Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sarasota Beach

Fantastic Airbnb! Seaglass Management and Joy are great to work with. Very responsive! Great location, very safe, amazing pool and jacuzzi, close to downtown, restaurants and the Legacy bike trail. Will definitely book again in the near future.

I would definitely consider returning to this comfortable little bungalow. All was as described and fully functional. Only annoyance were some vocal roosters next door, but not so much that they disturbed sleep or detracted from the relaxing atmosphere inside.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for our son's sporting event for several days. It was exactly as described and more. It was clean and comfortable and there were so many "extras" that we do not usually experience in other rental properties. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking supples, spices, coffee, and more (better than any rental we've stayed in). There is not one negative thing I can say about this place or the host. Honorata was extremely responsive and helpful and allowed us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated as we needed to drop our luggage and go to an event. The location was great, a short drive to the beach, stores, etc. and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again next time we are in the area. Thank you Honorata and Conrad for a lovely stay!

We had a great stay at Muriel’s place. She was incredibly responsive and welcoming from the start. Her recommendations for beaches and food were spot on and really helped us make the most of our trip. The space was spotless, private, and had everything we needed. It was a great experience. We were there for the rowing national competition. It is an easy drive to the park, and a nice residential neighborhood. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. I highly recommend!

Had a great stay at this home for a bachelorette. Our group of 9 fit perfectly and the house had everything we needed. The common areas are great for hanging out and having a pool was perfect. It’s close to anything you may need. Additionally, the host was very communicative and flexible with our requests.

What a great place to stay! The reviews say it all. It seems that everything you may need has been considered. The location is perfect between the beach and short walk to Siesta Village.

Ed and Bunny’s place was very clean and private. The neighborhood is quiet and only 10 minutes from Siesta Key which was our main location to visit on the trip. They provided beach chairs and towels for beach goers and left a note for recommendations.

My husband, 2 ur old twins, and I stayed at this cute little studio and it was perfect!! The place was super clean and inviting and really close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The beach isn’t a far drive at all either! We absolutely loved this stay and will definitely be back!! The hosts were so sweet and made sure to give clear instructions and check on us through out our stay!! Roy’s place was comfortable, had good amenities, good location ( multiple beaches and restaurants in a close radius). The house was beautiful and just as described. The pool/hot tub, and outdoor seating was private and well maintained. Chairs, umbrella, and cooler were available to use which was a nice plus. We would definitely love to stay at this place again. Roy was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Williams place at lido key was perfect for my 7 night beach vacation. The location was absolutely perfect. Close enough to walk to the beach but also had a pool. It was a very peaceful stay. William responded within a reasonable time every time I needed to reach out. The place was clean, had everything we needed for a week stay. Close to restaurants and shops as well. Overall a beautiful place to stay if you need a peaceful beach vacation! Will be back for sure!

Loved my stay with Te. She’s amazing and so is her place. The courtyard is so soothing with nature’s beauty. Close to the beach too! Hope to be back soon 😌

Paulette’s home was great for our vacation. House is clean and stocked with necessities. Close to everything, including Siesta beach and village.

We had a very good time at Siesta Key and enjoyed our time at Maureen's place. The building is older, the amenities are well maintained and the condo itself is well cared for. I did find some mystery stains on the mattress and the decorative pillows in my room, but I'm guessing they are just spills that were difficult to get out. More importantly, the boat dock is usable, albeit with some difficulty if the boat is larger than 22 feet or so. We figured out on the second day that the best way to dock was parallel to the intracoastal between the posts and to tie off with lines on either side of the stern and with a single line on the bow. I would check ahead to make sure the dock is available, but we had no other boats docked there on a holiday weekend. The private beach access was a lifesaver on a holiday weekend, despite the short walk required to get there. Having both intracoastal and beach access is the biggest value of the place in my opinion.

Perfect little condo for a getaway for two. We had a great time while staying at Bill’s place and had everything we needed while staying! The condo was welcoming and very clean upon arrival. The location by the bay is peaceful and the pool and lounge area near the bay is wonderful!

Loved the location and the layout of the condominium! We will be coming back!

My daughter and I stayed for a mother daughter girls trip and had a blast! They made sure to take care of every little detail to make you feel comfortable and at home. Even checking in and making sure we made it ok. It was very clean and the location was amazing. Easy to get around on the trolly if we didn't want to drive and literally steps away from the beautiful white sand and clear turquoise beach. Do yourself a favor and book the trip!

Great stay, the location, the amenities all were wonderful. Melissa and Brandon were super responsive and the place had more essential stocked than most of the other places we have stayed, which was very thoughtful. Melissa also had a regular coffee pot sent out to us right away, since we don’t use Keurig’s which was super nice and very much appreciated. We would definitely come back!

The place was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen had everything we needed and overall quiet surroundings. The beach was very close and easily walkable even with children which was a plus! Great place and great location!

This unit had everything you needed for a beach trip. Chairs, umbrella, towels, beach buggie, fishing pole, tackle, beach toys, pickle ball, etc. The unit was perfect for my family. The pool is very nice, propane grills, picnic area, car wash, corn hole. Great location! My only complaint is that the window shades need to be darker to keep the sun out of the bedrooms but that is the only concern I had. I fixed this issue with a dark blanket. I highly recommend this unit and the owner is quick at responding and extremely helpful. 10 stars!
