very comfortable apartment - we stayed a week but you could easily stay here for a month. spacious (two bathrooms, big kitchen, lounge and bedroom), well-stocked kitchen for cooking and a 24/7 supermarket on the ground floor of the building. pool and small gym on the rooftop. TV with Netflix. comfortable bed. balcony. AC. self check-in, which was helpful since we arrived at 5am. we really enjoyed our time here. thanks, Mohammed!

We stayed 9 nights, 3 adults in the beachfront listing. Non-touristy site, fishing village, very quiet and traditional close to Muscat, 20 minutes by car and 40 minutes from the airport. Private restaurants and beaches 10 minutes away by car. Very nice stay.

This place is 10/10 for adults or people with older kids! It was a bit challenging for me with my 2 boys (4 and almost 1) as the unit is on a roof top and the wall on the patio is 3ft high. My older one was constantly looking for a chance to climb it!! But when the boys were sleeping, we truly enjoyed the breathtaking view!! I keep referring this place to all my friends already! Truly wonderful stay! They had a guide/support guy - Abdul Rahman who lives couple of buildings away and he was available almost 24/7. He gave us great intel, tourist info and other local tips which was really helpful! The place was nice, cozy and clean! We loved Oman and will go back in 10 years when the boys are older and would love to stay at the same place! Thank you so much for your hospitality!! :)

Pristine apartment within walking distance of the Mall of Oman and the Mohammed Al Ameen Mosque. A lot of new buildings are being built in the neighborhood and I imagine it’s a rapidly-changing area. Some great local restaurants can also be found in the area. Residential and quiet.

The location was ideal, and the home was cozy and spotless. The hosts, Mariyam and caretaker Mura, were incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. The accommodation was well-stocked with essentials, and the nearby Turkish restaurants were a great bonus. Highly Recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

The place is amazing and a real heaven for anyone who is looking for a combination of mountains and water. Everything about this place is about the description and more and a very responsive and supportive host. I would highly recommend the place and would love to stay there again in the near future.

Mohammed is a great, responsive and a very helpful host, who is willing to listen to your requests. The house is spacious and very clean. Come with 3 toilets and the packed with amenities. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very equipped and water are provided.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Mr. Khaled's wonderful 2-bedroom apartment at Marsa Gardens, Al Mouj, and it exceeded all our expectations. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also immaculately maintained, offering everything we needed and more. The decor was stylish yet cozy, making us feel at home from the moment we walked in. What truly made our stay remarkable was Mr. Khaled's exceptional hospitality. He was incredibly kind, supportive, and always available whenever we needed him, ensuring that our visit was as pleasant and smooth as possible. His attention to detail and genuine care for his guests' experience make him an outstanding host. We wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Khaled's apartment and wish him all the very best. A nice flat located in the new development the Wave. The area and the Building are very Safe. The Pool area and gym are smaller, but absolutely conveniente especially during the heat. The harbour of AlMouj is some walk minutes away from the apartment. Amazing sunsets on the promenade. The apartment does look like in the pictures. We arrived late night and the watchman responsible barely spoke english - the communication and understanding were almost impossible, but we got into the flat. It would have been nice to have at least one bottle of water, as everything was closed by the time. Our luck was the neighbour who provided us 2 bottles of water in the night. The rest was good and the flat is defenitely recomendable.

The location is great. Apartment was very clean and met our expectations. The kitchen has everything you need. Majdi was responsive for all our needs. I highly recommend it.

This is a lovely large, spacious, nicely decorated modern ground floor flat in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is very clean. All 3 bedrooms are generous. Beds 1&2 have en-suite bathrooms whilst Bed 3 has its own bathroom next door. The dining/ living room is also very large. There is a fully equipped separate large kitchen. Beds are very comfortable with quality linens. Good A/C and WiFi. To the front is a sunny patio with garden furniture The apartment has free parking outside. As public transport is very limited in Muscat, a car is pretty essential. A couple of convenience stores, an excellent Syrian restaurant (Bab Shaqri) and a highly rated Spanish one (Alacena) are all within 5 mins walk. Other supermarkets and eateries are within a few minutes drive away. Jokha is a charming, super-responsive host with a passion for property/ rentals. A couple of minor issues brought responses within a couple of minutes. I can thoroughly recommend staying here.
