Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Scandicci

Very clean Airbnb, the host left us with a bottle of wine and brownies for our arrival which was very thoughtful. The Tuscan views from the bnb was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the major attractions and at night, we could hear the musicians from the Ponte Vecchio. Christiana is a wonderful host and was extremely helpful. She explained the apartment to us on arrival and assisted us with taxis and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Great spot right in the middle of the action in Florence. The street numbers are confusing - the city has two buildings with the same street number - but Francesco was very helpful and was in communication with us directly until he personally let us into the building. The apartment was beautiful. Note that you do need to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, and the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. While you do have privacy with doors closed, you would have to walk by a bed to get to the bathroom in the night. The laundry was SO convenient. Great stay!

Fantastisk lejlighed! Beliggenheden er perfekt i et beboelseskvarter i gåafstand til seværdighederne, uden at være midt i turismen. En masse små lokale butikker og restauranter og skøn lokal stemning. Supersmart app-baseret adgang til ejendommen og lejligheden. Virkelig god vejledning ved ankomst og super service under opholdet, hvis man har brug for lokale inputs og hjælp. Altanen på bagsiden af lejligheden var en yderst positiv overraskelse - skønne sommeraftener dér. Kæmpe luftige (lige store) soveværelser med masser af opbevaring og individuel aircondition. Dejligt stort badeværelse og rigeligt med håndklæder. Vi rejste to veninder sammen og ønskede netop separate soveværelser. Lejligheden vil også fungere fint til 2 par, der rejser sammen. Et stort velassorteret supermarked (Esselunga) 400 meter fra lejligheden. Diverse busser kører næsten foran døren - meget nemt og praktisk. Alt fungerede til perfektion og vi anbefaler på det varmeste denne lejlighed!

Es muy difícil que un alojamiento cumpla todas mis expectativas, no soy de viajar mucho y me da un poco de reparo el dormir en otro lugar fuera de casa, siempre miro muy bien que donde me hospedo me de seguridad. Nunca un airbnb había cumplido todas mis expectativas hasta hoy, lo digo enserio, si tienes que guiarte por una reseña es esta, (y a la vez me arrepiento de estarla escribiendo por si esto hace que esté ocupado la próxima vez que me quiera alojar aquí), pero sin duda ha sido un tesoro. Está cerca de la estación pero la zona no es insegura, al entrar tienes que cruzar un jardin interior precioso y el alojamiento está impecable. Además de que el alojamiento cumplió todas nuestras expectativas, Rossella y Luciano estuvieron disponibles en todo momento para resolver nuestras dudas, fueron muy amables y comprensibles cuando nuestro vuelo se retrasó dos horas :( Nos ayudaron en todo y fue una experiencia inolvidable, hasta me felicitaron mi cumpleaños que era ese día! :)

This is your place for Florence! It was a perfect 2/2. Both rooms were really equal. Both bedrooms just outside the main bedroom and both with nice windows to open. Only one had the small patio for two people to enjoy. The location was great. You could do Taxi or Uber or even walk to main areas within 10 minutes. Our host met us to go over checkin and we were able to check in with luggage 2 hours early. The train was a 10 min walk, not bad with luggage unless you overpack like I did. Don’t do it. One backpack and one rolling luggage is all you need. Oh, the beds-wow!!!! They were nice and had beautiful bedding to help you sleep well. My 50th in Florence was epic!

Valentina’s place is very nice for a longer stay, it is spacious and has all you need. It was easy to deal with amenities, internet was fast, so I could work remotely during my stay. The house is cool on hot days and can be easily warmed up when it’s cold. Valentina is very helpful and responsive, I asked for some additional stuff and Valentina just brought it. It was also easy to agree on slightly modifying the dates of my stay. Scandicci is cute and cozy area, so you can experience living there like a local. The place is close to smaller shops and nice pizza place. You cannot simply walk from there to the Florence historic center but it’s close to a bus stop and in 10-15 minutes walk to a tram stop. I think it’s a brilliant place if you come by car, without it you are dependent on public transportation, so it’s something to consider if you come for a shorter visit or plan to go to the city center every day. Otherwise, all good, and it’s great value for money!

The flat is beautiful, clean, it is equipped with all the appliances and amenities one would need. It’s in a safe neighborhood, with a nice restaurant and cafe nearby. If you want to travel into the city of Florence, the bus stop is very close. The host Daniela, is one of the most responsive, kindest and welcoming hosts I’ve ever dealt with. I 100% recommend this place if you want a quiet and nice place to stay outside of the chaos and noisiness of the city.

Marco is very sweet, he greeted us and explained basic house rules and is very responsive with questions. He gave us amazing food recommendations in Florence that we tried as well. The place itself is super nice, spacious, clean.

Breathtaking location with views that are exactly what you want in the Chianti region. It was a beautiful place and was very nicely setup. Extremely responsive and helpful host. He provided recommendations and was quick to respond to questions. The house is centered nicely within the region and allows access to many different villages, wineries, and restaurants. An amazing experience and I highly recommend!

Wow, wow, wow! We totally enjoyed our stay at Eleonara‘s house! We arrived and her son explained everything to us and showed as the whole apartment. You‘ll find everything there for your daily needs. It’s absolutely the same as on the photos and we also were able to use the washing machine as well as the dryer. I loved the backyard the most - it’s so beautiful and decorated with an attention for details! Just in case someone cares: The street is next to the house why it could get a little bit louder, especially during the rush hours But we didn’t care about that little fact and the longer we stayed, the less we recognized it. Eleonora and her family are so kind, friendly and lovely people! Thank you so much for everything and our great stay! Absolutely recommend!

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

This was a lovely, centrally located and spacious apartment. Lots of stairs but there is also a small elevator - you can take multiple trips up with luggage. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with flowers and a stunning view of the duomo. 2 bathrooms with one smaller than the other - typical euro bathrooms and they were clean. The a/c worked well. Walkable to everything. My only comment - which is not about the apartment itself - is that the area immediately surrounding the duomo wasn’t as pretty as I thought it would be. Duomo was gorgeous, but the immediate area felt surrounded with some shady characters. Next time we might try to stay near the piazza Santa trinita which felt more upscale. Carlotta is a great host and communicated clearly and frequently with local recommendations. I’d recommend this rental.

Un angolo di intimità e romanticismo dove staccare completamente. Tutto perfetto, host gentilissimo e disponibile, la piscina riscaldata con un buon impianto audio è una goduria. Un eccellente vista sulla natura dei dintorni e soprattutto una estrema privacy. Il centro è 7 minuti di macchina, ma sembra d'essere fuori dalla città.

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

Yes, it is spectacular for all the reasons mentioned by others. The frescoes in the rooms and loggia are most remarkable, and of great historical significance. There’s a manual on site that details all the history, and additional information can be found online on Wikipedia and elsewhere about the frescoes and the garden. Gian is a most excellent host. Thank you thank you thank you.

What a perfect apartment located steps away from the Duomo! It is so close to everything, but tucked away on a charming street so it is nice and quiet and the perfect respite after a day of walking around. Spacious, chic and spotlessly clean - our family of four felt super comfortable and absolutely loved our stay! The elevator made getting our luggage into the apartment seamless. And Giulio was extremely responsive to any of our questions and made check-in super easy, even including a generous welcome gift. We will absolutely return to this excellent apartment on our future visits!

Brilliant Airbnb in Greve.. location superb overlooking the square. The apartment is spacious and felt like home. Wonderful restaurants to walk to and a great bakery opposite for morning coffee and pastries. Easy to park the car just a few minutes walk away. Lovely villages to explore nearby and picture perfect everywhere you look. If you come to Greve book here, relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere. Cora is a fantastic host who regularly communicates to make sure you have everything you need. 10/10 ❤️

Excellent place, wonderful hosts. Great location, away from the crowds, but close enough to everything. Lots of beautiful places to eat and shop in this neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay in Florence and this apartment was perfect for us. It was in a convenient location to walk to all the main sites and restaurants. It was very hot, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It had all the amenities as outlined in the description. We wish there was an umbrella on the roof top patio so we could have enjoyed it more, however, we did sit out for early morning coffee and a late night glass of wine. Tatiana met us on arrival and reserved our taxi to the airport. We would recommend this apartment and would stay again.

Pictures don’t do justice. Best B&B in Florence by far. Costanza the host was very nice and accommodating. Everything was perfect, will stay here in the future.

Great central location, a few minutes walk from the central station and attractions. At the same time very quiet and private. Nearby is a small supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and larger than it looks in the photo. It has everything you need and even more. Decorated with taste and love. The process of check-in and check-out is very convenient. Laura, thank you for a wonderful time in Florence, we felt at home.
