Beach house holiday rentals in Sarasota Beach

We had a really good few days to attend a family wedding just up the street. Convenient location walkable to the beach and the owners have an array of beach items that guests can use. Home is very nice and having three bedrooms each with individual bathrooms was great. The pool area out back is outside but shaded making for a comfortable oasis when we are not at the beach. Chris and Kalyn were very quick to respond to the couple of questions we had and had some great recommendations for things to do in the area. Top notch vacation rental for us and our adult children and wives. Very nice!

The house is very convenient to the beach and to shopping and restaurants but far enough away from the main street to be very peaceful. Also, the kitchen and dining areas are large, so there is no problem having dinner "at home" for the family, if you want a break from eating out. Checking in was very easy, there are TVs in each bedroom, and the appliances, including washer and dryer all worked well.

If I could give this home 10 stars, I would! This is the only Airbnb we’ve ever returned to, and we’re already planning our next stay for our family of four. The home instantly feels welcoming: fresh flowers, snacks on the counter, even a fridge stocked with cold drinks.. little touches that make you feel like you’re visiting a friend’s house and not a rental. Janine is a wonderfully responsive and thoughtful host. The home is spotless, cozy, and stocked with all the things you might forget to pack (sunblock, toiletries, even slippers). The towels are plush and plentiful, there are extra linens and blankets, and the beds are incredibly comfortable; we slept so well after our days at the beach! Most importantly, you truly can’t beat having a beautiful, quiet beach right in your own backyard. This house is a gem.

We had the most wonderful 5 days here. House and pool were amazing. Heated outdoor shower was great for after the beach. Beach is less than a 5minute walk away. We walked there several times at sunset and got beautiful photos. restaurants and shopping near by. we will definitely be back!

Probably one of the best locations around. 2 minute walk to all the major restaurants, shops and grocery store. 5 minute walk to beach. Our teenagers enjoyed the spacious place with having their own rooms and bathroom to share. Hot tub was nice on the cooler rainy evenings to relax in. The place was as described though a bit more worn in then the pictures showed but still a nice place to rest in the evening, sleep and cook up breakfast before spending the day at the beach.

Book this immediately! This house is a beautiful, peaceful, tropical oasis that is close to the beach and restaurants. After a day at the beach, the private pool is a great escape. Claudia was very responsive and kind, she answered any questions we had. We were provided with a great starter pack of house items so we could start relaxing right away!

This place was fantastic to stay at. All of the rooms were clean, it had a fully stocked kitchen, and a very relaxing atmosphere on the back patio! The host is extremely nice and very accommodating, I will 100% choosing this place for future stays!

This was, by far, the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It was clean, well stocked, comfortably decorated, and so convenient. Additionally, Andy does a handful of very personal touches … fresh flowers, coffee for the week, candy and snacks, a few condiments, spices and cooking oils, and a chilled bottle of wine … all things that most hosts just don’t bother with … but, truly made me feel welcome, from the moment I walked in. We also appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, including a whisk, good knives, vegetable peeler, sandwich baggies … etc! We went to beautiful local beaches everyday … and then enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings. It truly was an amazing week … and I’m already looking forward to a return visit. Absolutely one of the best places we have stayed. Tastefully decorated and everything we needed. Could use a cookie baking sheet in kitchen. The swim spa is extraordinary. The description did not do the place justice. It’s even nicer than the pictures and not a lot of emphasis on the swim spa, which is extremely therapeutic and a high dollar extra I’ve never found in an air bnb property. Also want to mention the superior beds and linens, four star hotel quality. We will stay here anytime we are in the area going forward! Lots of nature little bunnies running everywhere down the road you turn onto and some sweet raccoons at night that kept us entertained (outside of closed enclosure) in the back of the tropical area. Thank you for a great, comfortable, clean and well thought out place to stay. Great snacks and coffee selection (we are big coffee drinkers). the Grandkids (6 & 12) loved the toy selection which further made the house a big hit. We recommend this 100%

Beautiful home in Venice! Perfect for families, the kids loved the pool. The house was clean, and organized. We loved the location and felt safe. Would definitely stay again. If you stay here make the drive to Sarasota & eat at WALTS! We went 3x! The best seafood around 🐡🐟🐠

Adam’s place was just what we needed for our family vacation! Super close to the beach, which made it easy to pop over for a few hours of fun with the kids, then head back for naps and chill time by the pool. It was the perfect mix of fun for the little ones and relaxation for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot!

Had such an amazing stay at James home. Home was beautiful and at great location the pool was definitely a plus. Home was just as expected from description provided. I really loved the location of home as everything was walkable distance to near by shops, restaurants, bars, and beach. Would definitely stay again .

Glen was a great host. Super responsive any time I sent a message. We were able to check-in early. The place is close to beaches and easy to get anywhere you need to go.

This was, by far, my best experience at an Airbnb in all the years I’ve used the app! The house is beautiful— spacious yet cozy and filled with so many thoughtful details. You will want for nothing here: books, games, bug spray, citronella candles, towels (including wash cloths!), shampoo and body lotion for all skin and hair types, portable lights and speakers for outdoor use, and a smart TV on a cart which can be rolled anywhere in the house! I didn’t watch TV much, as I spent most of my free time in the luscious front yard enjoying bird watching and staring at the trees. The house is located a short distance to a lot of things, including a sweet little park/lake nearby. Nancy is a kind and generous host, respectful of privacy but also happy to chat, connect and make sure you have everything you need. I’m sad to leave this place, if there hadn’t been another reservation afterwards, I most certainly would have extended my stay! This is a wonderful, safe, and deeply restorative home.

When I saw this new listing, I hesitated—no reviews and almost too-perfect photos. But the owners quickly answered my questions, were responsive, and I’m so glad we booked. The home is exactly as pictured: spotless, spacious, beautifully designed. The pool area is a dream—plenty of space for our group of 11 (with 4 kids), with waterfall features, a sauna, and even a sandy play area. The movie room and golf simulator were a hit too! Beds are comfy, rooms are big and inviting, Wi-Fi is great. Peaceful, safe neighborhood with tons of privacy. Carter and Naomi were responsive and kind to any concerns we had, and took care of everything. Amazing hosts. This home is a gem.

Bettina has a lovely home and it’s close to all beaches. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet! Very relaxing. Bettina is proactive, friendly and very responsive. She made check in and check out very easy and is always asking for help. I can see why she’s a super host! I would recommend for a peaceful getaway close to the beaches.

Beautiful home and surrounding area, Pristine home in brand new condition. Expertly furnished, lots to do for teenagers, they loved the ice bath! Well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful would definitely recommend this location and home. Happy vacationing.

Rachel and Jesse, my grandchildren and I loved staying at your Airbnb! It was extremely clean and inviting, and so close to the Publix Market! We walked there to get groceries and it was so convenient. Your house was just what we were looking for, small, clean, cozy and close to the activities we wanted to do. I really appreciated your quick response when I had a question. You were very helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Sarasota!

The house was tucked into a quiet residential community. The home was clean, fresh and spacious. The guest house area with its own bathroom is perfect for a two family stay! The neighborhood was safe to walk in- I walked daily. The neighborhood was really within 15 minutes drive of anything we wanted to do. We spent most of our time at Siesta Key! Leave EARLY for the beach, if that's your day's plan! We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic. Five stars. Lots of space both inside and outside. Quality house, wonderful furnishings and details. Comfortable beds with nice sheets. Nice art- no home goods prints. Faith was extremely responsive. Neighborhood was quiet and the place felt safe and secure. They thought of all the details that makes a short term rental a pleasant experience. Could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend.
