Cottage holiday rentals in Seabright, Santa Cruz

This is a great classic Santa Cruz beach house - I enjoyed being so close to the beach - it’s a great morning walk . The bed was very comfortable- the bathroom was perfect, the kitchen had what we needed and the hot tub is a great add on

My husband and I stayed there for our daughter’s wedding in Felton. What an amazing place to come back to after a very long day (amazing celebration!) and relax in the backyard amongst the redwoods. Super peaceful. The kitchen has everything, and I mean everything you need. Be aware there are 2 steps into the bedroom which we had to remind ourselves so we didn’t trip. All was really clean and welcoming. We would stay here again!

A recent stay at Robert’s home in Ben Lomond was exceptional. The property felt like home from the pictures on the wall to the books in the bookcase. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and toiletries was like walking into our personal family vacation home with everything clean and organized. Upon our arrival, we contacted the owner to let them know we arrived. We enjoyed a welcoming orientation of the property. The location was ideal with convenient access to stores and restaurants. We could not have selected a better place to enjoy quality family time and celebrate a graduation from UC Santa Cruz. This was a super stay and gets our highest recommendation.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We walked to the beach to boogie board, went to the boardwalk and enjoyed the local farmer’s market. The house was amazing and more than we expected. We enjoyed the backyard with all of its amenities including the hot tub and outdoor shower especially after coming back from a day at the beach. Shari was very proactive in her communications and we are looking forward to coming back again for a longer visit.

Annie was a great host and the place was exactly as described and just what we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. We loved the hot tub in the backyard and the beach cottage feel of the place. Thank you for hosting us!

A magical sanctuary! We loved every minute of our stay and the only negative part was that we had to leave. The location is epic- walk anywhere, restaurants, beach, UCSC, downtown, coffee shops. The hot tub is totally private and the place has a very homey feel. The lot is beautiful. Would stay here again.

A sweet place, well stocked and with the comforts of home, even a bbq grill. Clean, colorful artwork, cute fireplace - looks like the pictures. Host was communicative, seemed to really care that we enjoyed ourselves and had what we needed. We'd love to go back sometime.

This was the perfect little place for our family of 4! The house had everything we needed and had beautiful surroundings. Our daughters loved the porch swing out front. We saw hummingbirds right outside the kitchen window where the feeder was hanging. We cooked all of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. The organic coffee was very appreciated! Wish the queen bed mattress was a little firmer (was lumpy & soft- not great for those with bad backs) but overall very happy with our stay!

Thank you Tamara for sharing your lovely home. We had a great time in the area and your house was the perfect place to return to after a long day at the beach or hiking in the local redwoods. The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed barbecuing for dinner while enjoying the great view from the backyard deck. We would definitely recommend your house and the area to others!

The pond house was so relaxing! Close the costal redwoods and tide pools, this cottage is in prime nature loving location. The cottage is on the same property as the owners yet still felt incredibly private. Our toddler loved exploring the back yard and I enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. The view was spectacular. Hoping to be back again!

Location, Location, Location! Steve’s place was exactly as described. Beautiful view, private, comfy bed, and CLEAN! Our two pups LOVED the fenced yard!! Steve was great with communication and ensured our stay was comfortable. We hope to stay again. Highly recommend.

perfect location. perfect size space. the backyard is beautiful! pool was amazing, so many places to sit and layout. cottage was spacious and cozy, nice and cool when the door and windows are closed. nick left towels for the pool and shower for us. definitely would stay here again.

A lovely hideaway spot for those looking for something outdoorsy, comfy, private and surrounded by nature. The scenery was beautiful and having the creek right outside the front door was impressive. Cozy place with everything you need. Linda was super responsive and proactively giving us information for our getaway (book of information including restaurants). Would definitely love to come back for another escape and recommend for anyone trying to "disconnect". Thanks again Linda!!

Place is just as described, if you like being out in the country more rugged and alone this place is for you, just be aware the bedroom has curtains but the rest of home does not at night this might scare somebody but I was fine

Had a little difficulty entering communicated with the host, he was very helpful and made it very easy and accessible moving forward! Over all, it was very quiet out the way space exactly what we were looking for!
