Our spacious (81 sqm), bright and clean holiday home KuckucksLockennest shows great attention to detail. The apartment is located on a sunny hillside, on the edge of the forest and impresses with its huge window front and the 25sqm sunny terrace with a unique view of valley and forests. Many hiking trails can be reached in a few minutes on foot from the KuckucksLockennest. We have lots of excursion tips for you! The center of Seebach and the bus stop can also be reached in 10-15 minutes by foot.

The "Sonnenhäusle" is located in Sasbachwalden absolutely quietly in the middle of nature. Built in 1936 by Karl Fritz, father of the Bambi Prize. Completely renovated in 2024, newly furnished and expanded with a panoramic sauna and a balcony roof. The associated 10,000 m² forest and meadow property is located directly next to the "Black Forest National Park" - directly on mountain bike and hiking routes. In this relaxing altitude you have a wide view of the sea of lights of the Rhine Valley!

On spacious 95 sqm you will find modern equipped premises which were lovingly renovated in 2020 to 2023. Thanks to the open gable, the high ceilings give the rooms a special charm. The thoughtful decorative elements which are color-coordinated with each other, round off the apartment. Designated hiking routes and mountain bike trails start right outside the front door. Popular tourist attractions such as the Mummelsee, the Hornisgrinde or the National Park Center are also nearby.

The completely renovated apartment has been lovingly and richly furnished and is spacious. Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Our cozy 1-room apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes - both in the Black Forest, on the Hornisgrinde and through the vineyards. Several hiking trails pass directly by the house. The entrance to the Gaishöll Waterfalls is a 5-minute walk away. Several well-known restaurants are also within walking distance. The bus stop is minutes away. From there, there are free direct connections to Hornisgrinde, Mummelsee, Ruhestein and Achern.

Black Forest, vineyards, pure nature: You can enjoy all this in our apartment "Schwarzwaldmarie" and leave everyday life behind you. In summer, there are no limits to the activities right outside the door - hiking in the Black Forest, biking or walking through the vineyards. In winter, the nearby ski slopes are a popular destination - if you like it cozy, you can enjoy the wood crackling in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.
