Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Schaffhausen District

For us this was perfect “home base” away from home full of old Swiss rustic charm and private. Very well equipped kitchen, home is spacious, clean and cozy, laundry room came really handy as well. Great location - away from hustle and bustle of Zurich but short distance from it and from the airport as well. Many great day trips possible within 5 min drive up to an hour drive. Grocery store 3 min walk away. Thomas is friendly and super easy to communicate with. We also found great restaurant 5-8 min drive - Gasthof zum Kreuz - shout out to the owner - very friendly made us feel like family - food was great, nice atmosphere and good prices. Grateful we got to experience it all.

Wir waren zu siebt im Haus. Es war alles einwandfrei sauber und gut vorbereitet. Garten war schön, bedarf aber etwas mehr Pflege. In der Küche wären für die Anzahl der möglichen Gäste auch größere Töpfe nicht schlecht. Teilweise waren die Töpfe nicht für Induktion geeignet. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Wir haben eine Unterkunft gesucht, um unsere Gäste privat zu beherbergen. Die Wohnung war diesbezüglich perfekt. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar.

Alles in Allem super!

Ein äusserst stilvolles und hübsches Haus mit herzigem Garten. Freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in nächster Nähe. Äusserst empfehlenswert, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Très belle maison, dans un joli cadre très vert, adapté aux familles, parfaitement équipée. Communication fluide et réactive. Seule petite surprise : quelques passages d'avions certains jours juste au-dessus de la maison.

We staid at Pascal's place with our dog for a weekend. It's an absolutely amazing house with great perks (the "cinema" at 3rd floor is amazing) and great surroundings. it takes only about 15 mins to get to Rhine falls from there by car. For anyone targeting "that" attraction, this house is the perfect choice. On top of that Pascal is an absolutely amazing host, super friendly, easy going, and caring for you!

Super freundlicher Kontakt und schönes AIRBNB. Man sollte allerdings wissen dass der Pool gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird 😉 Das hatten wir so nicht auf dem Schirm, der freundliche Kontakt hat allerdings darüber hinweggetröstet.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful villa in Gerlodswil, Switzerland, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The villa's location was fantastic, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, yet conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The accommodations provided the perfect balance of comfort and luxury, with a private swimming pool and a balcony offering stunning views, which became our favorite spots during the stay. What stood out the most was how everything was exactly as advertised, making it easy to enjoy both the tranquility of the area and the local amenities. Nadja, the host, was exceptional. She was incredibly kind, supportive, and always available to ensure that our stay was perfect. Her warm hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat in Switzerland. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Wunderschöne kleine Blockhütte auf einem Bauernhof. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hat uns gleich empfangen und alles erklärt. Die Tiere die dort leben, sind alle sehr zahm und die meisten lassen sich streicheln. Das Badezimmer liegt hauptsächlich frei, dementsprechend hat es viele Blätter auf dem Boden, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Es ist eben alles Natur pur und abgesehen vom gelegentlichen Fluglärm, war es sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Obwohl es bei uns etwas kühl war, konnten wir bis spät in die Nacht draussen am Feuer sitzen. Das Frühstück war grandios und viel zu viel für zwei Personen. Wir hätten gern mehr gegessen. :) Erholung = 100% Romantik = 100% Weiterempfehlung = 100% Vielen Dank und hoffentlich bis irgendwann mal wieder :)

Genau das Richtige, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht. Wunderschöner Blick über Winterthur, tolles Häuschen, toller und sauberer Pool mit perfekter Temperatur :-). Es ist alles vorhanden das man braucht, mehr wie sonst in Airbnb's, selbst ein Mückenstecker war da :-). Wunderschöne Spazierwege im Wald direkt oberhalb der Unterkunft. Lucas‘s penthouse has been beautifully designed and is immaculately maintained. It is gorgeous! Every room has utterly fantastic views and are comfortable and beautifully staged. The rooftop patio and dining area are star attractions. Evenings were spent reading in the sitting area, and breakfast in the lovely dining patio overlooking a courtyard. It was exquisite. This location is a great hub for getting around anywhere in Zürich, and Switzerland. The trams and train station made it simple to take day trips to Interlaken and Geneva. We came “home” each evening, to a lovely, relaxing space where we could take showers, make supper, and enjoy the evening at our leisure. We were there for five wonderful nights, and had we stayed longer, we would have also gone to Milan, Munich, and Innsbruck. Lastly, our hosts were absolutely wonderful. They were thoughtful in every way, and flexible. We feel fortunate to have found this location to stay in Zürich. Thank you!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach nur schön. Antonia ist äußerst freundlich und ihr gemütliches Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Unsere Hundis haben sich wie zuhause gefühlt:) wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Exactly as described, Comfortable beds, great communication

Sehr sauber und ordentlich, komfortabel und praktisch eingerichtet (selbst an Kleinigkeiten wie Schuhanzieher und mehr als genügend Kleiderbügel wurde gedacht). Der Zugang über den Aufzug ist praktisch, die Lage war ideal für mich. Es gibt ein super Einkaufszentrum ca. 3 Minuten entfernt mit dem Auto. Als allein reisende Frau fühlte ich mich in dieser Lage sehr sicher. Es ist auch sehr angenehm leise nachts und sogar tagsüber.

Susanne is very responsive and she makes the extra effort for little details of our stay that really made us appreciate Swiss style of service more. We have a big family dog and she made sure that an extra family member is truly welcome. My family and I can only recommend her place 100%. Vielen lieben Dank Susanne and your team. Es war eine wunderbare Zeit in einer schönen Umgebung. Ich konnte gut entspannen und die Familie ist sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Ich genoss dort die Zeit sehr, viele lieben Dank für alles!

Eine absolut tolle Location welche sofort ein Coming home Feeling vermittelt, keine Wünsche offen lässt und sehr sauber und äusserst gepflegt ist. Susanne ist eine sehr tolle und charmante Gasgeberin, welche sich mit maximalem Herzblut engagiert. Jederzeit und uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen und gerne wieder !

Ganz tolle Unterkunft, super-nette Gastgeber, tolles Frühstück. Sandra und Roman haben sogar nach Unverträglichkeiten gefragt und extra Lebensmittel besorgt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und prima geschlafen. Toll auch der Pool für den morgendlichen Sprung ins Wasser.

Superbe séjour dans cette jolie maison avec beaucoup de cachet. Petit jardin très agréable. Emplacement idéal au calme. Elisabeth est très accueillante. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation.
