We had an amazing stay! We loved that it was right next to the beach and so close to great restaurants!

Lovely space! Beautifully decorated and with modern touches and comfortable beds. We hope to return soon. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and to the general store. It’s a peaceful, quiet resort neighborhood — but so close to many things to do. Recommend the free shuttle to the beach, especially with preschool/elementary children in tow who may not feel like walking 12 minutes to the beach. Thanks to Patricia and Veronica for a memorable trip!

Our family had the most amazing vacation in this beautiful home! The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. The home itself is absolutely perfect! The layout is big enough for a large family, the beds were comfortable, and the pool/spa were the perfect temperature for spring break! They also went above and beyond to help us feel right at home. We had plenty of towels, blankets, bowls, cups, etc. and we never felt like we were without something we needed. They also helped make an unfamiliar home more easily accessible by providing labels throughout the house for different light switches, cupboards, accessories, etc. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hosts truly helped make our family vacation extra special and packed full of wonderful memories. We would gladly stay at any home hosted by LowCountry Beach Homes! Thank you!

Our family of 5 stayed at Rick’s place for a week for spring break and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was easy walking to the beach, very fun to play in the heated pool, biking to Coligny for food, playground. We did a cookout one night in the cabana by the pool. The kids loved the bunk bed. The easy indoor/outdoor living was a delight. The TVs and remotes worked great. I enjoyed going on runs in the morning on the beach or on the biking/walking trail across the street from the house. The house had everything we could want like a stool for our 3 year old to use the bathroom sink to plenty of pool toys, beach toys, chairs, beach wagon, etc. The house also came with a pass to Sea Pines which was an unexpected treat!

Al was wonderful to work with and this house was perfection! We’ve stayed in several homes in Greenwood Forest (and been in many others) and this was our favorite! Great, open floor plan, large bedrooms, clean & tidy, perfect location, and wonderful back patio & fire pit. Five stars all around. Thank you, Al! We love your home and hope to be back!

We had a great stay at Stephen’s place! We loved the peaceful walk to Coligny shopping and the short walk to the very calm beach. The outdoor living areas were wonderful and the natural lighting of the home gave us the true vacation home feel we were looking for. Thank you!!

Coastal was very responsive with communication. They were very quick to respond to questions and concerns. We had a ceiling fan that wasn't working and they responded right away with a text that maintenance would be sent right over to take a look. Even though the fan could not be replaced while we were there they did bring an oscillating fan for that room which we really appreciated!. Perfect location for a bike ride to Harbor Town or the beach. We had an infant and a toddler so we did need to drive a car to the beach to drop off kids/umbrellas but for adults or older children it's not a bad walk or bike ride. The house was exactly as described and we enjoyed the amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dinnerware so we enjoyed cooking in most nights. Really peaceful area and short walk to the community pool (.2 of a mile). Saw deer, armadillos, and starfish while we were on Hilton Head and the kids loved it!

We had a great time here with 6 people ranging in age from 7 to 80. Everyone had fun and there was plenty of room for another 6. The location is ideal - within embalming distance to the beach, Pickleball courts and Salty Dog. Craig is a great host and you will have a wonderful time here.

This is a pristine and stylish villa perfect for a long weekend! Lots of nice touches, Kiehl’s products in bath and kitchen, high quality appliances, Nespresso (thanks for the pods!) etc… made for a turnkey stay. The staff at best nest were extremely nice, helpful, professional and accommodating. The exterior of the place does not indicate what a nice experience awaits inside. :-)

My family of 3 and pup had a wonderful stay. Alli’s attention to detail with the cleanliness, decor, and quality linens matched the photos. You’ll feel right at home with this incredibly well stocked home. The coffee shop was a two minute walk and beach even closer. This is truly an Airbnb gem!

Our fam of 3 has been coming to HHI 3 of the last 4 years as a bday gift for our son to play golf & this was our first time staying in Sea Pines & it was a dream!!!💚 Quick to get anywhere & Carolina Place neighborhood🏘️ felt so safe & FT neighbors were so lovely when we’d see them. We’ve air bnb’d from BHB each time & they’re wonderful to work w! As usual they were v fast to reply to any message & always had an easy fix/answer. 📲 The house was just as described & pictured, but even prettier! The lagoon views are bigger than the full wall windows in the living room, just unreal serene!! 🥰 A hot tub was our 1 “must” this year & it was perfect- v clean, easy to use, & so pretty on that deck!! Dryer has steam function to unwrinkle clothes from packing too!🙏🏼 *Tip- Bed closest to full bath on 2nd floor was the comfiest. Loved binder on the tv stand owners made that had their bio & lots of recs from them + ones they collected from guests! 5/5🌟 would stay here again! Thank you!!!

I absolutely loved Brian and Rachel’s home. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, which was peaceful and uncrowded. The neighborhood was beautiful and fun to walk and bike around. There were several great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone coming to the Hilton head area.

Stayed at 2024 Deer Island Road and loved it. The place is beautiful, really well done inside, and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, no hassle at all. Meredith was great. Would definitely come back.

This place exceeded all expectations and the pool was actually much bigger than it seemed in the pictures. The location is perfect and just a short walk to the main area of the beach (and tiki bar). Private back yard pool area and home was ideal for a large group of people. Will definitely stay again!

My friends and I had such a great time at this place for our girls weekend. We enjoyed bike rides to the beach, biking to Salty dog and also down to the lighthouse. Lighthouse and shops with some cute restaurants are also walkable. The host was very informative, helpful with recommendations and had quick response times. Home was clean, private with a marsh few primarily and we even had some deer visitors. Would definitely recommend this place again. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at this Sea Pines gem in Hilton Head was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked the home was. It had everything we needed for a relaxing girls’ getaway—spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of cozy spots to hang out together. The location couldn’t be better—tucked away in the peaceful Sea Pines community but super close to the beach, bike trails, and little shops. We loved sipping coffee on the back patio in the mornings and enjoying wine in the evenings after a day in the pool. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt completely at home. We’re already talking about coming back next year! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun-filled stay with friends or family. Truly a 10/10 experience!

We enjoyed our time at this villa! Everything was decorated beautifully and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We enjoyed being close to the beach and the kids loved the pool. Jacquelyn was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was beautiful! Great location right inside of Sea Pines and close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Main bathroom is amazing and the tub is fantastic. Highly recommend staying in this location when visiting Hilton Head.

We had a wonderful stay at Wendy’s place. Recommend it for anyone needing to stay at Hilton Head. Wendy was a wonderful, kind host very quick to respond to our questions! The home was perfect for our party of 10 furnished with beach supplies (chairs, games, buckets, shovels) and bikes, which made our time in Hilton Head even more enjoyable.

The home is large & a great floorplan for multiple families. The kitchen is large and well stocked, we cooked most meals when staying there. It's very convenient to the beach path so that even though you are not directly on the beach (probably 7 houses away), it is an easy walk. My only complaint is regarding the pool. We paid an extra $322 to have the pool heated for our 3 day stay. The 1st 2 days it was not warm (the kids swam but came out of the pool with blue lips after an hour) but I knew their policy was no refunds on the heated portion so I didn't mention anything. However, the afternoon before we checked out the pool maintenance team came by. The next morning the pool was noticeably warm (like a bath). Unless the pool takes 2 days to reach the "warmed" temperature I have to assume the heat was not turned on until the night before we left which was disappointing. All to say - great house but I would not recommend paying extra for the heated pool.

We loved staying here for our family vacation! It was our first trip with our 1 year old and was perfect for our family! We’d sit on the screened in back porch and watch the horses walk by or we’d walk across the street to go see the animals at the petting zoo! We took many walks through the community gardens and bike rides through the nearby forest preserve! Such a fantastic location and amenities! We will definitely come back to stay here again!

Nice house. Clean, well appointed. Quiet neighborhood close to Harris Teeter, and Publix, restaurants, shops. I would highly recommend!

Hilton Head is our favorite for a quick family get away. So we have stayed on the island a bit. However, this Airbnb and location was our favorite so far! The home had the perfect homey feel. It didn’t feel like an over done Airbnb or an outdated “throw on the market”. Our family had such an easy time relaxing! The layout flowed well, the furniture and amenities made it easy to live our lives as if we were right at home. We were able to use the grill and stroll to the pool throughout our day. We had bikes delivered to the home at a great cost and the bike path in the community was stunning! We can not wait to go back to this home
