In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. This one, number 7/1, we just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now it is looking forward to seeing you! The sunny vacation home is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catches the sun for you and holds it (hopefully all the time ;)) for you. The sunny vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

Enjoy the tranquility away from the stressful, noisy everyday life! Our tiny house is great for cyclists, travelers or people who are simply looking for a quick getaway! True to the motto: Less is more! Products such as eggs, various sausages, honey, pasta, cheese… you can buy directly from us at the farm in our Regiomaten!

The ideal apartment for large families, groups of friends, seminars. Enjoy a great view from one of your two spacious balconies on the first floor or the additional balcony in the attic. Two bedrooms with king size double bed, one children's room with two bunk beds, two shower bathrooms and two living rooms with sofa bed. Bright, light-flooded, lovingly designed rooms. Our village is surrounded by fields. forests and pastures. Here there are many opportunities for beautiful walks and also interesting excursion destinations. This is a beautiful place to relax, work creatively and enjoy unadulterated country life.

We offer swimming and nature holidays for families, especially during the summer vacation season. But especially in the off-season, this area has its special charms such as the heather blossom or the crane migration. So, if you want to enjoy the scenery and experience the sights, you should book. The space is modern. The apartment has a twin bedroom with fireplace, a kitchen with dining area, seating and a bathroom.

The apartment was only completed in 2022 and welcomes you on approx. 170 square meters with a large living and dining area, an open kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 4 separate bedrooms. From the spacious living area with high ceiling, open truss and the glazed Tennentor (Grod Dör) you can look at the village square.
