The apartment is very centrally located, is modern and is clean. Rooms on the street side are unfortunately a bit noisy with the window open. The reception service is very friendly and helpful. It has everything you need.

We had 5 wonderful days in the Allgäu together with our two children. There are numerous ways to do something nearby. The room and swimming pool are an absolute recommendation for family with young children.

The Binder family is very nice, very accommodating and kindly! From the first encounter and until the drive home (2 weeks), they always supported us well with delicious pastries, practical notes, beautiful space in the garden and simply with everything around it. We felt super comfortable in there. The apartment is even larger than you can imagine from the pictures, very clean, quiet, bright. With special place for ground floor shoes. Also practically close to the train station, bus stop and supermarkets. In the kitchen there is everything in it, lots of dishes all kinds for cooking and eating / drinking. Otherwise in the bathroom everything is perfect, lots of table games, books, DVDs. The two dogs are very sweet and the children were happy to play with them. Secure parking. Simply thought through and organized everything so that guests can relax pure and enjoy the holiday. Many thanks to the Binder family!!

Everything was just right, the place was perfect for us little family (was even changed by the host, so we stayed with crawling mouse on the ground floor with a huge terrace and garden). Extremely friendly and, easy going host. The accommodation was super clean, very well equipped, spacious and in a great location! Lots of information about the Kleinwalsertal, seminar service, incl. train tickets, great weather, delicious Kaiserschmarrn and Alpabtrieb made our vacation perfect ! We will be back :-)

The location of this flat is amazing, an easy walk to all the things you want to see in town. And while it is not much to look at on the outside, the inside is so clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds comfortable (amazing sofa bed, too). It was a care free stay which is exactly what we wanted for a few days on the lovely Bodensee.

Perfect in every way! Very nice and helpful staff, great accommodation with a first-class spa area and great rooms. Top location and 1A service. That's all you can ask for.

Everything we needed for a perfect stay. Stunning view, well equipped kitchen, super comfy bed, a big bath and lovely soft fluffy towels. This is a very cosy and comfortable spot in a very convenient location with the added advantage of the hotel pool and gym and a great laundry room as well.

This was a good deal for Davos and an all-around very pleasant experience. There's good hiking to be had just behind our building (heading south), and everything about the accommodation was perfectly in order. Not too far from Davos Dorf station either, perhaps a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bus-ride. I would gladly stay here again.

We loved the apartment! It was very comfortable and clean. The only thing that was a little worrying was the entrance - we felt nervous putting the code in when there were patrons from the pub/restaurant standing behind us. Otherwise, it was the perfect place!

Great apartment - as beautiful as in the photos. We were very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Wood for the fireplace was also available and this gave the whole thing even more charm. The steam sauna was also a big plus. Everything great and very clean. We can recommend this apartment with full production. Restaurant and village shop in the same house, was perfect. We enjoyed a great stay! Thank you so much for having us as guests. Kind regards

Super apartment with outdoor seating in a beautiful mountain hotel with a pool and fine restaurant. Great surroundings for hiking and biking. We highly recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back.

Great appartment that has everyrhing you might need. Only 10min drive to Ischgl ski area and the appartment has a private parking spot inside! The host was very friendly and provided us with any help when needed. Would definetely recommend this place!

Had a very nice stay here! This is highly recommended and will definitely stay on our wishlist if we come back to the region! There were two of us and then the space (1 living/dining room and 1 bedroom) is more than sufficient. If you are staying in this apartment with four of you, please keep in mind that 2 people have to sleep on the sofa bed in the living/dining room. The apartment is nicely decorated (to our taste) and equipped with all amenities. Everything in excellent condition, neat and clean. There is also more than enough closet space; we were there for skiing and then you still have more luggage with you in proportion, but we were all fine in the cabinets. The contact with the rental company was fine and everything was done to check us in as much as possible even though we were much earlier. Very well arranged! Last but not least; each apartment has its own heated ski locker. Also nice! And everything accessible with the same keycard.
