile! We will be happy to come back :-)

We were able to celebrate a very pleasant bachelorette party, the apartment offered everything we needed and the communication was very good. Recommended

Host was very accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Home is situated in an incredible landscape with close proximity to skiing, which was the main reason for the stay. Would absolutely return.

We liked the lovingly designed farmhouse very much. It was rustic and very cozy. Many loving and authentic details have rounded off the ambience. The beautifully landscaped garden also invites you to linger. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. Kristin is a great host who has always been friendly and helpful to all concerns.

We felt totally comfortable. A nice family and beautiful surroundings. For the children, a great outdoor area with many possibilities to play and for us a beautiful terrace to relax.

We were in the apartment as a participant of the Transalpine Run. Although the house belonged to a campsite, we had enough peace and privacy to prepare and relax. All nice people who took care of the apartment.
