The house is located in the middle of the air spa town of Bollendorf -10Gehmin. to the outdoor swimming pool, 5 minutes walk to the Luxembourg border. Kayaking departures along the Sauer are only 10 minutes away in Dilliningen/Luxembourg! Echternach as well as Trier, the oldest city in Germany are only 10 or 30 minutes drive away. New, very centrally located studio in the oldest city of Luxembourg. The apartment is ideally located in the beautiful city center of Echternach, right next to the basilica. On the doorstep you can start the "Müllerthal Trail," go to the tourist information office, the bakery or the supermarket. The shopping street, as well as many good restaurants, terraces and cafes are within walking distance. Even a cinema is only 200 m away. Right in front of the house is a parking lot (6:00 pm - 8:00 am = free)

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You will love the loft because of the outdoor space, the garden, the fireplace inside for coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. On the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, below a sofa bed. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and Eifel fans.
