Accommodation that perfectly matched our needs for this stay. Quiet at this time (May). Many services nearby. And above all, just a few steps from the beach! All the amenities we needed were there. I recommend it for a stay in Molliets.

Imagine a peaceful haven in the heart of the authentic Basque Country... imagine in this peaceful haven a top apartment... Modern and hyper-functional kitchen, 3 bedrooms with top bedding, 2 bathrooms including one with bathtub and shower... fridge, freezer, induction hob and a terrace with table and bench and mountain views... and all this 15 minutes from the highway access, 10 minutes from a large area and 30 minutes from the ocean... Well, with great weather, we had a fantastic stay.

Phil is very welcoming. The apartment is superb, as described, a stone's throw from the sea. A little corner of paradise, perfect for two. I woulddefinitely recommend this apartment!!!

We really enjoyed Mickael's accommodation which is very nicely decorated and super well located (close to the beach, market, shops and restaurants), you can do anything on foot. Check-in was flexible and the exchanges were friendly. Thank you! 🙂

We had a lovely stay, quiet and relaxing. We were with our little girl, everything went very well. Caroline and her dad were very responsive to our exchanges and welcoming. Beautiful walks to take, close to the city center and the beach on foot. The house is well-equipped. It was a pleasure to spend a few days at their place to discover Capbreton.

Besides the fact that the accommodation and the neighborhood were very pleasant, the center of Biarritz is accessible in 15 minutes on foot for a good walker. Rachel gave us good advice for our activities, which helped us organize our days. We are therefore delighted with our stay and know who to turn to for a future return to Biarritz! Thanks to her. We were a group of 8 and had a great week at Sylvain and Katia's. The house is spacious, bright and comfortable. The veranda room is very nice for large tables, for breakfasts as well as for. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The pool is beautiful, heated and well oriented. The immediate environment is quiet and the location of the house allows many walks both on the seafront and in the hinterland. Manon, very attentive, welcomed us very warmly and always answered our questions. Sylvain is always available and has great tips. We won't hesitate to come back!

Anoushka was great, she gave us a warm welcome and plenty of advice. We had a great time, between walking along the beaches, bike rides thanks to the bikes available with the accommodation. What is also important is the quality of bedding in addition to the calm, we slept very well.

Very nice house, spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets on each floor. The exterior is sublime and the outdoor kitchen (very functional) is really very practical and friendly. We had a wonderful weekend by the pool! Thank you Olivier for the warm welcome!
