Séjour déconnexion incroyable, le chalet est un véritable havre de paix propice au cocooning comme aux belles escapades nature. Jean-David est un hôte particulièrement attentif, bienveillant et d'un naturel communicatif. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Encore merci pour ce merveilleux séjour 🙏

Nous avons, une fois de plus, passé un excellent séjour au Petit Nid. La maison était propre et spacieuse et étant à 3, nous disposions chacun de notre salle de bain. La maison est située aux bords d'un torrent qui donne une sensation de quiétude. La maison très mignonne est située a un emplacement idéal pour nous escapade diverses dans la région. Sarah est toujours réagit toujours très rapidement aux demandes.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Einrichtung Tip Top. Die Lage ist ruhig. Man kann sich sehr gut draußen aufhalten und vom Haus aus los wandern. Im Umkreis von 15 Minuten Autofahrt gibt es viele weitere Wanderungen. Empfehlungen gibt der Gasgeber. Sylvain ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons eu la chance de passer un week-end entre amies dans le logement de Dominique et nous en sommes plus que ravies ! Le logement est vraiment top, l’emplacement est vraiment idéal et il y a suffisamment de places de parking. Dominique est un hôte vraiment génial, il a été d’une gentillesse incroyable. Nous pensons déjà à revenir avec nos familles !

Nous voulions encore vous remercier pour ce séjour on serait bien resté en votre compagnie vous êtes juste au top ne changez rien

Wir haben uns rundum wohl bei Christelle gefühlt! Die Unterkunft war super, der Blick traumhaft und die Ruhe zum genießen. Auch wir durften uns über leckeren Kuchen freuen und haben die Zeit in Megeve genossen. Küche war super ausgestattet, einzig die Matratze war für uns etwas zu hart (aber das ist Geschmackssache). Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir kamen rein und haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt! Die nette Einrichtung, der schöne Innenhof und der tolle Pool haben uns verzaubert. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend und alle wichtigen Geräte sind vorhanden. Besonders cool ist der Grill, den man sogar an regnerischen Tagen unter dem überdachten Bereich des Hofes nutzen kann. Man kann sich rundum wohlfühlen und toll entspannen in der wunderschönen Unterkunft. In der Umgebung kann man vielen verschiedene Aktivitäten nachgehen und die tolle Natur genießen. Auch Abendspaziergänge kann man direkt vom Haus aus starten. Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub! Séjour génial au 427, parfait pour profiter à deux. Le logement est impeccable, extrêmement propre, climatisé et il ne manque rien. On sent que le confort de leurs voyageurs est très important pour Elisabeth et son mari, et cela a été fortement apprécié! Que demander de mieux qu’une soirée apéro jacuzzi barbecue avec une belle vue sur les montagnes ? Merci à tous les deux !

Was een prachtig verblijf! Het appartement was heel schoon/netjes en je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Daarbij heb je een mooi uitzicht en zit je in een prachtige omgeving, zeker de moeite waard om heen te gaan!

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (vor allem auch die Küche) und sie liegt in einem ruhigen, entspannten Wohngebiet. Der Balkon und die Aussicht sind natürlich super und Nathalie war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Annecy und die Gegend hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Une rencontre avec Sebastien très positive. Un vrai plaisir de partager avec une personne aussi généreuse et enthousiaste au petits soins pour ses hôtes…Sûrement à bientôt pour retrouver un lieu idéalement bien placé. Une vue magnifique sur le lac et le massif des Bauges. Un grand Merci à Sebastien.

We hebben genoten van het verblijf! Werkelijk alles was aanwezig en het was schoon. Raphael was een zeer goede gastheer en liet ons zeer welkom voelen. Het was erg warm en een airco is het enige wat we misten en het helemaal perfect had gemaakt (ondanks de twee goede ventilatoren) . We komen graag nog eens terug!

Studio charmant, à proximité du centre. Nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable. Corinne nous a été d'une grande aide quand nous avions des difficultés à nous repérer lors de notre arrivée. Excellente communication avec nos hôtes.

A beautifully furnished and immaculately styled apartment - stunning! We were tired from driving so accessed the nearby supermarket (3 min drive or 15 min walk) for food and used the lovely kitchen to cook dinner. Then relaxed on the lounge with the huge TV. After a restful sleep in the comfortable bed, we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace the next morning. A truly wonderful place to stay and highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

L'appartement est très bien situé pour profiter de la région au printemps. Anne Laure et sa mère ont été très accueillante.

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable en el alojamiento de Tony. Estaba todo muy limpio y el apartamento era muy acogedor. Nos facilitó una cuna y una trona para nuestro bebé y además había juegos de mesa, vajilla para niños, cosas básicas para el desayuno y para cocinar, productos de limpieza… Esas cosas que hacen la estancia más cómoda y agradable. Un alojamiento y un anfitrión totalmente recomendables😊

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Grattague chez Wilfried. Son appartement chaleureux et bien agencé est situé dans un endroit calme. Depuis le balcon, vue magnifique sur le Mont Blanc et l’aiguille du midi. Départ de randonnées au pied de la résidence. Wilfried est un hôte attentif et bienveillant. Encore merci !

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans le logement de Christophe. Très discret, il répond très vite à toute question. L'appartement était parfait pour 2 personnes. L'extérieur est juste incroyable, avec ses différentes parties (repas, plancha, grand salon de jardin, transats, piscine), le tout entouré d'arbres et de fleurs. Le chien Salto est adorable et silencieux. Le quartier est calme, il est facile de stationner devant la maison; en raison de la canicule, nous nous sommes déplacés uniquement en voiture. Le centre ville est à 8 minutes, le lac à 10 minutes. Il y a un centre commercial à moins de 10 minutes également. En bref, je recommande cette location.

Logement au top, comme décrit, commodité juste à côté (grande surface, pharmacie…), de belles activités très proche. C’était parfait ! Nous avons passé un super séjour, merci Xavier !
