As a family of four, with two teens, we’ve just spent a truly wonderful 10 days at Ajwan Villa. We would highly recommend this gorgeous property to stay, if you’re after a quiet place to recharge the batteries. This lovely villa suits a family of up to six or three couples, as each bedroom comes with an ensuite. Fitted out to a high spec, with all the mod cons and everything that you may need has been carefully considered by the owners. Beautiful views of the sea to the front and mountains to side and rear of the house. Recommend you wake up early enough to take in those sunrises over the sea! The service we’ve received from the lovely owners has been fast and very helpful. We will be recommending this property to friends and family and hope to return to stay there again sometime in the future!

Good location nice restaurants and beach close

The place is looked new and everything is good and clean. The pool size is great for kids and adults as well, nice Jacuzzi as well. It’s very near to the beach (5 mins) and It’s 30 mins away from Muscat downtown but still the price and amenities and worth it. I already recommended it to my friends. Thanks Mohammed

Fantastic Spacious Stay in Muscat – Perfect Location & Well Maintained! We had a wonderful stay at this large 5-bedroom Airbnb in Muscat. The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers plenty of space for a large group or family. The layout is well thought out, with comfortable bedrooms and common areas that make it easy to relax and enjoy. One of the biggest highlights is the location—just a short walk to the beach and centrally positioned, making it convenient to explore Muscat’s top attractions. Whether you want to enjoy the coastline, visit cultural sites, or explore the city, everything is easily accessible.

Spacious accommodation in an residential area, very typical and quiet. It's a little difficult to find the place, but the host was available to guide us over the phone. Great value for money Only negative note: few dishes

Pristine apartment within walking distance of the Mall of Oman and the Mohammed Al Ameen Mosque. A lot of new buildings are being built in the neighborhood and I imagine it’s a rapidly-changing area. Some great local restaurants can also be found in the area. Residential and quiet.

Our stay at Talal’s flat in Muscat was more than just a holiday—it truly felt like a home away from home. From the very beginning, Talal stood out as an exceptional host, he is very communicative, kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help. He was incredibly responsive to every message, whether we had a question, needed a recommendation, or just wanted to check in. His support made everything smooth and stress-free, and by the end of the trip, he felt more like a friend than a host. The flat itself exceeded our expectations. It is simply PERFECT! It’s spacious, spotlessly clean, totally furnished incredibly quiet,which is something essential for us. Everything we needed was provided, You can really tell that Talal has put care and thought into making his guests feel welcome. The location is also perfect: just a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Muscat and also ideally situated for exploring the city. We miss everything!We’re already looking forward to coming back

Would recommend this place to anyone. Mohamed was great from start to finish. His responses were instant prior to getting there and during the stay. He gave clear instructions and was understanding about everything. He really cares about making his guests have an enjoyable experience. The place itself was amazing. The view from the balconies was beautiful. The place itself was huge. Private parking, a whole house to yourself and all necessities available (Shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, iron and ironing board, towels, hair dryer). The water in the fridge was convenient as we arrived late evening and didn’t buy any before. The area was located in a peaceful village and was close to many of the tourist spots by car. Thanks Mohamed for making our stay memorable.

Great stay, easy check in and convenient location

Mohammed’s place was excellent in every way! From the moment of booking, Mohammed was very friendly and helpful with any requests and easy to reach with any questions. The apartment itself was very cozy to relax in at the end of the day and fully equipped with everything you could want from tv to wifi, a/c, kitchen, and so much more! The apartment was also centrally located only minutes from great places to eat and grocery. Thank you for your kindness and warmly welcoming me to Oman and your home Mohammed. I highly recommend this place to all, don’t hesitate to book for the experience of a lifetime!

Very pleasant stay in this apartment. The neighborhood is very friendly and the apartment is close to the marina as well as shops/bars. Comfortable and generally well-equipped apartment even if it is missing some utensils for cooking. The pool is a big plus. Recommended! Thanks

Bader’s place was amazing for my family and I. The place was very clean, the host left us food and drink when we arrived. Bader was a great host, very responsive with extremely clear instructions and insights. The accommodation is in a very nice neighborhood, the pool and gym in the building very clean. I would definitely recommend staying at Bader’s place.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2-bedroom villa in Muscat! The host was incredibly friendly and professional, accommodating our very early check-in request and frequently checking in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The villa is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Muscat’s attractions and offering convenient access to the highway for day trips outside the city. The property was well-equipped with all the essentials and more – from a TV, excellent air conditioning, and WiFi to extra kitchen appliances like an air fryer and sandwich maker. The parking space right outside the villa was also a huge plus for us. Overall, this is a fantastic option for a small family visiting Muscat. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

I stayed at Naz Airbnb for a couple of month, he was welcoming, always ready to assist and helpful, he made my experience arriving in muscat great, as for the surrounding area, there are many things to do, from parks to malls, everyday I found something new, if you come from a big country than nothing is far from you, people are nice and welcoming and you won't feel that you have to be aware of your surroundings the whole time like in other countries, I totally recommend it and thank Naz for making it an easy stay for me.
