We had a wonderful time during our recent stay at Sean's place. The house is so spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the large kitchen; it never felt crowded, even with a few of us in there at once. We also really appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was with all the pots, pans, plates, and other essentials we needed. Our kids absolutely adored the pool area! It was beautiful and private, and they had so much fun with the basketball hoop. They also loved watching the hummingbirds at the backyard water fountain and the rabbits hopping around in the garden. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Thanks for hosting us!

Place is exactly as described. Glad we asked about the heated pool and got it heated during our stay. June was still chilly at night and would have made the pool too cold to swim in for mots of the day without heating. Place was clean and exactly as described.

The decor was delightful! Very well outfitted with everything you need.beds super comfy. Really good size. We had more than enough room. I appreciate that Crystal saw no issue with my service dog joining us. I was a bit disappointed that you had to be on the balcony to see the beach. There was a complex in the front blocking most of the view from indoors. I also had issue with parking. The garage was only for small cars and the street parking was inconsistent and required several steps. My handicapped daughter found it a bit difficult. The area was not easily walked being on a very very steep hill. I wish there were more info in the description. All in all, it was a gorgeous place and really clean, highly recommend for non handicapped folks.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

I had a great stay here with my daighter and german shepherd. It was great to have the beach all to ourselves every morning by walking just a block over. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the greenery outside was wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

The copper nest was a great place to stay for our long weekend trip. It was ideally situated 30mins drive from UCSC. The beach house exceeded our expectations, and comfortably accommodated 8 guests. All aspects had been thought about by the host, from the detailed text messages pre arrival through to the prevision of supplies, saving the immediate necessity to go basic food shopping. The house was pleasantly furnished with high end product and the beds were so comfortable. The state beach (only foot steps away) was so peaceful, with barely a sole on this stretch. Both hosts were responsive to any issues or questions. Thank you

We felt right at home in Lori’s place! My husband and I like to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and we loved being able to open the doors to the back deck in the morning. I also really appreciated the location. Accessibility to local trails, restaurants and the marina made it so we didn’t feel like we were in our car all the time. I would definitely return and recommend this place to a friend!

This was the perfect home for our group of 6 who came into town for the UCSC graduation. The location is perfect, close to everything good, and the beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Paradise Point! The house was very cute, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for comfort. The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept well in the peaceful and quiet surroundings. One of our favorite features was the backyard—it was amazing, with plenty of seating and a great space to relax and unwind. The location was also perfect: centrally located and close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to get around. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

The place was in a great location right by the beach. We were able to walk down there which was a huge plus! Plus the home was very clean, just as described and was perfect for my family’s getaway.

The street and location is perfect. Woke up each morning to the amazing sounds of mockingbirds running through endless songs. I walked everywhere, it was quiet, safe, comfortable. The house is as advertised--not updated, charming in the 1950-60's sense, basic, and no fragrances used on linens or towels, thankfully. Will stay again if needed.

I was so blown away by this beautiful property. The house is located in the middle of tall redwood trees and has a very expensive feel. There are several decks in the big driveway and lots of space to go hiking and walking and let your dogs run around the house itself is lovelyand cozy. Very clean nicely decorated. I would go back again and again.

Glenn presents a wonderful, charming property. It is well appointed and clean. He has thoughtfully updated this vintage home in the Seabright neighborhood of Santa Cruz. It was really quiet and restful. Just a block away from an expansive beach. There’s nearby food and great coffee. The Santa Cruz Beachboardwalk is minutes away by foot. Glenn provides a multitude of sporting equipment for the guests enjoyment. We can’t wait to return.

We spent a few days at Dona’s beach house to celebrate my big birthday and our wedding anniversary. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked and organized with all the items needed to make any visitor feel right at home. We loved the quick and easy walk to the harbor, beach, park and local restaurants. Dona even provided a wagon making it easy to walk down to the beach with all of our beach items. The house also had a fenced in yard and front porch area with plenty of seating making it safe and comfortable to sit outside with our dogs to play board games and just enjoy the sounds, smells and sights of the coast. Dona made sure we had all the needed information well in advance and replied to messages quickly. We would definitely love to stay here again the next time we vacation in Santa Cruz. Thank you Dona!!

We enjoyed staying at Jim's place. We were with our 18 month old toddler so things like blackout shades are important to us, as are well stocked kitchens (since we cook a lot of meals in), quiet bedrooms and cleanliness, and Jim's house checked all of these boxes. We were all mesmerized by the view of the lagoon and the bird life. It was a very relaxing trip. Thanks Jim!

Enjoyed funky decor at Liz’s place, being a quick easy walk to the beach, bed very comfortable. Only quibble was we couldn’t get door code until we arrived & one light bulb needed replacing. But overall we were very happy & would return. Enjoyed patio & privacy.

We love staying here, we've come here multiple years in a row. It's cozy, well maintained, and perfect for a family of four. The garage and driveway for parking is so key for a neighborhood so close to the beach. Street parking is always taken. We love the proximity to the beach and provided beach chairs, boogey boards, pop up tent, and beach towels. We walked to roaring Camp Railroad beach pickup, the boardwalk, and multiple restaurants. Communication, check in, and check out are extremely easy. We plan on coming back again next year!
