Super cozy near beach location. Located near some nice local food options. Very convenient for family beach get away. We will definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing 3 night stay in Santa Cruz. Both downtown and the beachfront were easily walkable which saved the hassle of finding parking elsewhere. The place itself felt very private and cozy, and noise wasn’t really an issue during our stay.

We enjoyed having 3 generations together in this home. There was lots of room to hang out together but also find a quiet spot. The back yard is private and relaxing

Location was perfect for walking to the beach and the pier. The river walk to downtown restaurants was close by too. Once we parked our car we never used till it was time to leave. This was great because parking is difficult being so close to the beach. This place is very private and felt safe.

The hot tub was a true highlight. After a day of exploring, soaking in the warm, clean water under the stars was the perfect way to unwind and added a luxurious touch. The home itself was cozy and beautifully decorated, making us feel instantly at home. The kitchen was well-equipped, beds comfortable, and ample space for all. Host communication was excellent – responsive, friendly, and clear. We had a memorable time and are already planning our next visit. I would surely book this place again. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including laundry facilities. The location was great for walking and also a easy close drive to Nicene Marks Forest for a lovely hike. Communication was very pleasant and quick. Loved this stay.

I just want to thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place. My family didn’t want to leave. It was so helpful having the beach cart , toys, and beach towels!! It was an easy walk to the beach, great food, and amazing coffee. The place was very thoughtfully laid out and very clean. The check-in was seamless and was always easy to get in and out of the home. Thank you again and I can’t wait to stay here again hopefully sooner rather than later!!

Suzy’s place was perfect! I was in town for a wedding held at Shadowbrook and Suzy’s place was within walking distance to not only the restaurant but also all the spots in the village. Suzy was super responsive and worked with me. Even though I wasn’t able to check in early, we worked it out so that I could at least park in the designated parking spot so that we could walk around town while things were being cleaned. The place was super safe and private. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town!

Nice, clean and well-equipped apartment within walking distance of convention center. Cecilia is very quick in responding to any small issues there might be.

We had a very peaceful stay at Michael’s place in the mountains and Michael was friendly and helpful in checking us in and providing recommendations for good places nearby. It was nice to sit out on the property too and enjoy the beautiful views. Would stay there again!

Kristina’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. Breath taking ocean views and a short 5 minutes down to the beach. Kristina was very friendly checking in with us to make sure our trip was going good and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again !!! Great host great place and beautiful city !!

We had a wonderful stay in Aptos! Hosts were very helpful, responsive, and flexible. You can tell they take great care of the house and think of all the details and amenities a visitor might need. Although we didn’t use the kitchen and bbq, everything you might need is there. The beds were very comfortable as well. The view is breathtaking, we even saw whales! It’s the perfect location to local restaurants, coffee spots, and grocery stores. Very close to Santa Cruz without the hustle and bustle. My family would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Jennifer’s Capitola Breeze (Unit B) is perfect for family gatherings and vacations. Absolutely convenient location for walking downtown, shopping, restaurants and beach access. Convenient garage parking. Condo includes amenities in every room. Jennifer (Host) provided detailed instructions and information that made us feel at home. She was responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. Definitely a gem of a place to stay!!

This location is ideal for those who like easy access to hiking, walking, beach, pools etc. Also a short drive to Capitola, and Santa Cruz to the North. Views from the balcony are way better than the pictures. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Thank you so much Rhea for allowing my family to enjoy this gem! The reviews spoke about the views but wow, incredible! You can literally see up the coast line on both sides. The condo was clean, had enough to accommodate a family of five! We were able to cook our meals every night without a problem. The pool is just a few steps up which my youngest definitely appreciated. We are already missing waking up to the sounds of the ocean! If we’re ever in the area we would be so lucky to book this place again.

I don't even know where to start. The condo is absolutely beautiful. The views were literally breathtaking. The pictures of this place were beautiful but seeing it in person was paradise on earth. You have a panoramic view of the ocean that runs the entire length of the condo. Absolutely gorgeous. Theresa was kind and very helpful with everything. The place was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. I can't say enough good things about this place. My mom and I loved every minute of our stay. I can't wait until I get to go back. Thank you Theresa. My mom and I had the best time. I forgot to add that we really saw whales from living room!!!!!
