Beautiful quiet place and surroundings.

We have, once again, had an excellent stay at Le Petit Nid. The house was clean and spacious and being 3, we each had our own bathroom. The house is located on the edge of a stream that gives a feeling of tranquility. The very cute house is located in an ideal location for our various getaways in the region. Sarah always responds very quickly to requests.

Very nice accommodation. Furnishings tip top. Location is quiet. You can stay outside very well and hike from the house. There are many more hikes within a 15-minute drive. Recommendations are given by the host. Sylvain is super friendly and accommodating. We will be happy to come back.

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

We felt completely comfortable at Christelle's! The accommodation was great, the view fantastic and the tranquility to enjoy. We were also delighted to enjoy delicious cakes and the time in Megeve. Kitchen was super equipped, only the mattress was a little too hard for us (but that's a matter of taste). We will be happy to come back :)

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important devices are available. The grill is particularly cool, and you can even use it on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! Wow! What a beautiful place to stay. Elisabeth met us when we arrived and showed us around her stunning accommodation. The accommodation was tastefully decorated, with everything that we needed for our stay. The outside space gave wonderful views and was peaceful. The hot tub an added bonus. All in all, 10/10!

Was a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean/tidy and you have everything you need. In addition, you have a nice view and you are in a beautiful area, definitely worth going!

The apartment was very well equipped (especially the kitchen) and it is located in a quiet, relaxed residential area. The balcony and the view are of course great and Nathalie was a very nice hostess. We also liked Annecy and the area very much. We will be happy to come back :)

We loved the stay! Everything was actually present and it was clean. Raphael was a very good host and made us feel very welcome. It was very hot and an air conditioner is the only thing we missed and would have made it completely perfect (despite the two good fans) . We'd love to come back!

New accommodation tastefully furnished and very well located (between lake and mountain according to the ad). You will find all the amenities and even more to have a very good stay. We have to go back (with a little more sun!!)

A beautifully furnished and immaculately styled apartment - stunning! We were tired from driving so accessed the nearby supermarket (3 min drive or 15 min walk) for food and used the lovely kitchen to cook dinner. Then relaxed on the lounge with the huge TV. After a restful sleep in the comfortable bed, we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace the next morning. A truly wonderful place to stay and highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

The apartment is very well located to enjoy the area in spring. Anne Laure and her mother were very welcoming.

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tony's accommodation. Everything was very clean and the apartment was very cozy. He provided us with a crib and a high chair for our baby and there were also board games, children's dishes, basic things for breakfast and cooking, cleaning products... Those things that make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. A totally recommended accommodation and host😊

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!

We had a great time at the Grattague at Wilfried's place. Her warm and well laid out apartment is located in a quiet location. From the balcony, magnificent views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. Hiking departure at the foot of the residence. Wilfried is an attentive and caring host. Thanks again!

The house is even better than the pictures. A very large garden and terrace. everything is very clean, modern and practical. A very beautiful house.

Top accommodation, as described, convenience right next door (supermarket, pharmacy...), beautiful activities very close. It was perfect! We had a great stay, thank you Xavier!
