Matteo’s place was excellent! A walkable apartment with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful stay here. Matteo was so helpful and sent detailed instructions for finding the apartment, parking and getting in. He stopped by to check on us, too, and sent many helpful recommendations for restaurants and nearby activities. The place was spotless and in a great location, exactly as described. There were plenty of clean towels and other necessary amenities (soap/shampoo bars, kitchen supplies, umbrella for the beach, etc.) We wish we had more time here and will certainly book with Matteo when we can come back!

We had a great stay at Tina’s lovely place - everything was as seen in the photos. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable and the apartment had all you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. Also, Tina was very helpful with a restaurant review where we had a brilliant meal. We loved Sardinia. Thank you so much Tina - we’d love to come again some day!

Villa Smeralda is a very nice place to stay close to the beaches (the closest are about twenty minutes away) and Olbia (15 minutes). The apartment was very nice with terrace, barbecue, air conditioning... everything you need. The pool is a plus for cooling off during the hot hours or in the evening. The breakfast on the terrace is lovely. Antonio is nice and very accommodating.

We were very nicely received by Chiara and were even able to check in a little earlier. The accommodation has everything you need. Clean, well-maintained and well appointed. Super centrally located, everything can be reached very quickly by foot. Parking is also available, a few free if you are lucky, otherwise €1 per hour, both of which can be reached in a minute by foot. Questions were answered quickly via Whats App or Airbnb App and we were also provided with local and regional recommendations on arrival via Whats App. Finally, you can say that you can't go wrong with booking the accommodation and if you want to stay centrally in Olbia, we would recommend this apartment. The house is located just 3 blocks from the main avenue. The bus that brought us from the port left us half a block away and we took the bus to the airport in the same place (half a block from the accommodation), the location is wonderful. I rented a car and was able to park every day without a problem. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is really equipped with everything you need for your stay. From a washing machine to a beach umbrella. It was very comfortable and easy to stay, Gabriela is very friendly, she was in contact with us the whole time in case we needed anything. I will definitely rent here again if I go back to Sardinia!

We had a fantastic time at this place! The apartment was spotlessly clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. Particularly nice was the cozy balcony with great view! Really nice apartment with a beautiful view of the center of San Pantaleo, a convenient town to quickly reach the various points of interest in the area. The terrace is a great plus! Natalia (the host) was very kind and more than helpful in every conversation.

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. Valerio's house is large and very pleasant. Ideally located 15 minutes from the airport and ten minutes from San Teodoro, its useful shops and its beautiful beaches around. Access is at any time, which is very convenient when you arrive at night. Valerio is very responsive 👍 We were even able to take advantage of the pool at the end of April ☺️ I recommend it!

Beautiful village house equipped with more than expected. Peaceful mountain atmosphere. Supermarkets and pizzerias in the same village. Hosts close and who made you feel right at home. Highly recommended.

Villa surrounded by greenery, located in a strategic position, a few minutes from Porto Cervo and the most beautiful and renowned beaches in the area. The presence of two bathrooms, one per room, is very useful. Excellent advice on restaurants and places to visit in the surrounding area. It was a wonderful stay, made even more beautiful by their dog, Dexter. We will definitely be back!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the beginning – it was clean, lovingly furnished and exactly as described. We would particularly like to thank Marilia, who was so warm and helpful. Despite our flight delay, she patiently waited for us and welcomed us in a friendly way. When it was cold for us the first night, she immediately brought us extra blankets the next day. Even a small wifi problem was solved immediately and easily. You can feel that she really hosts with heart. We will be happy to come back!

We spent a week in Porto Rotondo and choosing this area was a really good idea. The place is wonderful, close to the supermarket, the port and nice restaurants. The beach can also be reached on foot. The apartment was tidy, very clean. Federica has always been very kind! She helped us find an excursion to La Maddalena and was always available with everything. We will definitely be back next year!

Andrea and Christina were the perfect hosts, they made us feel relaxed and at home and were super friendly and suggested activities, restaurants and even different places in Sardinia to visit. There is a lot of things accessible to where we stayed, however if you do love exploring new places we do advise getting a car because bus system is not the best in Olbia. But when we told Andrea and Christina, they helped us out massively with getting a car. We love to explore, we went by train to the capital for one day and we visited different ports and beaches. They made our experience so much better for our honeymoon it was perfect! And there is a little bakery underneath so fresh sweets and coffee first thing is perfect! We will definitely be back next year with them they made our experience even better! Couldn’t fault them 1 bit!

We had two excellent days in Filippo's apartment. Self check-in via key box was simple and well explained, which allowed us to arrive at our own pace without stress. The accommodation was impeccable: very clean, carefully decorated and perfectly in line with the photos. The location is ideal for discovering the region on foot, and communication with Filippo was quick and efficient, both before our arrival and during the stay. Thank you for this flawless stay! Perfect stay, Lucia was very helpful. We stayed 10 nights and in the middle of the stay we got some fresh towels. Apartment was well equipped with dishwasher, laundry machine, dryer etc. From kitchen stuff only frying pan was missing. The only not positive thing we can say is that the pillows in both bedrooms were big and too tough. Rest was just great!

The apartment is equipped with many amenities including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, milk hood, barbecue, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and outdoor shower. The two bathrooms are complete with shower and bidet and windows. Large outdoor terrace. The only flaw is the sofa bed mattress not suitable for extended stays as it is extremely thin and uncomfortable. Clean bedding and bath linen provided for all guests. Private underground parking easily accessible. Host courteous and very willing to provide advice about the area.
