Holiday rentals with beach access in Schaffhausen

Host was very flexible and made it an easy stay! Great location as well.

We felt very comfortable in this bright studio. Very clean, tasteful and practical (kitchen) furnished. Communication with the hosts was also uncomplicated and pleasant. Very happy to come back.

The apartment is very large and modern, in a quiet neighborhood 200 m from the lake on foot and 10 minutes from Constance by car. There was everything we needed for our family stay.

The apartment was great. Short walk to the lake and train. Short drive to the mountains. Everything we wanted. Perfect size for the three of us and a dog.

Staying with Marie and Jürg was very relaxed. Marie welcomed us and also asked in between by messenger to see if everything was okay in this way. In the fridge we always found fine cheese, Grison meat, herbs, yogurt, butter, jam, milk and juice for breakfast. In addition, there was coffee (machine with pads), fresh breads, cereals and honey. The apartment is quietly located with a parking space in front of the door, very clean, well maintained, and practical. Very nice is the distant view, which you can enjoy in the conservatory from the dining table, an entire window front long. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back:)

Anne is a nice person with a gorgeous cat! I enjoyed spending time with both of them and I also had an interesting Functional Integration session with Anne. It is true that this place is away from the hustle and bustle of city life. It is very quiet here, the local town is a bit limited but it is only one train stop to Shauffhausen which is a lovely town and has lots of eating and sightseeing options. The highlight of the area is the famous Rhein Falls which are only a short walk from the house and are beautiful. You can even go swimming in the Rhein nearby (which I loved thanks to the recommendation by Anne). Also, the world's first self-driving bus trial is happening in the local town so that's an interesting and very unique thing to experience while you are here. Overall this was a very pleasant stay. Pretty house and set up. Around 25 min walk from the station (Rhine falls) to the place. Great spot located with country side vibes. Irene had communicated everything before hand and also checked in with us regularly. Thank you for hosting us

Oir family of two kids (aged 2.5 years and 10 months) needed a place to stay during our move. We found Ray's place very convenient and can warmly recommend it for any kind of stay in Zürich. It's very reachable from the city as well as the airport, has a modern and functional interior and the surroundings are nice with parks, playground and a river. Parking is also very well organized (better than most places in/around Zürich) Ray is a very welcoming, responsive and helpful host. Nothing but good to say about him!
