We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Phoenix! The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was well-stocked and the pool was perfect. The location was great in a quiet neighborhood! Lisa and co host were incredibly responsive and made sure we had a smooth check-in and stay. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Upon arrival the house was simple to access and very clean. The backyard is comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen had everything one would need to cook a meal on the stove or BBQ on the grill out back. Host was very responsive which is always appreciated.

Great stay for a week with a Family of 8. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious and well decorated. The games room was outstanding as well as the outdoor area with pickleball, basketball and the pool. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Anna was a great host and very responsive when we asked questions. Her place was beautiful, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Matt’s place! The location was perfect—just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and close to everything we wanted to do. Matt was a fantastic host: super friendly, and very responsive. He went above and beyond by accommodating a last-minute request to add an extra night stay at the beginning of our trip, and he even allowed us a late check-out on our last day so we had a comfortable place to hang out before heading to the airport. This flexibility made our trip so much more relaxed and enjoyable. The house itself was amazing and fit our group of 9 perfectly. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the outdoor area was a dream. It was the perfect setup for lounging during the day and unwinding in the evenings. The house was also incredibly well-stocked with everything from laundry supplies to kitchen essentials—it truly felt like a home away from home. We absolutely loved our stay and are already talking about coming back. Highly, highly recommend!

Kevin was a terrific host! He proactively communicated and made sure that someone was at the house when we arrived to show us around. We were celebrating a retirement with a close group of colleagues and this house was a great balance of space to be together and privacy for each of us with so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor space was terrific, and proximity to hiking was also a highlight. This is a paradise valley gem and I’m so glad we chose it for this special occasion!

Fantastic place, great communication, well stocked. Perfect for a family. We had a lot of fun. It’s very quiet at night which is huge. We are coming in at the end of the vacation season in Scottsdale, and there were a couple minor things that need to be addressed, but the hosts were super helpful. Only issues we had was the beds were not great, but the hosts were very responsive about that and we saw they had several new mattresses in the garage, so it looks like that’s not an issue. Other thing was the beautiful and comfortable feather bedding. Three in my party are allergic to down/feathers and had some difficulty at nights. I didn’t see that in the listing, but I could have missed it. Alternate bedding options would be nice. Last thing, only a sheet and a comforter. Would have liked a thin blanket in between. Too hot for a comforter, too cool for just a sheet. Would be a 1/2 star deduction, but the rest was so great, I’ll round up. Thanks for a great vacation

The house was absolutely beautiful, the views were gorgeous as well. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back. It is so close to everything yet secluded which was very nice. The host answered all my questions right away and was very helpful.

The amenities were top-notch—from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living areas and outdoor space, everything was designed to make our stay feel effortless and enjoyable. What really made the experience stand out was the consistent communication from the hosts. They checked in daily just to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which added a real personal touch. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore while still offering a peaceful, private atmosphere. My friends, family, and I couldn’t have been more pleased, and we’re already planning to return—whether to this property or another one owned by these amazing hosts. Highly recommend!

The location couldn’t be better. Nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood, it’s just minutes from Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter — tons of great shopping, dining, and nightlife right at your fingertips. We loved how easy it was to get around while still feeling like we had a peaceful place to unwind at the end of the day. The bed was super comfortable, the space was spotless, and the hosts had everything covered — from local recommendations to little amenities that made a big difference. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend the Octopus Garden for anyone visiting Scottsdale. We’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in town!

We had the best time staying here! The location was super peaceful and close to everything—perfect spot for our group of 6 girls celebrating a bachelorette. The house was super clean and had everything we could’ve needed and more. There were so many fun extras—games, cornhole, a great pool, and the kitchen was stocked with spices, sauces, and all the essentials. It made cooking and hanging out so easy. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better place to have my relaxing bachelorette!

Gina’s place was lovely! Exactly as described - a welcoming, warm space that caters itself to hangouts with a large group to relax and have fun! All amenities were provided and everything from check in to check out was super smooth. Our group loved the pool and the set up of the backyard! Gina was super responsive and accommodated our requests. Will be recommending this to friends and family!

Great stay at this house! The outdoor space was magnificent and perfect for the group. We enjoyed morning chill sessions, afternoon pool time, and evening hangouts in the game room (garage). The house had everything we needed. Host was responsive and friendly. Thank you.

Was a great place for our family of 4 to stay! We loved spending time in the backyard and enjoyed watching movies and playing pool at night.

My girlfriends and I stayed at Carolinas place for our long weekend - it was the perfect place for us! We loved spending our afternoons by the pool and evenings by the fire. Everything was clean and as a host, Carolina was super responsive. We appreciated that she gave us an early check in as one of the group members arrived in Phoenix early in the day! We had a plumbing issue on the very last night but Carolina assured us that she would have this addressed. Would recommend this place to any big group needing a comfortable, clean and entertaining place to stay!

I have stayed at a lot of places and this is by far one of the best places I've stayed at. Most comfortable bed and well-stocked vacation rental that had everything you could possibly need. Amazing backyard and immaculate home-would definitely go back!
