very comfortable apartment - we stayed a week but you could easily stay here for a month. spacious (two bathrooms, big kitchen, lounge and bedroom), well-stocked kitchen for cooking and a 24/7 supermarket on the ground floor of the building. pool and small gym on the rooftop. TV with Netflix. comfortable bed. balcony. AC. self check-in, which was helpful since we arrived at 5am. we really enjoyed our time here. thanks, Mohammed!

This place is 10/10 for adults or people with older kids! It was a bit challenging for me with my 2 boys (4 and almost 1) as the unit is on a roof top and the wall on the patio is 3ft high. My older one was constantly looking for a chance to climb it!! But when the boys were sleeping, we truly enjoyed the breathtaking view!! I keep referring this place to all my friends already! Truly wonderful stay! They had a guide/support guy - Abdul Rahman who lives couple of buildings away and he was available almost 24/7. He gave us great intel, tourist info and other local tips which was really helpful! The place was nice, cozy and clean! We loved Oman and will go back in 10 years when the boys are older and would love to stay at the same place! Thank you so much for your hospitality!! :)

The location was ideal, and the home was cozy and spotless. The hosts, Mariyam and caretaker Mura, were incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. The accommodation was well-stocked with essentials, and the nearby Turkish restaurants were a great bonus. Highly Recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I suggest Alharbi Mazaya apartment to all of my friends to have a nice experience in Muscat. The location was really excellent, and the prices are excellent. Thanks to the host Ms Bayan who was great at accommodating us, also special thanks to her brother Alhareth who was very helpful and very professional. Extremely recommend this place.

What a great place. It was right next to the beaches and a super peaceful neighborhood. Place was clean, bright and comfortable. The gym and pool were wonderful. Would stay again.

Large, comfortable and easy access apartment. Close to the bus station and many shops it is a good place to visit the old town.

A lovely space with all sorts of amenities, and a great view of the mountains! Easy access to other parts of the city, and bakeries and shops are within walking distance. The host was very friendly and responsive!

Our stay at Hilal's was perfect! The location was exactly what we were hoping for and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Hilal was super quick to respond to any questions we had and was always kind and helpful. The accommodations were clean and everything was in perfect working condition. Getting a taxi was easy, as pick up was just a few steps away from the building. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Muscat.

He was incredibly kind, supportive, and always available whenever we needed him, ensuring that our visit was as pleasant and smooth as possible. A nice flat located in the new development the Wave. The area and the Building are very Safe. The Pool area and gym are smaller, but absolutely conveniente especially during the heat. The harbour of AlMouj is some walk minutes away from the apartment. Amazing sunsets on the promenade. The apartment does look like in the pictures. We arrived late night and the watchman responsible barely spoke english - the communication and understanding were almost impossible, but we got into the flat. It would have been nice to have at least one bottle of water, as everything was closed by the time. Our luck was the neighbour who provided us 2 bottles of water in the night. The rest was good and the flat is defenitely recomendable.

The location is great. Apartment was very clean and met our expectations. The kitchen has everything you need. Majdi was responsive for all our needs. I highly recommend it.
