Apartment holiday rentals in Scandicci

A wonderful apartment in a very walkable location. Lots of great restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk.

Martina was so kind and helpful, she even gave us a brief tour of the apartment upon check in. She ensured we knew where everything was located and she has a binder of any information needed. We enjoyed the seating area in front for breakfast and coffee. We loved how close the apartment is from the train station so we could walk to and from to save us time and some money. The location is very walkable to many restaurants, shops and sights. We loved that there is a grocery store near by and also a "sight seeing bus" stop around the corner. We found the bedding comfortable and the apartment felt safe. Everything is very nice and ready for guests who may decide to have a meal in vs going out too.

Bellissimo appartamento, recente, molto pulito, ampia camera da letto. Al piano terra. Aria condizionata, a disposizione macchina del caffè col necessario per la colazione (succo, biscotti, snack ecc...). Bagno molto pulito con una doccia grande. Si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla e per raggiungere il centro c'è la fermata del tramvia a 5 minuti di cammino. Host molto disponibile. Forse il prezzo è un po' alto ma segue la tendenza di Firenze, comunque ci tornerei e lo suggerisco.

Abbiamo scelto di visitare degli amici a Firenze, ma volevamo evitare il traffico e la confusione del centro città con l’auto. Scandicci si è rivelata un’ottima alternativa grazie al collegamento diretto con il tram per Firenze. Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento dal 11 al 13 giugno 2025(4 Persone) e vogliamo sottolineare la gentilezza e disponibilità di Andrea durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato eccellente. L’appartamento era molto pulito e completamente ristrutturato: moderno, funzionale e accogliente. Il soggiorno è stato per noi davvero piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente!

Brilliant Airbnb in Greve.. location superb overlooking the square. The apartment is spacious and felt like home. Wonderful restaurants to walk to and a great bakery opposite for morning coffee and pastries. Easy to park the car just a few minutes walk away. Lovely villages to explore nearby and picture perfect everywhere you look. If you come to Greve book here, relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere. Cora is a fantastic host who regularly communicates to make sure you have everything you need. 10/10 ❤️

Even prior to booking the apartment, the host were very responsive to our questions. Once we booked it, they were very proactive and welcoming us to the apartment. Flexible check-in and they met us at the property. The pictures don’t do it justice. Felt like home. They were very responsive during our trip. Great quiet location. 10 minutes walking to the Domo area. Local area, full of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Merci à Elisabetta pour la qualité du logement qui a participé au bien être de notre séjour. Très facile pour se garer dans la rue et emplacement pratique pour se rendre au centre ville avec le tramway. Tout c'est très bien passé. Je conseille les yeux fermés.

Lorenzo e Luca due ottimi Host super disponibili e accoglienti. Alloggio essenziale, comodo e pulito , parcheggio adiacente , fermata bus , bar tavola fredda, rosticceria, lavanderia self, sotto casa . A 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e dall' ippodromo per i concerti .

Loved this place. So perfect for my daughter and I to enjoy Florence. It is such a great location with it being very walkable and close to everything and in a great part of city. Beds were comfortable and we were so thankful of A/C in every room to keep us cool in the heat wave that came through the week we were staying. Highly recommend Sara’s place.

Incredible stay! Guglielmo and his father were so kind and helpful, despite some timing issues on my end. Wonderfully responsive hosts with kind hearts :) The space is in a gorgeous location that is walkable to all the tourist hotspots without feeling overwhelmed by tourists as soon as you step out the front door. 10/10 would recommend this place & would absolutely stay here again! Worth noting: I will say the space is VERY small, which was PERFECT for me as a solo traveler who had a very busy schedule and barely spent any time in the apartment! I think with two people in the room, it might feel a tad crowded.

Alles was geweldig. Je kunt je geen betere gastvrouw en gastheer voorstellen als Paola en Enrico! Reageren altijd, heel vriendelijk, hele goede tips! Het appartement voelt helemaal als thuis. Goede plek in de stad. Wij doen alles op de fiets. Perfect!

Luca and Lorenzo are friendly hosts. We were melting from the sweltering heat and they kindly allowed us to early check-in, immediately after the place has been cleaned. There are supermarket and restaurant nearby. Thanks, Luca and Lorenzo for the personal welcome and complimentary items in the fridge.

We enjoyed the stay at Claudio’s place , the apartment is conveniently located . Claudio was waiting for us at the apartment to greet us and to shows the functionality of all amenities , we found the apartment nicely decorated and squeakily clean . We highly recommend this place for a family of 3 or 4 traveling to Florence . We will be back .

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

A estadia foi ótima! O apartamento é muito completo e percebe-se o cuidado que a Federica tem com os hóspedes por cada detalhe do espaço. O banheiro é muito pequeno, de fato, mas não foi algo que nos atrapalhou. A localização também é boa, fica em frente ao McDonald's e muito perto de uma pizzaria ótima. É muito fácil de se locomover pela cidade, pois tem uma parada de ônibus a poucos metros, com pelo menos 3 opções de linhas que levam ao centro. Se for fazer bate-volta para San Gimignano e Siena, a localização também é muito conveniente, já que na mesma parada é possível pegar o ônibus extra urbano. Se tivermos a oportunidade de voltar a Florença, com certeza vamos considerar o apartamento da Federica.

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

We hebben heerlijk genoten van de tuin die verrassend groot was! Af en toe loopt er iemand langs maar kijken niet direct de tuin in. Gezellige diertjes die af en toe even aan komen lopen. Daarbij was het huisje van alle gemakken voorzien, een bed die top slaapt en het meest mooie uitzicht ooit! 🤍 Monica is echt de liefste vrouw, die je warm welkom heet en het verblijf eerst even laat zien! Dankjewel en we komen zeker nog eens terug!

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

This place is such a gem! The hosts work hard to make sure your stay is very comfortable. Someone is at reception most of the time to answer questions or help with recommendations! The room we stayed in (Olivo) was perfect. It had a small kitchen with beautiful views and the nature of the building is "Tuscany Picture Perfect" You definitely need a vehicle to Get around unless you plan on taking a taxi and staying at the location (which is very doable since they have a restaurant and serve you breakfast every morning) The pool is beautiful with picture perfect hills of Tuscany while you swim! They have a small playground and a large yard with tables where you can sip wine or have a picnic! The bed was very comfortable and our stay here was very relaxing! The restaurant had such an amazing food as well! 10/10 would recommend!

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Stefano war sehr hilfsbereit. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Freude am Pool und dem Spielplatz. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit dem Internet. Also falls jemand eine zuverlässige und schnelle Internetverbindung braucht, sollte man vorab mit dem Host checken, ob die Probleme behoben sind. Ansonsten war wirklich alles perfekt.

Amazing home with a stunning view of Florence. Raffaella provided clear instructions on how to get to her house and even left us taped notes at the entrance so we wouldn't get lost on our arrival day. We stayed a total of 9 nights with two adults and two kids under ten and enjoyed every minute of it—the private pool, the stunning view, and the private backyard were all more than we asked for. Highly recommend.
