In the heart of Upper Austria you will find a loving 85 m² apartment with a 10 m² balcony, which is comfortable by train, bicycle or Car. Vöcklabruck train station (about 700 m) as well as the highway exit "Regau" is easily accessible. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous shops for everyday needs as well as a large shopping center. Enjoy the apartment in the picturesque Salzkammergut with its proximity to Attersee, Traunsee, Mondsee, Wolfgangsee and Hallstättersee.

The forest behind the house invites you to hikes or mountain bike tours, or a bike ride around the Attersee.

By car, you can reach Schörfling am Attersee in 5 minutes or Gmunden am Traunsee in 20 minutes Terrace and garden in a quiet location are available and invite you to relax after an eventful day. There are also secure places for your bicycles, with which you can follow the nearby Salzkammergut cycle path.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Obertraun in unmittelbarer Nähe zum malerischen Hallstättersee sowie dem Einstieg in das Dachstein-Krippenstein Skigebiet und ist auch bequem per Bahn erreichbar.

The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
