Family-friendly holiday rentals in Seabrook Island

Everything was exactly as described and the location was FANTASTIC for traveling with small kids. Tamra & Lisa were great communicators ahead of and during our stay, even welcoming us with wine and cheese. Everything was comfortable and the pack n play & high chair on site were a great bonus. The kitchen is fully, full equipped if you like to do some cooking at “home” like we do. There are some fragile items at curious tot level but the living areas are child friendly. Absolutely recommend these hosts and this stay!

We enjoyed our trip immensely! Lots of local shops and restaurants near by, beach just a short walk and tons of onsite amenities. We’d absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much Steven. You and your condo are much appreciated 💜

Steve & Jenna’s place was exactly as pictured and described. Absolutely beautiful, nicely decorated, well stocked and very clean. There was so much to do at the resort that we didn’t have time to fit it all in on our short weekend getaway. The hosts were very responsive, professional and friendly! Jenna even answered questions that I could’ve found the answers to if I had first looked in the host guide provided in the condo. The walk to the beach is a good distance but we were able to park closer to the boardwalk at Building 1 and it made the distance much shorter, it seemed. The beach area was not overly crowded as it is only accessible by resort guests. We truly enjoyed our stay! The place, the hosts and the resort are perfect! 10/10 definitely recommend!

This stay was in the perfect place. Close enough to the beach to walk, and also access to other amenities on the grounds. A lot of places to go around the stay. Very comfortable in general.

It was really clean and smelled nice. he also provided a lot of towels which was nice. everything worked how expected and the property is beautiful.

With us and children’s families we had plenty of room and things to do right on the property for 6 adults and 5 grandchildren from 2 to 10 years old! We had a blast: plenty of beds, bathrooms, big kitchen and den, indoor swimming pool, game room, hot tub, fire pit, short street for bikes, garage. On raining periods or at night the house was great for eating, play and family time! We got the golf cart and biked minutes from Folly Field beach and also to Island beach which were great beaches. Biking on the beaches and the innumerable wonderful trails throughout Hilton Head is amazing for those who take advantage of it. Besides the beach adventures we also took advantage of the horseback riding at Lawton Stables and the Pirates of Hilton Head kids pirate ship adventure at Harbor Town which was something the kids and adults will not forget. We ate most of the time in our great kitchen but some did get to enjoy two fabulous seafood restaurants. Hilton Head is a beautiful island!

This is an older building but the unit was clean and matched the photos. We were very happy with our stay. The hosts provided a beach wagon along with chairs which was very convenient. The beach is a 1/2 mile walk along a scenic boardwalk & very easy. There is a little beach bar at the end serving drinks that you can take to the beach. The building rents bikes at the property for $35 which is very convenient. We didn’t use the pool but it was clean & would have been sufficient. Parking was easy, the elevators worked fine & the property was easily accessible by car. The hosts were responsive & friendly.

We were in town celebrating my brother’s wedding, and Joseph’s home was the perfect place to unwind and spend time with family. The pool area was beautiful! He was extremely responsive and the home was very comfortable and well equipped.

Apartment was very clean and great location between the beach and downtown Charleston.

Location was great! We brought our own bikes to ride the Spanish Moss Trail with our kids. There was a trail head a few blocks away. We even rode bikes into town one day. Beds were very comfortable. Everyone slept well. Open floor plan was great. Kids could watch a show while parents made a meal. Susanna proactively reached out and provided directions and recommendations for activities and restaurants right before the trip. We had no need to reach out during our stay. We had a great time at the Chapel and highly recommend it!

We enjoyed this Airbnb a lot! Lovely views back and front and the beach is maybe 3 minutes walk (look for the public access sign to the left, about three houses down). Great shower! Lovely kitchen! Comfy sofas! If we ever come back to folly beach, we would love to stay again. For the mobility challenged, it is only 12 steps to front door, unlike a lot of neighboring houses, which are on stilts and have 25+ steps. 😁

We loved our stay at this lovely little home in Isle of Palms! An easy walk to the beach and lots of beach gear provided! Our family of five felt like we had adequate space. Lots of towels, dish soap, etc. Beautiful neighborhood. Calvin was lightning fast with his communication. Only thing we wish was different was how creaky the bed in the master bedroom was, LOL.

We had a wonderful stay at the Smile House with our 2 dogs! The space was welcoming and has a wonderful location - we were able to walk to everything, including the beach, within minutes. Highly recommend to anyone looking to take a trip to Folly Beach!

happy with our entire stay. The adorable cabin yard for our pups, well maintained and clean ! Fresh farm eggs puppy treats and carrots to feed the horses on our daily strolls! These ladies thought of everything to make your stay here memorable! Making us feel right at home while they shared their beautiful piece of land they take so much pride in. Just beautiful! We hope to return here next time we are in SC.

Wonderful location with a second floor view of the ocean! Everything you will need for your vacation is there. Easy walk to the beach or the marsh. Definitely the best value for our family of two on Fripp!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Tricia’s place and it was perfect for the two of us! The apartment was super clean and cute. The bed and linens are comfortable as well. Considering this unit is a pet friendly place, we did not notice any signs of pets being in the unit previously—that’s how clean it was. We found that the location was truly the perfect spot between downtown Charleston and Folly Beach as Tricia listed. Another plus is that Ubers are readily available and cost around $8-$15. Tricia and Erik were both very welcoming and friendly. Tricia gave us so many recommendations on restaurants/places to go to. I would love to stay here again and I’d recommend others to do the same!

Beautiful clean house in a great neighborhood. Great location, there is a lot to do and see within a short drive. Host was very welcoming and very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this house.

We were in town for about 3 weeks and Robs place was perfect for us. The home itself was extremely clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe and had a very nice pool as well. Felt totally comfortable going for a walk each day. The location was fantastic. We enjoyed Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Folly Beach, Daniel Island, Beach Walker at Kiawah, and downtown Charleston during our stay. All were within 30 min - an hour away with Kiawah being the furthest. Our main goal during our stay was to explore Summerville as a community which we did! After full days it was so nice to have Robs place to come back to and feel so comfortable. We really enjoyed time on the back screened lanai.

Loved the location and this place met all of our needs and expectations! Was very well stocked with toiletries, toilet paper, soap, coffee, etc which seems to be uncommon at places we've stayed before. This was our first stay at Kiawah and we will be back!

We loved our stay at Marina's beach hut. We walked to the beach morning and evening and views on the beach were beautiful. Everyone was so friendly. Had plenty of space for our family to either be together or spread out in the house space. House was well stocked with beach and home supplies. Loved having space for our car in the garage. Master bath shower was luxurious! Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Loved the keyless entry system!

Was great to get out of our Michigan winter and enjoy the South Carolina sunshine. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Easy walk to the beach. Very enjoyable experience!
