Francesco and your wife are truly extraordinary. You can tell they just want to share this happiness with the house and the property, and it’s not just about making money. You feel very comfortable and welcome and have the feeling that you are part of the history of this place because they both talk about it so passionately. I wish I could speak Italian better so I could also talk with Francesco’s wife. I think we would have gotten along well :D The bungalow is really very cute. You have to be a bit careful since you sleep in one room. It’s all mentioned in the description, but I overlooked it at first. The location is perfect and Mondello is a dreamlike beautiful place. I’m looking forward to coming back.

A pretty Sicilian house full of charm with a beautiful garden and a beautiful view of the olive trees, the mountains and the sea. The house is close to the Zingaro and Segestra reserves. Lucietta was very available and flexible. We had a great time at this place that we would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Livia. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated, and very well maintained, with lovely views both inside and out. Even though we were a large group, there was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location is ideal for exploring the Parco Naturale dello Zingaro and other nearby sights, and we enjoyed shopping at the excellent local market for ingredients to cook meals at home. Livia was welcoming and thoughtful, and we appreciated the kind gift on arrival. Our time here was peaceful, fun, and a great base for discovering the area. We would gladly return.

We had an amazing time at Giacoma & Carlo’s villa. Everything was as the pictures in the listing and the view of both the mountains and the sea was perfect from the terrace. Giacoma & Carlo was super responsive whenever we had a question and helped make our stay perfect.

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

Livio, couldn't have been more helpful. we had some issues with our daughter being poorly on our flight over and Livio allowed us to check in early as well as giving us details of a local doctor if we needed it. We also had car troubles and Livio was incredibly attentive at helping us giving us a local taxi driver he trusted and even delivering us some water! The villa itself is a great base for anyone wanting to explore the North of Sicily and Livio is a fantastic host!

Elina's place exceeded our expectations with its beautiful high ceilings and thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. The location is perfect - we could walk everywhere and Elina was incredibly helpful with recommendations and super responsive to our messages. Just be aware that weekends can get quite lively with street music until late, but the spacious apartment and amazing host make it absolutely worth it!

Amazing stay at Francesca’s. The place looks just like the pictures, but is pleasantly bigger than expected. Everything is super clean and we felt very much at home. The location is perfect—very close to all the action, but on a quiet street. I especially liked the terrace. I would not hesitate to recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

A beautiful little apartment in a perfect location. Perfect for us!

Loved the bright, airy, comfortable and well designed duplex flat with uber slow elevator to top floor! The street is very ‘rough’ pavement-wise and at a cross section with an abandoned building - off putting at first but Bianca’s place is truly a refuge from the grittier albeit fascinating side of Palermo. Everything you’d want to visit is within reach by foot. I am a solo traveler , 70 yrs old who would definitely stay here again.

Great location, apartment and the building were very atmospheric and characterful. we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. to top it all, Chiara was very helpful and worked very hard to resolve a minor issue that arose

We travel a lot and rent Airbnbs all the time and this was among the best ones . Vito and his wife are just superb hosts and ready to help us with everything. The house was everything that was annonced and more. We arrived early and they let us in with a smile . We were spoiled with the fridge filled with water the cupboards filled with food…..amazing. The canollis they left for us was much appreciated. I could go on but you get my message, they are SuperHosts. You do need a car to get around .

We stayed 2 nights, it matches the description, close to the center, parking under the house, nice outdoor space to relax and eat!

The best airbnb we have ever stayed in - seriously! Everything was just perfect! The communication with Cynthia was super easy and she herself is incredibly accommodating, helpful and really puts her heart and soul into it. She has pictures, videos and links for everything to make your stay perfect.

The loft is VERY clean, beautiful and central! There is a beach bag, a parasol, children's toys and much more in the apartment and you can simply use it for the days. We were more than happy with everything and are already looking forward to the next time in Cynthia's place! Thank you!!❤️

Our family stay at Massimiliano’s terraced apartment was a real pleasure. The neighbourhood is vibrant, busy, colourful and within walking distance of everything we were looking to visit-contemporary art galleries, museums, churches, the Palatine Chapel, Palermo Cathedral, the food market, good restaurants etc. The apartment terrace is a wonderful way to relax over drinks or for dinner or even to watch the pedestrian street traffic below. The nearby train/bus station meant day trips to Cefalu and Monreale were very easy to orchestrate - even last minute. And Massimiliano is a wonderful host! He collected my husband from the airport and from that day throughout our visit he was such a warm, thoughtful and welcoming host. We will return. Thank you so much Massimiliano!!

We had a great stay at Massimiliano’s beautiful house. It was very spacious and well laid out, positioned in a peaceful location. A car was a necessity, but there were lots of places within close proximity. We mainly communicated with Luisa and she was incredibly helpful with recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. We would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

The garden was a peaceful oasis and the garden house is beautiful. Vivi and her husband were very friendly and flexible when our arrival was delayed. She had even bought us some supplies for breakfast and cooking so we didn't have to shop immediately. The house is easy walking distance to several kite/windsurfing schools. Shops and restaurants are a short drive. The kitchen is small but very well supplied.

I can definitely recommend to stay at Francesca house - she was very welcoming during the checkin, provided tips for best local groceries and restaurants and showed us every small detail around the house - Everything in the house itself is so well thought! House has a great location with perfect view and proximity to a lot of necessities and tourist attractions, pool is of a perfect size and it has a perfect view point on a roof for a perfect coffee time House was very clean, there was everything you may need to start cooking straight away Air conditioners work well, mattresses and pillows were comfortable Onsite parking can easily host multiple cars Thank you for a perfect stay!

Terrific place in a quiet and private location with beautiful views. Looks just like the pictures - the pool is amazing, as are all of the outside spaces (there is also an outside shower to rinse off - edge of the property on the right side, end of the driveway). Very close to both Castellammare del Golfo and Scopello. The house itself is spacious. Beds are comfortable (firm). The kitchen and outdoor grill have lots of cookware and utensils to help with preparing food. Wifi, AC (in each of the bedrooms), and clothes washer all worked great for us. Bruno was very friendly and responsive. The welcome pastries and bottle of prosecco were delicious and much appreciated. Overall, highly recommended .

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

Emilia and Giovanni were so friendly and helpful, especially when we had an accident in our hire car, so helpful more than you could expect is taking us to the hire place to get another car . Lots of interesting discussions and really more like staying with friends, such a lovely couple.

Villa Laura is a wonderful place to stay, an amazing villa in beautiful surroundings and like a real home, not just a holiday rental. Alberto and Maria greeted us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know, they left us some local goodies as a welcome gift that were very much appreciated. The pool and grounds are immaculate, plenty of outdoor seating and two outdoor dining areas. The villa itself is furnished in a very homely way and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Alberto always responded when I had a query and offered loads of tips regarding where to go and what to see. Scopello is a very quaint village with plenty of restaurants, a few bars and cafes and only a 15 minute walk up a gentle hill. Two supermarkets are close by and there’s an amazing organic shop and restaurant just behind the supermarkets, great food and very cheap home produced wine. A perfect home close to stunning coves and crystal clear waters. Thank you Alberto and Maria !

Staying at Simone's villa is like looking after a friend's home while they're away. It's a family home, not an impersonal house, with holiday souvenirs, childhood books, games, fun decor and comfy sofas. We found the villa comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Views, of course are fantastic, great sitting on the veranda and looking out over the hillside to the sea. And, a little thing, we appreciated all the recycling containers ! It was a perfect location for a family meet up and to celebrate a birthday. Make sure to go to the local bar-patisserie Bar La Sorgente in the morning and try the cassatelle, you won't regret it! Also ask Simone to book you a table at the Solea Azienda Agricola Restaurant, field to fork and lovely owners. The house is an easy 5-10 minutes drive from the nearby town, which has all the services you could need, it's easy to reach, no long narrow back roads, despite this the area is peaceful and relaxing. So, what are you waiting for? Book the place already!
