Lovely house but a bit walking distance to downtown

5 stars all around! A wonderful, quaint home. We felt like VIP guests! Nui and Stephan were such kind, helpful and great hosts. An all-around perfect stay and visit. We wish we could have stayed longer and would certainly recommend to all.

We had a wonderful time at the Bijouhaus (2 adults, 4 children). The Bijouhaus was clean, fresh, bright and immediately created a feel-good atmosphere for us. Many leisure activities are quickly and easily accessible by car. The best strawberries of all time are available in the farm shop (5 minutes walking distance) :) Andrea responded quickly and personally to concerns and questions. Thank you for the wonderful time, we can highly recommend the Bijouhaus...

Everything is perfect

Great house, in a nice very green setting, adapted to families, perfectly equipped. Fluid and responsive communication. Only small surprise: a few planes passages some days just above the house.

The place has a very great layout and is very cozily furnished. It has everything you need for a stay in the area. The seat in front of the house was wonderful for dinner in the evening sun. The surroundings are very quiet and pleasant. Our special requests were quickly fulfilled and the communication with Franziska was very pleasant and uncomplicated. Public transport connections for excursions in the area are also good. We highly recommend the accommodation for holidays in the region with family. And will also be happy to come back sometime. We staid at Pascal's place with our dog for a weekend. It's an absolutely amazing house with great perks (the "cinema" at 3rd floor is amazing) and great surroundings. it takes only about 15 mins to get to Rhine falls from there by car. For anyone targeting "that" attraction, this house is the perfect choice. On top of that Pascal is an absolutely amazing host, super friendly, easy going, and caring for you!

Best care - beautiful house - just great

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful villa in Gerlodswil, Switzerland, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The villa's location was fantastic, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, yet conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The accommodations provided the perfect balance of comfort and luxury, with a private swimming pool and a balcony offering stunning views, which became our favorite spots during the stay. What stood out the most was how everything was exactly as advertised, making it easy to enjoy both the tranquility of the area and the local amenities. Nadja, the host, was exceptional. She was incredibly kind, supportive, and always available to ensure that our stay was perfect. Her warm hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat in Switzerland. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We immediately felt comfortable in the villa, after the wow effect when entering. The contact with the host was also sympathetic and accommodating. Despite bad weather, you could use the pool and hot tub. The gym is superbly equipped - we were busy ^^ also a big shout out to the cleaners, everything was sparkling clean and the bedrooms were very nicely prepared.

Beautiful little log cabin on a farm. The hostess was super friendly and greeted us right away and explained everything. The animals that live there are all very tame and most of them can be petted. The bathroom is mainly open, so there are many leaves on the floor, but that didn't bother us at all. It is just all pure nature and apart from the occasional flight noise, it was very quiet and cozy. Although it was a bit chilly, we were able to sit outside by the fire until late at night. The breakfast was magnificent and far too much for two people. We would have liked to eat more. :) Recovery = 100% Romance = 100% Recommendation = 100% Thank you and hopefully see you again sometime:)

We wanted a place where we could find privacy and peace. Well, that's definitely worked out! Nice quiet place with a view of the city. Too bad we didn't stay longer. The outdoor shower takes some getting used to with warm water, but otherwise it's a very nice place!

amazing place. quiet, roomy and very clean. a bit away from Zurich but it's close to the train station so getting around is no problem. would come back again

We loved our stay here. The house was incredible, as pictured with enough room for our party of 8 including 5 adults, 1 teen, 1 toddler, and 1 baby. The ability to request a pack and play for infant and toys for my toddler was a game changer. The space was thoughtful and enough room for everyone to relax. The town is very quiet and sweet. You can easily walk to Migros and local restaurants. It was perfect for day trips to Thun, Lucerne, Bern, Zurich. It was the perfect landing spot for our group. Laundry is always a plus! Just a couple notes if you have kiddos and plan to do all public transportation, (not a big deal if you have a car but we didn't want to travel with car seats): the home is all tile throughout, not a lot of space to roll around if you have crawling babe etc. The house was absolutely walkable with a stroller from bus stations but don't follow google maps on the 345 bus stop, it'll take a shortcut up to the house that is all stairs. Take the 346 bus instead.

A dark, clean site is consistent with the site description🙏 Located in the middle of an agricultural village, this magnificent circus trailer is perfect for anyone who loves nature, simplicity, and sobriety in an idyllic setting. Great accommodation. The only disadvantage is the noise of the highway. But with the windows closed, no problem.

Susanne is very responsive and she makes the extra effort for little details of our stay that really made us appreciate Swiss style of service more. We had a great stay! The house is very nice and ideally located in a pretty village near the Rhine Falls. Yan responds quickly to all our requests. The house is clean and well furnished: the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, just some dishes are missing and a bench or chair in the entrance to remove or put on your shoes easily. I recommend this address at 100%
