The apartment is great, especially the location, it is right in the center and I walked basically everywhere. Also felt safe walking alone at night, as there are always people around. It is at a main street, so not too quiet, but not disturbing, I slept very well. Apartment was clean and comfortable and Antonio a very friendly host. I will definitely book it again, if I visit Palermo again.

L'appartement est très bien placé, au dessus de la rue animée de Palerme ( attention donc si vous souhaitez du calme). Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Roberto.

This is a great location. Innocenzo was very friendly and a great host. This place is a unique old italy style home. It is very comfortable and lots of rooms. He secures free parking out front, however, let him know ahead of time. You don't need a car to stay here. It is right by the train station. We walked everywhere in Palermo. I would stay here again and as a bonus it has Air conditioning.

The location of the apartment is great - a close drive to San Vito lo Capo and its beautiful beach but also close to some other beautiful places. The apartment was small, but had everything you need. The surrounding and pool area are great! Both Ketty and Danilo were very responsive!

Gianpiero è un host delizioso: accogliente, simpatico, super disponibile. L'appartamento è pulito, funzionale e allegro. Si trova in una zona tranquilla e allo stesso tempo vicina al centro storico con i suoi centri d'interesse culturale e i suoi locali. Io e la mia amica siamo rientrate a piedi di sera senza il minimo problema. Consigliatissimo!

Emplacement incroyable, quasiment sur la plage! Logement entièrement neuf et très bien équipé. Rénové avec beaucoup de goût et matériaux de qualité. Attention cependant, 2 bars en face (mais les fenêtres sont top!) et l’accès à la terrasse supérieure se fait par l’extérieur (ce qui oblige à fermer/ouvrir les portes à clé assez souvent).

Hôte très sympathique et réactive. Logement très propre et calme. Toutes les activités sont accessibles à pied. Parking pour voitures à proximité du logement. Forte recommandation pour ce logement !

We had a great stay here! The place was super clean, tastefully decorated and Valentina had left a few things to have breakfast. Valentina was a great host she left us a lot of great and detailed suggestions, connected us a with a driver who brougth us from the airport when we fist arrived, and when we mentioned that we wanted to visit a small town where my girlfriend's great granpa was born she drove us there for a more that reasonable fee. Overall, one of ours best expiriences with airbnb.

Nous sommes ravi des deux nuits passé chez Salvatore. Même si de prime abord le quartier n’est pas très sexy, chez Salvatore on se sent bien. Le parking est un vrai plus. Et tout est propre, soigné et cela fait un petit logement bien agréable pour visiter la ville. Salvatore est hyper joignable. Merci à lui !

Tutto perfetto. Viaggio con amici: la casa era in perfetto ordine e corrispondeva alla descrizione. È in centro ma tranquilla e l'host è stato molto disponibile e ci ha fornito molte indicazioni utili. Assolutamente consigliato.

J'ai passé un court séjour de rêve chez Giovanni, l'appartement est très bien situé permettant d'accéder aux points d'intérêts et centre historique de Palerme en 15 / 25 min. Il y a un arrêt de bus juste en bas de la rue. Le logement est spacieux pour une personne seule et même pour deux, et surtout la vue depuis le balcon est incroyable, cela m'a fait tellement plaisir d'y profiter au soleil et voir le beau levé de soleil sur les toits des sites de Palerme. Le quartier est calme en tout cas lorsque je l'ai visité au mois de mai, je me suis aussi sentie en sécurité avec un immeuble propre, qui se ferme en bas, bien fréquenté (pour les femmes qui voyagent seules aucun soucis et j'ai trouvé de manière générale les siciliens très accueillants et hospitalier). Giovanni a été réactif et est une personne profondément gentille et humaine qui est là au moindre soucis ! J'ai beaucoup apprécié les gâteaux et fruits offerts qui m'ont été précieux dans mes visites Cela a été un réel plaisir ! ☺️

Maria and her husband have been welcoming, provided kind touches during our stay and gave us useful tips for visiting Palermo. The apartment is well equipped, spacious with seating option on the roof terrace and views of the mountains including a large space in the garden which will be great on warm days as it has a roof with shade and an outdoor shower. It is a good place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Palermo.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Angelo war absolut fantastisch! Angelo war unglaublich freundlich und fürsorglich – wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Er hat sich wirklich darum gekümmert, dass es uns an nichts fehlt, und war immer erreichbar, falls wir Fragen hatten. Die Unterkunft selbst war wunderschön. Genau wie beschrieben. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten, um unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Insgesamt war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Angelo und Lulli für diesen tollen Urlaub! Ihr seid tolle Gastgeber.

All I can say is WOW! Book this if it’s available and you will not regret it. This place felt like a castle and was an incredible location for us to spend a few days. Everything was beyond perfect. Highly recommend!!

Abbiamo passato una meravigliosa breve vacanza in questa incantevole villetta a Favignana. Situata in una parte tranquilla dell'isola, comunque vicino a Cala Pozzo raggiungibile a piedi, dove abbiamo assistito a tramonti mozzafiato e a un cielo luminoso mai visto prima. Nei dintorni anche un paio di ristoranti e bar dove ristorarsi e passare serate piacevolissime. La villetta ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, con tutti i comfort necessari. L'host è stato estremamente disponibile e accogliente, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissima per una fuga rilassante!

Lo Studio 338 è un'oasi di pace in centro città! Organizzato ed arredato con gusto impeccabile nella scelta dei rivestimenti delle pareti e del pavimento, dei mobili, delle luci e della tappezzeria, è anche perfettamente attrezzato ed ha spaziosi armadi. Elena e Maurizio sono host gentilissimi, accoglienti e pronti ad intervenire per risolvere qualsiasi problema possa presentarsi. Un alloggio vicino a molti servizi (bar, fermata del bus, supermercato, farmacia) e a pochi minuti dal centro storico, che si raccomanda vivamente di scegliere per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno a Palermo.

Enjoyed my stay here. Very spacious place for 1 traveler. Everything matched description. Host was very responsive. The location is in a walkable area to everything you may need. The only thing I will point out is if you are a tall person this place may not work for you considering the ceiling height. Other than that, I really did enjoy my stay here!

Davide’s flat is easy to find, just a 2-minute drive from the main road, yet perfectly quiet and peaceful. The apartment is beautifully decorated, modern, and well-equipped. Beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen, while basic, has everything needed for a week-long stay. Davide thoughtfully provides both pool and bath towels. The outdoor space is a highlight—immaculately maintained gardens and a lovely pool ideal for relaxing in the sun. Secure gated parking is available via key fob. The surrounding area is stunning, with Alcamo just 5–10 minutes away and the picturesque coastal town of Castellammare del Golfo about 12 minutes by car. It’s also within driving distance of Palermo, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello, and the hidden gem of Guidaloca Beach. A fantastic stay—great value and highly recommended. My family and I had a great stay in this apartment. Two balconies with sun on different time of the day, quiet street with walking distance to all of the historical centre, cozy piazza, bakery and supermarket just around the corner, and sweet neighbours. Salvatore was proactive and sent us a lot of info about what to see and do and made sure to make the suggestions child friendly. We spent eight nights in this apartment and was amazed on how safe, quiet, fun and easy Palermo is.

Vincenzo was an amazing host to me, well and truly faultless. He was always responsive and friendly making you feel comfortable, should you need any help he will always be there no matter the problem , an absolute super-host worthy of the name, as he is deeply passionate of what he does! The beautiful apartment he has created in Palermo is definitely worth every penny an expertly decorated fusion of modern and vintage vibes. It has everything needed for a long or a short stay. The balcony was a personal highlight for me and my partner as it allowed us to soak in the Sicilian sun whilst having breakfast or an evening drink. Simply put both Vincenzo and his apartment are 10/10 and I would recommend to anyone.

We had 5 people and this Airbnb was great! The whole place was really nice, exactly how pictured in the original posting. We stayed right at a week with 5 people and it was very comfortable. The electronic locks were very nice. No keys to remember and everyone could use the locks via their smartphones. Maria and Sofia were great, very responsive and accommodating! We will definitely stay here again the next time in the Palermo area.

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Übernachtung in der Wohnung. Sie war sauber, ruhig und perfekt gelegen, sodass wir alles gut erreichen konnten. Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns mit tollen Empfehlungen weitergeholfen, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Am ersten Tag hatten wir ein bisschen Stress, weil wir mit dem Auto in die Stadt gefahren sind. Unser Navi hat die Fußgängerzone nicht erkannt, was zu Verwirrung führte. Daher empfehlen wir, kein Auto direkt in die Stadt zu fahren oder außerhalb zu parken, um solche Probleme zu vermeiden. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
