We rent a spacious, reserved furnished apartment with two large rooms, kitchen, bathroom and workspace in the attic of a house, which is located on a plaice on the banks of the Spree near Berlin. This includes a large balcony with fantastic views as well as a park-like garden with two swimming spots, rowing boat and trampoline. Here you can, among other things, swimming, boating, hiking, swinging, biking, cooking, fishing, barbecuing, doing nothing, working in peace, taking a vacation in short.

Our cozy, quiet basement room with bathroom is perfect for vacationers, expats and city refugees looking for a place that is within walking distance of both bus & train and forest & water. Every 10 minutes, the S3 from Wilhelmshagen runs directly through Berlin and thus allows the perfect connection to the outskirts of the city. Within a few minutes' walk you are also in the Püttbergen or Dämmeritzsee. Shopping and a handful of restaurants are also within walking distance.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

A lakefront home

Romantic bungalow directly on the water and only 30 minutes from the centre of Berlin. Our 30 sqm bungalow is located in Berlin-Schmöckwitz directly on Lake Seddin. A cosy living room with water views, a double bedroom and a small kitchen are available in the house. In the private garden there are garden loungers, barbecue and a rowing boat. The bathroom and shower are located outside the bungalow and are shared with other marina guests.

Villa Chicken

The apartment in a separate house offers Sleeping accommodation for 3 people, coziness and leisure for enjoyable food in a kitchen with a view to the outdoors, plenty of peace and quiet and a small seating area in the covered entrance area. Shower and toilet are provided. Bikes can be rented in the nearby store. Villa Hühnchen is a summer house - so it is not for rent in the winter months. We live in the front house.
