Our house is located in a sunny, quiet and central location. Short distances make the car superfluous in order to make the most of the generous leisure activities in Brixen im Thale in summer and winter. Many facilities, such as a supermarket, tobacconist and bakery, are within easy walking distance. Bookings in winter from 6 nights and in summer from 5 nights are possible. No child discount! Arrival and departure in winter only on Saturday. Arrival in summer only Friday, Saturday and Monday.

Dem Namen zum Trotz („wee“ – schottisch für „winzig“) ist die moderne Ferienwohnung mit 120 m² alles andere als klein. Sie verfügt nämlich über drei Schlafzimmer für je zwei Personen, wovon zwei jeweils mit Boxspringbetten ausgestattet sind. Im dritten Schlafzimmer befinden sich zwei Einzelbetten. Der große Wohnbereich bietet genügend Platz für einen Spieleabend sowie eine gemütliche Couch zum Relaxen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in den Tiroler Bergen.

Neben der idealen Lage, punktet die Wohnung mit Familienfreundlichkeit, neuer Ausstattung und tollem Ausblick ins Grüne mit Balkon. Ideal für 4 Erwachsene oder eine Familie. Im Haus leben wir mit zwei lieben Hunden. Vor Ort erheben wir die obligatorische Kurtaxe in bar: Personen ab 16 Jahren: 2 Euro pro Nacht. Kinder (6- einschl. 15): 1 Euro pro Nacht.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. A third room is available for bookings of 5 or more guests. We also offer a fire pit for campfires and an outdoor lounge area. The apartment is located on the first floor of our house and has its own lockable entrance. The triple room is on the same floor as the apartment but must be accessed via the stairwell.

Spacious apartment (62 m²) on the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms and a living/dining room with sofa bed, complete kitchenette with dishwasher, suitable for 4-6 people, private balcony and beautiful lake panorama. Our garden and the swimming area with a bathing hut on Lake Irrsee can be used. The washing machine can be used for a fee.
