Great accommodation, well located in the center of Villapiana lido, equipped with everything you need and very clean. You can walk comfortably to both restaurants and the sea. There is a pedestrian crossing not indicated by the various navigators to reach the beach, it takes about 3 minutes on foot. Same for evening walks on the waterfront. Services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. As per the description, there is private parking, during our stay (1 week) we never used the car. Giuliano is a very active Host, all our questions were answered almost immediately. It will definitely be a place to come back to.

We spent 10 wonderful days at Sergio's place. Cleanliness and attention to detail, large and comfortable outdoor spaces, but above all a fabulous location. Garden directly on the sea, beach practically reserved for the residence. Only the noise of the waves at night. Highly recommended.

Dream holiday in Villapiana that never disappoints... top beach and sea. Casa Nina is welcoming, new, clean and cared for in every detail. They've thought of everything. You can feel the passion and dedication of the hosts. The location is spectacular on the sea. Premises and services within walking distance. Parking under the house. Assorted and new equipment. Very clear instructions in the house. Esmeralda is very kind to fulfill any "extra" request quickly. As soon as we arrived, they pampered us with a welcome based on fruit and the necessary ingredients for a pasta with tomato sauce, as well as water and coffee. Casa Nina is synonymous with total relaxation on vacation for me... Marco and Esmeralda have thought of everything! Despite the accurate descriptions and photos corresponding to reality, for me the accommodation exceeded expectations! I will definitely recommend it to my acquaintances and I hope to be able to return again. Thanks for the great vacation... My boyfriend and I will keep a wonderful memory!

Impeccable cleanliness, sheets and towels included and quality, kitchen equipped with everything you need and even more (there is also a dishwasher), perfect rooms for a family. Having 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and the other without) is a plus, not considering the outdoor shower (hot). The house is equipped with solar panels, during the day you can use the energy without thinking of extra costs. The location is very good, in the middle of the small village, facing the sea. Next to the street, on the other side of the street, there is a great restaurant/pizzeria. The beach in front of the house is free and very large, the owners leave an umbrella and two sunbeds available for guests, to be taken down daily. Beautiful and very clean sea. The pool was the highlight of the house. It is ideal for days when the wind is too strong and the sea is too agitated, you can enjoy the sun and bathe in tranquility. Very kind owners, who leave nothing to chance!!

The accomodation has been excellent, from the beginning of my stay I have felt great. Everything has been as expected. The communication with Giuliano was proactive and above all customer centric. His response times were extraordinary and every upcoming question or issue has been clarified within minutes. I fully recommend this apartment to everyone going to Villapiana Lido. All shops can be reached within minutes and also the beach is so close that it has been an ease to reach it by foot. Enjoy your stay at this apartment as I did!

A very good choice to stay in Cariati. A very comfortable house and a very nice and helpful host. We can honestly recomend this place to other people. We really spent there 6 magnificent days.

I stayed in Villetta Paradiso and what to say, great location, the sea can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot and therefore also the long sea in the evening, which offers a wide choice of places to stop for dinner or even just to have a drink. Also very close to a supermarket. Clean apartment, exactly the same as described and super friendly hosts.

A very nice, well equipped small house with two large bathrooms and two bedrooms. Very suitable for a longer stay, also with family! From the bedroom you have a view of the sea, the beach is within five minutes walking distance, the residential area is pleasantly quiet. The hosts are super friendly, even provided for breakfast!

The appartament is cute and spacious enough for a few people. It was very clean and the host was warm and welcoming. The view is fantastic and the balcony is relaxing. I enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Claudia is a wonderful host. She met us to check in and showed us around. Her home is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed. She checked in on us halfway through to see if we needed anything. Her home is in a great location to walk to amenities in the small town of San Lucido. She was accommodating and very responsive.

It was a very pleasant surprise. Nicola and his wife welcomed us as warm, thoughtful friends. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. Nothing was missing... pampered and welcomed we had a wonderful holiday. In 3 minutes on foot we reached the beach to enjoy a priceless sunset on a wonderful beach in the evening.
