This is a well-appointed apartment in a gated complex with a beautiful view of Anse Mitan. The description is accurate, with a beach close by, as well as shops and restaurants. Monika was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Highly recommended.

Wonderful apartment, very convenient, super clean. Very welcoming hosts who offered us breakfast for the day after our arrival as well as a bottle of rum. Very nice location for traveling to the various sites. No need to take the car, in the evening, to eat, everything is nearby. There are also supermarkets nearby to fill the fridge. The beautiful beach of Anse Mitan is a three minute walk. Several water sports. Private and secure parking spot available, which is very rare in the neighborhood. We will definitely go back for our next trip to Martinique.

We had a great time with the family at Denis' place. The pool, the waterfront, the shaded terrace and the carbet make it a nice place. the loan of paddleboarding, kayaking, palm mask and snorkel are a big plus. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, restaurants and bakery with toddlers everything is within walking distance. Katy's welcome and availability was perfect.Denis is very responsive and accommodating he is very attentive with his tenants and it is very pleasant.

Very responsive host, apartment in the city center, close to all amenities, within walking distance. Big plus of the apartment is the air conditioning and washing machine.

A stone's throw from Gros Raisin beach, Villa Côté Sud occupies a prime location ensuring easy access to the village of Sainte-Luce and other attractions in southern Martinique. Great stay at Annie and Arnaud's! The villa is tastefully decorated, well equipped and very clean. We were warmly welcomed and throughout the stay we were able to communicate easily with our hosts. Beautiful large house with character, well located in Saint Pierre and a few steps from the beach. However, the street is busy.

We stayed a week at Sybille's house. There is direct access to the beach just below but we were not able to enjoy it as the beach was invaded by the sargassas during our stay. Sybille spontaneously offered to compensate us for this when she had nothing to do with it. We had an issue with an unopened bedroom door. Here again Sybille did everything to help us out, she found us a locksmith on a Saturday night. Communication is very easy with the host. The house is particularly well equipped, in the kitchen, bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine... Full of useful tips: board games, beach games for children, a cooler. I recommend Villa Butterfly with its beautiful covered terrace and sea view.

We stayed for 5 days in Stéphanie's villa. Everything about it is excellent 👍 The location is ideal offering a great view. We also enjoyed the calm, the cleanliness of the villa, the pool, the excellent equipment, the proximity to shops, the friendliness of the owners. The villa is modern and tastefully decorated. Don't hesitate to go there!

All as described. Nathalie was very warm and friendly. Due to a lack of French knowledge on our part, we had to work with the Google translator. The only drawback is due to the construction site on the neighboring property. This is, of course, not the fault of the host, but this has partially disturbed the tranquility.

Loved our stay in Le Diamant. The deck area and pool at the house were so enjoyable and the view was stunning. It is well located to travel by car to all the various beaches and sights.

For a 5th stay in Martinique, we were not disappointed by this rental with stunning views. The location of the villa makes it easy to radiate throughout Martinique. The house is quiet, well-equipped, as described and photos (3 bedrooms with independent bathrooms + sleeping on the mezzanine) with magnificent views from the terrace and pool. We enjoyed Jessica's welcome and responsiveness. Thank you for the basket of Caribbean sweets on arrival. We will be happy to return to the villa.

I'm not going to be very original and agree with the other reviews…..Christian is adorable and really very welcoming… .by the way thank you very much for the attentions that made us very happy when we arrived…. The apartment for a 2 room is very large and very bright ...very well located in a new and very quiet residence with a very nice view ...a parking space available...the bedding is of quality which is very important ...I can only recommend this apartment...we'll come back for sure 😊

very beautiful apartment very nice view of the bay on the heights of the donkey cove. difficult to walk to given the slope. close to the beaches of the south west of the island. Alexandra was not available upon arrival and departure,so we were hosted very well by Vanessa. thank you both isabella and bruno

We had a great time at the place! Colette's family was very welcoming and very caring to us! The accommodation is very well located, with well-served roads, which means that we were able to explore a large part of the island. We were able to park the car in front of the house. We recommend this listing without hesitation!

The studio looks like the photos but is better because it comes with full access to the adjacent hotel (2 pools and private beach) and is walking distance to 3 great beaches, restaurants and ships. Stéphane was an absolutely wonderful host, even picking us up at the airport when public transport was not an option due to a boat strike/minimal bus options.

The studio is as described and is located in the upper part of the residence. So it has a beautiful sea view...the pool is a plus even if it's a little old-fashioned. Danielle is concerned about welcoming us...We are very satisfied with our stay in Tartane
