Jacques is an extremely friendly and very pleasant person. Very good advice, we listened to them and were not disappointed. Beautiful places to see in the corners. Jacques' house is truly beautiful tastefully renovated. We can only imagine all the work and efforts it took to renovate this home. A big thank you to Jacques for his kindness and very warm welcome.

Definitely a five star house. Everything you could possibly need was provided. A lovely quiet area under the pine trees and close to the beech. We have had a lovely restful stay at this well presented beach house. Will definitely come again Thank you Julie.

Angelique welcomed us and showed us around the place, giving us all the necessary explanations. We enjoyed a well-equipped accommodation, located not far from Guérande, between countryside and sea. Despite a stubborn shower door, the apartment is very functional and comfortable. Featuring a small, well-maintained garden, it allows you to enjoy a pleasant outdoor space. We had a very pleasant stay at Angélique and Nicolas's.

Another year, another unforgettable stay at La Cana. We absolutely love the peaceful atmosphere, the stunning ocean views, and the swing that keeps the kids entertained for hours. The whole place has such a relaxed, welcoming vibe that makes it easy to unwind. David is a fantastic host—always responsive, though we rarely needed to reach out since the home is so well-equipped and the instructions are clear and thorough. Pleasant stay in Catherine's accommodation. Very good points: -> It is over-equipped compared to what I have seen in other Airbnbs. -> Written recommendations save valuable time and are written in 3 languages: French, English and Spanish. Perfect for an international clientele. I would like to draw your attention to 2 points: 1- Although it is noted in the listing ("Not included" paragraph), there is no Wifi in the apartment which requires you to use your phone connection for Internet access. 2- The apartment is impeccably clean with many recommendations because the cleaning is not included in the service. On the day of departure, remember to set aside enough time to make it as "clean" as the day of your arrival.

Laurent's place is in a great location, easy to walk to most parts of Nantes, but is also in a very peaceful quiet area of the city. 15 minutes walk to Ile De Nantes, 30imutes to train station, 10 minutes to centre ville. the bathroom is amazing with a spacious shower. the cooking facilities are enough to make simple meals which you can enjoy on the balcony. the bed is very comfortable and we got a great sleep! the record player is a bonus as we bought lots of new music but could also listen to Laurent's collection. there is a great Boulangerie and small super market just 1 minute walk away with a great selection of fresh food. code access to all doors is so easy and no worry about losing the keys! would stay again and recommend to friends.

Excellent communication and very good welcome by Patrick. The apartment is nice and bright. Very well located, everything is done on foot including the waterfront nearby. I recommend it for a business and/or leisure stay.

Jacky is a host who lives in a quiet and very well decorated environment: shrubs, flowers, animals... He knows how to make himself available to his guests. His welcome and availability made our stay very pleasant. Heavenly place, we will gladly come back.

The apartment has an excellent location. At the end of the garden, the sea. It is very, very clean and especially very well maintained. Cedric and Caroline are charming and warm hosts. This is the second time we've come and we're still happy.
