We spent 2 really wonderful nights in Claudia and Alessandro's Luxury apartment in Riccione. The house is exactly as in the photos: modern, very clean and cared for in every detail. The location is convenient for reaching both the sea and the center, but at the same time quiet for a good night's rest. Claudia and Alessandro were exceptional hosts, helpful and attentive to every request. They gave us great advice on restaurants and beaches and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort, elegance and a warm welcome. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in the apartment for a week with our five-year-old daughter. Marco proved to be a very kind, attentive and helpful host from the first contacts. We found the house fresh, clean, fragrant and equipped with everything you need. In particular, we appreciated the comfort of the sofa bed and the usefulness of the mosquito nets. Finally, the bicycles provided are very welcome. Apartment definitely recommended!

The location was great: quiet, 5 minutes to the sea. Uncomplicated and very polite communication - Manola is a great and attentive hostess. We will be happy to come back :)

Accommodation faithful to the photos: very clean, well-equipped, 50 m from a private beach. The only thing missing is a table and two chairs on the terrace. We would recommend this listing.

Our stay in this apartment was fantastic, Simona is an exceptional host! She was very welcoming and made us feel at home, too bad we only stayed for a weekend! The apartment is perfect, it is equipped with all comforts and is a few steps from the beach. A note of merit also goes to the wonderful dog Diana, always ready to welcome us on our return!!

Me and my friends had an amazing time here. It was clean and had everything we needed such as cooking supplies. We had plenty of space for all our belongings and was very pleased with everything including the perfect location and the very responsive host. We would come here again.

The photos speak for themselves. The apartment has sensational views over Rimini and the Adriatic coast. Verucchio is a very attractive place for tourists and road cyclists. The apartment is pleasantly spacious, we felt very comfortable in it and enjoyed the view. All in all a good experience, only equipment with dishes etc. could be a little better, but we got along.

I only stayed for one night, but I already know I’ll be coming back. The house was super clean and comfortable, and the upstairs terrace was such a lovely spot to have dinner. Really enjoyed the stay!

Stefano is a great host, very easy to communicate with and help you if you need it. The apartment was perfect for a couple and had everything we needed. Was in walking distance of shops, train station and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying with Stefano and would love do do it again in the future.

Marzia is an impeccable host. We were welcomed and pampered as if we were family. The apartment was tailor-made for our family and equipped with all the necessary comforts. Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

Nice modern apartment with comfortable beds; lovely beach views. We needed to make some use of the air conditioning as the weather was so hot during our stay.

I had a really nice stay in this apartment! The house was clean, cozy, and perfectly as described. Nothing is missing and all the necessary amenities are present to make you feel at home. The location is very convenient both for the sea and the center: once you arrive, you no longer have to move the car. The nearest supermarket and bakery are less than a 5-minute walk away. What makes the apartment unique is the air that comes in from the balcony overlooking the sea: even on the hottest days it is a certainty! A special thank you to Silvia, who was always available, kind and quick in communications. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for large living spaces and who wants comfort by the sea. If I return to the area, I will definitely choose Silvia's apartment again!

My amazing choice in Rimini!!! Fantastic cute cozy apartment near the sea!!! Very modern, nice decoration, very clean!!! Big window with the view to the park:) I feel that owners love this house:)) everything near shops, restaurants, from train station around 15 min walking:)) I want come back!!! Only one thing what I really missed is mirror:( in the bathroom is very small:(

Absolutely positive experience! :) Mr. Stefano is very punctual and kind, ready to provide clarification regarding questions and curiosities about the accommodation and the details of general rules, services, check-in and check-out. Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. All guests satisfied with the experience and good value for money compared to the amenities offered. Nothing else to add:) See you next time!

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Perfect location, great for being very close to the sea but tall as a floor to not feel the cain of the street. I'll definitely be toned.

Basically a great place to stay. We felt comfortable and would come back. Unfortunately, the heating could not be put into operation because it is probably controlled centrally by the location. We had two cold days during our week, so it was uncomfortable in the apartment. But we were helped with extra blankets. For our bikes there was a video-proof space in the underground parking.

The apartment is very spacious, organized and clean, modern and technological. The property offers a swimming pool and a hot tub, and the private parking is located in front. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and a kit of oil/salt and spices. There are 3 bathrooms, complete with towels and soap. The owners were very helpful and kind. We had a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

It was a very pleasant stay. The jacuzzi in the garden is a welcome cuddle. Being the eighth month of pregnancy, not every day we went to the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Being in the middle of nature was relaxing. The room is comfortable, with everything you need. We'll be back again. Lorena has always responded quickly and has always been kind.
