Holiday rentals with a patio in Sassari

Federica was very friendly and helpful, especially at check-in she kindly looked after us, even though we arrived relatively late. She was also very helpful when we had a question about the area. The apartment is very new and clean and the beach as well as the restaurants in Lu Bagnu are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes. All in all very successful.

very nice hospitality. very clean accommodation and very well-equipped. but a little far on foot from the center at least 20 minutes by car, very fast and easy parking

Laura's apartment is in a very cool neighborhood. 7 min walk from the very center, so it was quite easy to find a free parking space (in May). We had bakeries, cafes, and a large grocery store right next door. The apartment was very clean, small kitchen but well-equipped. I was able to cook breakfasts, dinners, and lunches that we had on the deck. The terrace is lovely, very comfortable, sunny for half the day. The bathroom is well-equipped, the shower is small, and very comfortable to use. Biggest plus for bedrooms. Wonderful mattress - I would love to take it home, plus very nice linens and duvet (it's not hot in May, so I appreciate the warm duvet). I slept there like a baby. A dresser and a closet with a lot of hangers-it was great for 2 adults. Contacting Laura is absolutely excellent. She helped with everything, and she agreed to check in 3 hours early, so thank you very much. I recommend it to the max!

Very clean house, inside we found every benefit, from primary products in the kitchen to pods for washing machines. Roberta is always available!

Gabriella’s place was one of my favourite places I have rented. The check in process was very easy and clear instructions were provided. The place itself is beautifully decorated and very well furnished. They even bought a park n play for our baby girl, which was so nice! And there was a high chair provided. The place really is 3 minutes walk from the Beach, which was great with a family. The hosts provided great recommendations for restaurants which we really appreciated. They were also so thoughtful and knowing it was our son’s birthday they bought him a gift, which was a beautiful surprise. Honestly, I wish we had stayed there even longer and I hope to come back one day. 100% recommend

Very peaceful setting. Perfect base for exploring all around including easy to get to Alghero and Olbia. Barbara was very welcoming and we enjoyed Caterina’s home made biscuits on arrival- a lovely treat! Lots of toiletries and everything we needed in the kitchen.

Perfect host who was able to send messages both for hosting and to make sure everything was okay. Spontaneously she also sent us addresses to guide our stay. Exchanges are easy, nice. Accommodating and very responsive host. The place is great! Beautiful, clean, quiet, with all the necessary products and equipment on arrival. Very comfortable accommodation with a big plus for this charming terrace which offers magnificent sunrises and sunsets. Everything was perfect. Luigi's small fine house is as described, surrounded by nature! On the day of arrival, Luigi's mother showed me the way to the beach (it's really only a few minutes) and this path alone is breathtaking. Scented meadows on the right and left, the view of the lagoon, a small dock and you are already on the white sandy beach overlooking the typical crystal-clear turquoise water! But you can also relax wonderfully at the house, there is a small stone grill at the house and a wonderful sunny terrace with awning. There grow capers outside the door, salad and zucchini, rosemary and Sardinian thyme, from which I was always allowed to branch off for cooking:-) Alghero or Sassari, you can reach Alghero or Sassari in 30/40 minutes by car. They were very nice and very relaxing days!

A house with a lot of (Italian/Sardinian) charm (very well equipped but not impersonally renovated like many other Airbnb apartments) in the middle of the historic old town under the Castel. Especially great: the roof terrace with breathtaking views over the sea and parts of the old town. Good restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. Important: Nazareno is a very attentive, friendly and helpful host. Exceptional rating, highly recommended. (Note: due to the location in the historic old town, the accommodation is not barrier-free). All the best for our host Nazareno and his family. We will be very happy to come back.

I have already been to Giovanna for the third time and certainly not for the last time. The apartment is unbeatable in terms of value for money and the two are simply super helpful, courteous and warm, I am always happy to be there! The location is also great, there are many parking options on site and yet everything is within walking distance. Til next time!

Host Antonio communicated very pleasantly with us throughout the entire process and the reception and explanation at his fantastic accommodation was great. The place gave even more peace and privacy than we had expected beforehand. Antonio will bring you here once, and then you'll know the way. So you do need a car, but that was also known. The accommodation is fully equipped and the bathroom with the lovely large bath is great. The outdoor shower is wonderful. A great bed! And what a service that even had various food and drink items ready for us. Thank you Antonio 👌

Great AirBnB! Well-located (close to La Pelosa, groceries just nearby), well-equipped kitchen and peaceful place. It’s a perfect AirBnB if you want to spend some days around Stintino. We spent three days at Giuseppe's and would love to come back anytime!

Casa Katy is a beautiful place on the harbour . We had 3 couples, but needed 4 bedrooms, and this place fit the bill perfectly. Nice , clean , modern , well equipped accommodation in a very unique and special location . I would highly recommend this place for anyone wants to be in this part of Sardines .

The house was clean and modern, it felt like a home. We are a small family (3 ppl) the space was enough for us. Eliana, the host is super helpful, answers in a short time and she was really thoughtful.

We had a wonderful stay in this house! The spaces are large, well-kept and well-furnished, but the real highlight is the pool: clean, large and perfect for relaxing at any time. The outdoor area is also excellent, ideal for outdoor dining. Highly recommended for those seeking comfort and tranquility!

We had a very pleasant stay at Alessia's. We were very touched by her kind attentions, both on arrival and departure. Communication was easy, Alessia was responsive and flexible. The house was very clean and perfectly equipped, in a quiet environment with sea views.

Antonio was a wonderful host. Anything we had a question about or needed, we would send a message and he would respond within minutes. Very friendly and the place is stunning. Great neighborhood with a ton of restaurants, shops and pharmacies near by. The closest beach was also gorgeous. Already looking at coming back and staying there again.

Our stay was perfect! Aggie and Magda (cohost) were very friendly and provided all the helpful information. Apartment is beautiful, close to the breathtaking beaches, stores, etc. we enjoyed it so much!

Spent a week in Castelsardo. The apartment was a nice size for the two of us. The kitchen was adequately equipped, the bed was comfortable. The large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean was spectacular. The problem we had in early to mid September was overcast skies and a roaring wind over a few days which prohibited its use. The pool on the roof is very nice. The agency working for the host responded very quickly. In short, we recommend Patrick’s place for a pleasant stay in Sardinia.

We spent 5 days in Marcos' beautiful apartment in early June. Everything was wonderful and we enjoyed that the complex was not so full yet. The famous La Pelosa beach is only for those who like crowded places, even at the beginning of June. It is worth exploring the area by car. There are plenty of beautiful beaches there! Marco also gave a few tips. A personal tip from me: a day on the water with a sailing ship or catamaran to enjoy the dreamy sea. Simply fantastic!
