Beautiful house, very nicely decorated. Because we have a large car, we could not park up to the house (very narrow street), but we happily walked back and forth a few times with our luggage. The house is right in the center of a cozy town, with a bar for morning cappuccino nearby :). Carlo was a thoughtful and pleasant host.

One of our trip highlights! The place was even better than the photos and the perfect accommodation for hiking into Cala Goloritze and enjoying all that the Baunei coast has to offer. We felt right at home cooking and enjoying our home away from home. We especially loved the rooftop terrace and the beautiful touches of the renovation, like the hand painted (goats) ceramic vase featuring in the basin. Claudio was so kind and communicative as well. I hope we’re lucky enough to come back someday!

Stop scrolling and just book. The view will captivate you! We were lucky to meet Mario and Adriana during our stay and hear the story of their home. From the landscaping, the pool, fully stocked kitchen, to the comfy linen and beds you won’t want to leave and will feel at home! The location is unbeatable so close to town and beaches!

Stunning home, and quick access to nearby towns and beaches. Silvia went above and beyond with hosting us. We will be returning one day, hopefully soon!!!

You turn off from the main road and onto a small gravel road and think you've driven wrong, but in through the gates and you arrive at a real oasis. So beautiful and welcoming garden and nice, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Generous welcome with beer, liqueur and freshly picked herbs. Angela's folder with excursions and restaurants that we followed gave several successful results. We would have loved to stay one more week. Too short a stay in this beautiful property!We were lucky to have gorgeous weather, which made our time here even more enjoyable. The building has been beautifully renovated to a high standard, offering much more space than the two of us needed. Everything was finished to a high specification. Communication before arrival was excellent — the hosts sent helpful information in advance that really helped us plan our trip. We didn’t need to contact them during our stay except to request a taxi number, response was very prompt. A big plus for us was the convenience of the location — our plane landed at 7:05 pm, and we were able to meet the host briefly and still be seated for dinner at a local restaurant by 8:30 pm! Highly recommend!

Beautiful property with beautiful fruit trees. The house is ideal for visiting this part of Sardinia. There are 4 well-appointed bedrooms. There is only one bedroom upstairs, without air conditioning, with 2 single beds, which is not ideal in case of high heat, but apart from that, the other bedrooms are very comfortable.

We really loved this place. As well as being in a great location with a gorgeous view, it felt so homely and comfortable and had a fabulous porch area. Lots of big and little things ticked our boxes and we would not hesitate to stay there again (if only we didn’t have to fly half way around the world to get there). Simone is a great host and is super responsive. The area around Pittulongu is full of great beaches and is close to Olbia and all it offers. Our first experience of Sardegna and staying here made it really memorable! Highly recommended!

The hosts were great, knew we were arriving early so kindly got in touch as soon as we coukd get in. Quickly responded to any questions we had, good recommendations for ice cream!

The host was very kind and responsive, literally one of the best hosts! Place was cute with great views, liked the vibes and architecture of the kitchen and windows. Could use a little furniture update in the living room and bedroom. As well as new linens / towels.

Had a great time! The distance to the beautiful beach was only six minutes on foot. The beds are super comfortable. The view from the balcony is a dream. Images cannot do justice. Beautiful place to relax! We will be happy to come back!

The appartement was wonderful. It is more spacious than it looks on the pictures, so we were pleasantly surprised. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom also clean. We would definitely recommend staying at Alexandra’s place when visiting Baunei.

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

The place was very good. Beds were comfortable and it had everything you need. You can end the day relaxing on the balcony. It's nice that the apartment is spacious, so you have enough space for everything. We would definitely come back.

Easy to park. A good walk to the center, but you can take the bus that has a stop nearby. Close to the market. The apartment is beautiful and has several useful amenities to use on the beach, which makes a total difference in the stay. Complete.

we had a wonderful stay. The apartment is furnished with love and really something special. It is right next to a park and a sweet stone bay right on the sea. In the evening you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine of the day and sit in the outside area. the only disadvantage (the landlady can't do anything about it) was daily heavy construction noise from the village, which also did not rest Easter and Sundays.

This was the most beautiful accommodation we booked in Sardinia! A little more expensive, but absolutely worth the money. A charming property, with a chic pool, great apartments with a magnificent view. Since we have a small child (1 year), I had asked in advance if an earlier check-in and a later check-out are possible due to the nap. Both were absolutely no problem, which we were very grateful for! We also have a baby bed and a high chair provided free of charge! Gianfranco welcomed us with fresh, delicious strawberries and was super warm, as were his employees. I can therefore highly recommend the accommodation, would have liked to stay longer! Thanks for the great stay!

Great little spot up in the hills of Santa Maria, extremely clean, high quality and very welcoming hosts.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and had lots of amenities. Francesca was very helpful and communicative. We would love to stay there again!

We traveled with 2 children (10/15). The apartment is perfect for 4 people, is very lovingly furnished and has all the amenities you are used to from home and usually do not find in vacation apartments. There are some very nice beaches in the nearby area (quickly accessible by car). Dee helped us quickly and easily with various questions and we felt very comfortable. It's quite possible that we'll stop by again. Thanks a lot!
